The thing thy call a pizza was atrocious. Do not eat it. The seating is as usual for economy an experiment in cruel and unusual punishment that they aren't allowed to do to prisoners but you get to pay for it.
Didn't make it to this flight as we sat on the tarmac for 1.5 hours.
The crew was first rate. They allowed me to switch my middle seat to an isle seat and it made my flight home so much more comfortable.
Everything went very smoothly I loved having the earphones and the blanket and the staff was just super friendly
I was advertised a free seat selection for a "Smart" fare through BusinessClass.com. I was never able to select a seat. I thus paid extra for a bill of goods I was never provided. would love to speak with a representative of Kayak
Overall good. We weren't able to find out about food options for the flight and there was nothing I could eat due to allergies. The biggest problem was getting our checked bag at Logan. Waited an hour!
I loved both of my flights to Ireland and back to Boston. The only negative was it took over an hour for the baggage to be delivered.
The boarding time for this flight was ridiculous, longest in all my time flying. There was a problem with the original plane so it was switched at the last minute. Not a good substitution. We were delayed in departing. The bathrooms for economy were not adequate. The crew were pleasant but not present in the economy section, in an ~ 8hr flight only twice did they come through offering water, easy to get very dehydrated. I had to go and ask every hour for more water. The seats were cramped, and I have no idea what they did to the coffee but it was undrinkable. The food, was disgusting, utterly inedible, I am stunned by the lack of care and quality with the inflight service, very disappointing, I had expected better from Aer Lingus.
We traveled with my 90 year old mother and she was well cared for by everyone from the wheelchair attendant to crew. Greatly appreciated!
This was a great flight. I love the way they had general boarding board from the back first by seat row and in general the flight was very comfortable. The seats were actually comfy, and the food served was surprisingly good.
Our section of the aircraft in premium economy was very cold. We asked the attendants twice to raise the heat but it never happened. Even with the blanket it was chilly for 10 1/2 hours
Waited until boarding started before saying there was no overhead luggage space on the plane.
Because kayak scammed me with false advertisement saying 23kg was included but I ended up having to pay another £200
The flight was canceled and I was directed to Air France two days later than my plan departure day. This involve getting two more days of hotel and also not being able to get a boarding pass until I got to the Istanbul Air France boarding desk. It has been a troubling time.
It makes no sense for several types of drinks to already be out of stock in the middle of the flight.
I have a walker I need it to get from the plane to customs and baggage claim. It had a huge orange tag on it saying it should be given to me as I got off the plane. It was not and the flight staff didn’t know where it was—both on my flight to London and on the return. In It was very frustrating
Late lights, lost baggage and cramped seats. Did not feel that lost baggage was a priority. Communication was slow and often unclear.
Had a plane! Have a plan! Have my luggage! 10 hours of travel turned into 50 hours. Good Lord!
Too much long line at the TSA and Security. Prepare for long walk for baggage claim.
