Pros: Although our flight was fully booked. The crewmembers on this flight was professional, friendly and efficient. We boarded quickly and took off on time. We even arrived ahead of schedule. Each passenger was given free headphones and complimentary beverages and snacks. I love Delta they are a cut above the rest. They are constantly striving to put the customers needs and wants top priority

Cons: What should have been a 90 minute flight took over 4 hours! Between mechanical failure, overbooking and waiting for gates and sky bridges we missed our connection. Then when they rebooked our connection on a British Airways flight, BA couldn't pull up the tickets and we wasted yet another hour while Virgin Atlantic and Delta both passed the buck as to who was responsible for correcting it so we could get on our rebooked flight, which we BARELY did with only 2 minutes to spare!

There was a problem getting on, they allowed premium members to board but when I got to the plane, I was scolded by the cleaning crew lady (maybe the Mgr) that they were not ready and that she had informed 'them' of that and that no one is allowed to board while they are cleaning.

Cons: I had a reserved Comfort Class Aisle seat, purchased at time of reservation and showing as my assigned seat through printing of boarding pass. At the gate, my seat was reassigned to a middle seat. This is a huge problem for me, as my back and leg injuries require the ability to stretch and move frequently. When complaining on Delta phone lines, I was told that the seat was needed for a Diamond member and therefore was "policy" to bump. Although I eventually received some compensation for the fact I paid more for the original seat, I remain very disappointed in Delta, if this is indeed the policy.

Cons: To be fair the flight from Honolulu to Lihue was on Hawaiian Air, not Delta per se. The crew was rude, but in the terminal and on board. Didn't really rate food and entrainment because of the flight length.

Cons: Your crew didn't smile. They didn't seem very happy. The food was ok, but different from normal American cuisine. I didn't appreciate the crew's comments to some of my fellow passengers about how they we wouldn't eat the food. I would have liked to have been offered more to drink. Additionally I'm glad the crew is fond of one another, but they were loud and distracting. They were nicer to one another than the people flying. I didn't like being barked at and being given confusing directions regarding exiting the plane. Overall I wasn't impressed and would prefer to not fly with your airline again.

The two buses took us to different terminals, despite airport staff assuring us that there was only one drop-off point for the shuttles. If there was a sign saying which terminal the shuttle was going to, it was not clear.

Cons: Many of us were on board half an hour before the scheduled departure. However, they continued to board until at least half an hour past our scheduled departure, family by family. I don't believe such an early morning flight, which should be the origination flight, should be held/delayed so long...it made my connection in Frankfurt very tight and others missed theirs altogether.

Cons: Checking in in Tel Aviv was the worst experience I have had in checking in. The ladies just sat there, explained almost nothing, gave no eye contact. Finally, they told me the flight was overbooked and that was why I was waiitng. They offered nothing else--as if I had done something wrong (the impression they gave me), rather than Lufthansa. I waited a full 1 1/2 hours. No other explanation. At the very end, when they finally put me on a flight, they chastised me for not checking in online---this was NEVER offered to me by Lufthansa on my flight there or on the return. With other airlines they always send me an email to check in online ahead of time. Lufthansa did not. I could not have been more disappointed with this checking in experience with Lufthansa. Again, the worst in my life and would be cause for me not to recommend Lufthansa to others. Otherwise, the flight itself and the actual crew were great. So disappointing to have such an unprofessional check in experience.

Cons: I paid for a seat upgrade that included "Priority Boarding", For AA, that meant Group 5 out of 9. WTF?? Clearly Bait and Switch - there's a big placard at every AA boarding gate that states: Priority Boarding 1-4 (to the Left) and "Main Boarding" 5-9 (to the Right). Fraudulent, clearly.

Pros: I liked how convenient and smooth everything was, from the price of my plane ticket to the pick-up and drop-off of my rental vehicle. Also, the text notifications I received upon landing that informed me how much time I had I had between flights & where to go!

Pros: Our flight was delayed for almost 3 hours. They accomodated us with free snacks and sandwiches. The flight crew were very professional and were nice to us, because a lot of us were worried about making our flight. They kept us updated with all the changes. They had good entertainment selections. The pilot got us to our destination about 5 minutes early.
Cons: Our flight was delayed about 7 times, we changed gates twice, and the I got to my second layover with 20 minutes to spare instead of the usual 2 1/2 hours. When I tried asked the stewardess if I could deplane with business because I was running late for my connecting flight, she said they no longer do that because passengers don't listen to them. Instead of trying, she juat said no. I felt like an inconvience to her, like it was my fault I didn't have enough time between my flights.

Pros: My flight was late leaving buffalo ny which caused me to miss my connecting flight in Phl.... Never once was this delay communicated to ONE person sitting at the gate in buffalo. I even asked the attendant in buffalo if the plane was present at 1:10 pm and he responded that it would be landing in ten minutes. We were scheduled to board at 1:16 although I am highly disappointed to have gotten home 2.5 hours later than anticipated...communication is my biggest complaint here.

Pros: I missed my flight due to LA traffic. American Airlines was very accommodating. They put me at ease and helped reach my destination. I wasn't treated like it was my fault. They totally understood and were very compassionate. Thank you.

Cons: The desk does not open until two hours before your flight. Our flight was canceled, 10 minuets before boarding .... with no recourse we were booked on the next day. It took the airline 3 hours after the cancelation to get out luggage back. When we finally got out, the next day, our flight was delayed and we almost missed our connection. Every one who was trying to make the same connection said that every time they fly Air Canada they are always running. We needed up being the last ones on the plane.... they gave away our seats so we were separated for 12 hours. And shoved into corners!!! Our bags made it two days late.

Pros: You fly a beautiful plane, the Boeing 787. Excellent entertainment, more comfortable seats, and just about everything on this plain was upgraded. It is a case study of how to do things right. The most impactful for me was air humidity. It was refreshing to fly and not feel like I've been in the Sahara desert at high noon. So, your starting point is really high, but you really need to look at your service.
Cons: our flight was 40 minutes late in departing TLV. My connection in Toronto then was changed to a later flight, which was then delayed too by 50 minutes. all in all a 14 hour flight with connection ended up being close to 18 hours. My biggest two complaints about the flight itself is the food & the toilets. Your meals are the worst I've had in a major airline, and you should not serve customer frozen of close to frozen bread or sandwiches. If you are serving rolls, sandwiches or pitas, or bagels heat them up first. El-Al has been doing it for decades, go look at how they do it. But besides the bread/sandwiches issue, your meals are a really bad version of frozen supermarket meals. Just terrible all round. The other complaint is the bathroom. It was not cleaned frequently enough.

Pros: Tel Aviv security is confusing and time consuming but Air Canada helps you make it through. Flight is on a comfortable new airplane with gray movie selection. Two full meals and a snack provided.

Pros: Crew were friendly and not bossy. Plane was not crowded. Pilot made up most of our lost time (see other box). Ground crew were friendly and efficient in Toronto, getting to me to my departure gate in time. I was pleased to be offered a food voucher.
Cons: Departure delay of 3 hours from Tel Aviv. Unruly Haredim should be left on the ground in Toronto, not in London. Food voucher was usable at only one outlet, and Burger Ranch is a greasy spoon. Would more choice be too difficult to organize?

Pros: My flight to Toronto arrived late which meant there would be no way for me to catch my connecting flight to North Carolina. An Airline rep was already waiting for me out of the terminal, with tickets for a new flight the next morning, a ticket for one night at one of the airport hotels(dinner included) and meal vouchers for the airport. This would have never happened with any US based airline.

Cons: Very crowded plane with very little legroom (and I am 1.65m). The food could be improved. Entertainment was decent, but the design of the controls embedded in the armrest caused my neighbor to disrupt my programming often. It was inadvertent, but still annoying.

Cons: There was no information for the new rules of eTA and I've lost my flight from Tel Aviv to Toronto to my friends baby's baptism. Shame!

Cons: The flight was delayed about an hour and a half, only after some time at the gate they explained it on the mic.I had a connection flight, and before landing they mentioned there will be agents helping those with upcoming connections to catch them up due to the delay, but those people just pointed me in the general direction of the gates. I had to ran all over the airport, confused after the terrible long flight, and since it was my first time there. I made it at the last second, they changed my seat without my permission and didn't have enough room for my bag so I had to check it. The general attitude of the crew was reluctant at best.The food was mediocre, like what you would have gotten in a flight 10 years ago, and they gave beef to people who asked for chicken. I wanted to be more cool about it, but it was a terrible flight in every Aspect, and I never even got an apology or a follow up.

Pros: New aircraft 787. Direct flight from Israel to Canada, no layover in Europe. That was nice. The crew was very friendly and helpful. The worst part was the airport in Toronto. Very confusing to get around in. And having to fill out custom papers for Canada when I wasn't staying in Canada or leaving the airport. Didn't like that. But the service of Air Canada makes up for the airport, I would use their service again.

Pros: Air Canada is a first rate provider. Their air rates are better than most other airlines, and the value for the money is exceptional.
Cons: The plane was SO, SO COLD. The entire plane of people were miserable. I literally shivered all the way from Toronto to Istanbul, huddled next to the stranger next to me, who was also freezing. It was unreal how cold it was. People kept asking the staff to turn the A/C down, to no avail. I couldn't wait to get off that flight.

Pros: Love the new planes and choose aircanada for all my Tel Aviv flight because of this

Pros: The crew appeared overworked and understaffed. I feel that there should have been at least 2 to 4 more to help with the large number of passengers on the plane. It appeared to be more than full and perhaps extra seating was added.
Cons: The plane was overcrowded. Seating was extremely uncomfortable and much too narrow. I am a relatively thin person but the person to my right was large and kept on pushing into me during the entire flight. Plus it took us over an hour and 30 minutes before we left the airport because we had to wait until the entire plane off boarded before a wheelchair could be brought for my wife. After the wheelchair was brought and we picked up our luggage, (2 bags), which by the way were the last 2 on the carousel, there was only one line through customs for people with special needs. By the time we left the airport I spent at least 45 minutes trying to find the cab which had been sent from Rochester, NY to pick us up and when I finally found him he wasn't allowed to stop in the taxi lane to pick us up in the taxi lane because he wasn't an authorized cab in spite of the fact that I told the security person that my wife was in a wheelchair and the weather was close to 0 degrees celsus and it was snowing.

Cons: 1. I ordered kosher meal, and we haven't because it finished. 2. The flight was full I couldn't findo a sit with my kids. I sit separately.

Pros: This was my first Air Canada flight, and I was beyond impressed with the service overall. The plane was extremely nice and very spacious. The flight crew was very attentive and helpful, and had great attitudes. I had trouble with my entertainment screen early on, and a flight attendant went out of her way to reset and make sure it was working for me. The 12 hour flights both ways were comfortable and enjoyable.
Cons: I honestly can't say anything negative about this experience!

Cons: I am pregnant and took a 12-hour flight. The flight crew did not provide me with food for 11 hours of that flight. When I asked the flight attendants for food they told me they had none, and it was my fault I didn't bring anything to eat. then I saw them handing out food to business class. I understand that I did not shell out the class to fly business class, but it's not okay to not feed a pregnant woman. Additionally, when I was flying form you were not allowed t bring water onto the plane. The flight attendants only provided me one small water bottle an two small cups of water. I asked for more but they said no :( I will never fly United again

Cons: Delayed for over 3 hours due to jetbridge being stuck to plane. Basically 2 5.5 hours have taken me 2 full days instead of one

Pros: We enjoyed the ability to have beer and wine included. We thought the meals going to Tel Aviv and on the return were very tasty, good portions, and served at the appropriate times. We loved the choices of movies/tv that were updated and new and also included.
Cons: The only issue we had was getting up to go to the bathroom midflight. There was some slight turbulence and the attendants demanded we sit down for safety (it wasn't too bad though) yet once we got back to our seats the turblence was fine, and we got up to go again and the same thing happened. There were long lines for the bathrooms. I'm not sure if that can be avoided though.

Cons: I had a seat that had a monitor that was steaming code in front of me for 6 hours. It couldn't even be turned off. The only thing the crew offered was a piece of cardboard to cover it up. "If you download the United app you can pay to stream movies." I hate United and I don't use that word often. I would much rather give praises than complaints. Pay extra for food, entertainment, emergency isle seats... not that the tickets didn't already cost me a fortune. Crew even gave me grief about hanging up my suit!?! I flew to Thailand recently for less than flying to Texas, and everything was included, comfortable, and FRIENDLY. NOT UNITED.

Attention from flight attendants was haphazard at best. Chose this flight because of good flight times but in future will avoid United if at all possible.

Cons: Some moron decided that passengers shouldn't be allowed to bring drinks on the plane. This means that after passing security and customs, after buying an overpriced cup of latte, you are told to spill it or else. And that's in a country that lives on security. Unacceptable. Unjustified and unheard of.
