only two people checking people in but one was for business class and even though there were no business class passengers when I was checking in they just sat there and did nothing. So super long line to check in and only one active agent.
I was unable to take the flight due to the coup. But everytime I call it can never speak to a real person and the one time I did they said they would get back to me and it's been over a week. What can I do to get a reimbursement???
The plane was uncomfortable, the seats looked unsafe, the flight was overcrowded with many crying babies, the food was terrible. Turbulence caused the flight to take an hour longer, which was even more excruciating.
There was no food or beverages handed out for free on the flight, nor was there entertainment - but no complaints here. The flight was safe, efficient, and exactly what i paid for. I only wish I could have gotten miles and smiles points!
