Pros: The crew was good . Flight was efficient .

Cons: The extra charges that kept being added on was frustrating ...the one way direct started out at 63$ and ended up being 164$

Cons: Discount airline, no frills, almost got what I paid for......and paid for, and paid for....

Pros: The ground crew was rude, the desk people were even less helpful and acted like I was a burden to them by asking qurstions

Cons: More communication from the boarding staff. The delays kept increasing. Due to weather, we were delayed 4 hrs. They only decided to accommodate everyone with water and snacks 3 hrs into the delay.

Cons: Flight got delayed. We paid for assigned seating for our almost 85 yo mom. And the change in flight no one asked for to get seated in the front of plane. Instead she was seated all the way in the back. It was physically exhausting for her.

Cons: Movie selection wasn't very good, and the touch screens aren't sensitive enough, so I could feel the person behind me poking the screen really hard to make selections.

Pros: 2+ hours on the tarmac. Crew was clueless. Did not take care of passengers and shut down air to “save fuel”. Another 20+ minutes on tarmac at destination. Delay cost me a bit of money. TSA removed bubble wrap from fragile items and did not replace- every souvenir I bought was smashed.

What seemed like a great deal – $475 USD for an off-peak round trip, LAX-LON-LAX, booked two months in advance – was not much cheaper, once I paid seat assignments and, new one on me, +$100 to check one non-cabin-sized bag each way.

Cons: Please, don't bait and switch British Airways for American Airlines. I chose to fly BA for a reason, but outbound was AA. I know it's a tough job, tending to 300+ passengers on any trans-Atlantic flight, but AA comfort and courtesy were lacking. It was a different story flying home on my BA 747.

Cons: It wasn’t temperature balanced. Cold then hot hot.

Cons: The greed of the airlines is on full display. There was a time in the 1960's when flying was a special experience. That is all gone now. Flight attendants cold, and almost hostile.

Cons: Let passengers know from JFK there is a shuttle or air tram to your actual gate of departure. This could help with what the passenger may have as carry on item

Cons: Customer service by Frontier at Trenton was horrendous. I never got a text or call or email about the delay. Wasted 5 hours of my day and took aaay one of the two nights my fiancé and I had to see it.

Cons: Time of day was not good - but you can't control THAT. Roudy passengers (group of 3 men in 20's) behind us - musta be (legal in Colorado) 'chemically enhanced' - uncomfortably LOUD.

Pros: No the crew were not very friendly at all. I was not greeted with a smile at all. My seating was horrible, I unfortunately was seated in the last row, beside the washroom. My seat would not recline. I will never locate my seat at the rear again, total claustrophobia.

Pros: The professionalism and attitude of staff was excellent. Also in Prem Economy the leg room was good.

Cons: The snack and drinks were not at the same standard as everything else. I expected to be better in prep economy. There was no entertainment also on board while the internet was not free
