Cons: Two rows up from us, I kid threw up all over the center aisle as we were pulling away from the gate. We returned to the gate to allow a cleaning crew to board and clean. However, the cleaning job was rushed and left remnants of the throw up behind which smelled the whole 2.5 hour flight. It really felt unsanitary and unsafe being that it’s unknown what caused the child to get sick. It very well could have been a stomach virus and could have infected the people in rows around the incident due to the mediocre cleaning job. I understand that it’s important to keep flights on-time, especially for connecting flights, but the safety of the passengers and their health should ALWAYS be the #1 priority.

My girlfriend and I got in our seats and 10 minutes later, a crew member walked back and asked us to get off the flight. We got off the flight and were met by police officer. Low and behold, the woman sitting next to us said that she believed we were intoxicated and feared for her safety. I am a police officer and my girlfriend is a nanny/preschool teacher. Not very threatening. The officer on the ground looked us over and asked us a few questions and determined we were not intoxicated and we were no threat to the other passengers. The airline asked us to get back on the flight and we would be sitting in coach because the woman adult children were now sitting in our seats. I told them to book us on another flight with the same seats that I PAID for or put us back in OUR seats on that same flight we just got kicked off of. We were escorted back onto the flight and the crew asked the woman's children to go back to their seats so we could have our seats back. They then asked us not to speak to the woman sitting next to us (which we never did to begin with!!!) and then told us we could have free food and drinks. The whole experience was insanely embarrassed and I can't believe that woman sitting next to us can get away with what she did. I am absolutely livid that they would ask us to get off the flight and then give our seats to the woman's ADULT children without vetting the situation and making the easy determination that we were NOT intoxicated. So embarrassing!!

Cons: So many bags that were suppose to go under the seat infront of you that weren't. So that those of us that boarded last had to wait while stewarts removed small carry ons. So that our one carry on that fit in the box but not under the seat could be stowed. It would be nice if the smalls bags that are to be stowed under the seat were. The family next to me had 9 bags in the over head. There were two adults and two children 3 and 4.

Cons: The whole experience of making a connection in SEA detracts from the travel experience. There is little room for passengers to sit while waiting for their Alaska flight. It causes masses of people in the walkways, and makes it hard to walk through, or get out of the way for others. It may not be the airline's fault, but as I said, it detracted. I don't remember SEA being that overcrowded on previous trips. Our incoming flight was delayed due to weather. Again, not the airline's fault, but we were told we'd be able to make up the time and be on time in DEN. We were still late.

Pros: We flew from Anchorage to Boston via Seattle. If there had not been a delay in Anchorage, the flight would have been excellent. However, there was a mechanical problem earlier in the day with a plane to Cincinnati. Our flight was scheduled to leave Anchorage at 4pm, but Delta decided to take our pane from us and use it as a substitute for the original but nonfunctional Cincinatti plane. A ridiculous decision. The Cincinnati people already had missed all their connections, but now all the Seattle people missed theirs as well. When we finally got to Seattle 3 hours late (just before midnight), the desk agent said that Delta had no hotel rooms for us and also no hotel vouchers. We thus had to find a room and pay for it on our own. The next day, we had been rescheduled to Detroit and then on another flight from there to Boston. The flight to Detroit arrived nearly 30 minutes late, and we just barely made our connection. Had we missed it, we would have had to spend that night in Detroit. Delta did its best to keep the two of us together. On the Seattle-Detroit flight we were on opposite sides of the aisle in the same row, but that was in a row right behind a bulkhead, making it easy for us to walk over to each other. On the Detroit-Boston flight we were next to each other. Both flights were completely full, so Delta must have made some effort to keep us together as well as possible.
Cons: Delta should not have made the dumb decision to take the Seattle-bound plane and use it as a substitute for the malfunctioning Cincinnati plane. Delta should have provided accommodations for the stranded travelers once they arrived in Seattle.

Pros: The sanitizing of the aircraft was beyond expectations. The personal wipes were a plus so we could clean the areas around our seats to our satisfaction. The individual snack bags are a great idea to minimize handling. The boarding rear to front should have been in place years ago and the deplaning was about normal front to rear with distancing.

We would like to give a shout out to the baggage team that were able to transfer our bags in such a short amount of time. And also to the San Jose flight that we did for four of us.

Cons: honesty. 29 minute flight took 3 hours. first they blamed it on waiting for luggage, then they likely realized there were no connecting fllights, so that excuse didn't work, then they were 'closing the cargo doors' for 45 minutes, then they had to de-ice as the plane had now sat for 4 hours instead of 45 minutes, had it left on time.

Cons: It was ridiculously cold for 2 1/2 hours. When my seat mate asked for a blanket, the stewardess said she only had one more - then walked off. For drinks, they skipped several people. I had to catch her eye to ask for one and then ask her to get my kids a drink in front of me.

Pros: After almost every airline cancelled. Delta still took me to where I needed to go with not one single problem. That pilot was amazing. I forget his name. But the plane didn't slide or anything during take off. Amazing.

Pros: Fine for a domestic flight. Normally, American Airlines offer a small snack to go with the drinks. But on this particular flight, they went the United way and offered nothing but drinks. Crew was pleasant enough during the flight, although they didn't greet half of the passengers entering or exiting the plane.

There was one announcement from the captain, but it was so soft that I couldn't hear anything. Upon landing and arriving at the gate, we stood there for a while with no lights on and seatbelt sign on, but no explanation of what was going on. There was no welcome to Denver message either. Maybe their announcement system was down.

Cons: the drink service came through pretty late in the flight. i asked for hot tea. a few minutes later i was provided with extremely hot tea. about 10 minutes later it was a temperature i could tolerate drinking. about 1/3 through the drink i was required to throw away my drink because we were preparing for landing. i understand that, fine. bad timing. it’s just a drink. what was unsatisfactory is that the attendant rudely commented “you have to give us your drink. it’s not that long of a flight.” the comment made me feel like i had done something wrong even though i had just been drinking my tea as soon as it was at a drinkable temperature. i was not impressed with the attendant. also, there weren’t any biscotti cookies.

Pros: The first leg had awesome pasta.Then, on the 2nd leg, Philly to Denver, they had a "pay for meal" option for turkey with Chutney sandwich - again, delicious. I should add that the service was very good as well.

Cons: This service is terrible. We had to run and practically knock people over to get to this flight. After being stuck in Dallas at the beginning of our trip. There is nothing organized about this company. And no concern for their customers. We heard different things from every single employee we talked to.

We pay entirely too much money to these airlines for them to deliver such painfully mediocre service and consistently delayed flights. I recommend that this airline do a SERIOUS audit of their Preventative Maintenance/Service division across their hubs. If I fly American, I would bet my entire checking account that the plane will be delayed well over 2 hours.

Cons: Watched a very weird interaction between Muslim (with a hajib) women with a kiddo and desk crew. She wanted to sit next to her child on the flight and needed to switch seats to be able to. Woman was very gracious and understanding that she was asking for an accommodation. Ends up her flight to Philly had been moved to a different gate after they had found a volunteer to switch seats. Volunteer was totally unfazed but Desk crew made it seem as tho the Muslim mom was at fault for the time and trouble they had had to go through to accommodate her. She apologized profusely and was very appreciative for the trouble evernote had gone to for her. . As she walked away the crew looked at each other and shook their heads. Pretty crummy way to treat customers!

Cons: I can't rate it because they canceled my entire itinerary without so much as an email. I did not take my flight to Wilmington via my original flight. I had to book another flight because the change fees were too expensive. I did not know that my return flight to Denver had been canceled until I was checking in a few hours before my flight. I was told my ticket had no value. Awesome! It really stings that I then had to book a new return flight, and because I am a teacher who makes about $23,000 a year, I had to book the cheapest flight, which was with American. I do not plan on giving them any of my hard-earned money in the future if I can help it.

Cons: Had to board three times, two different planes. I understand mechanical problems, but 3 hours later, and on another plane, the captain starts making stuff up, saying that the only reason we hadn't moved in the last hour was because people were using the bathroom, then something about having to deplane because the plane couldn't back up with us on it because of some sensor? And then, surprise ! All of the sudden they noticed there was an issue with his and some of the crews' hours and we had to wait till they could locate more crew. But they gave us each a 1/3 glass of water and later a $12 food voucher which didn't even cover a meal and beverage. Whoop-de-do. 7 hours later we finally boarded for the third and last time. The crew on the other hand stayed professional and friendly.

Cons: Everything. The flight was delayed greatly even though the plane got to Chicago only slightly late. Then they make us board and just sit in the plane for an hour. Then finally we start moving, the plane is uncomfortably hot even with the air blowing on me, the flight attendants look like they hate their life, it was honestly horrible and I will never fly with American Airlines EVER again.

Cons: They overcrowded a flight in the middle of a global pandemic which shows they do NOT prioritize the health and safety of their customers.

Cons: I had been told there was a restaurant and there was one tiny coffee bar with little to no food. Most likely covid related but still probably one of the best airports I’ve been to

Cons: The remote on the arm rests werent working correctly for the inflight entertainment. My menu button didn't work. It was stuck on ESPN. The armrest is really an awkward set up. I don't want to keep shifting and possibly nudging my neighbor. Wish they touch screen like Delta, American, Air Canada,etc.

Pros: I liked that I knew in advance to download the United app so I could actually watch a movie!! This was the second leg of the trip, and I didn’t know this the first flight and couldn’t use the United entertainment.
Cons: An hour and half layover is fine, but add an3 hour delay on top of that, Kinda stunk. But hey, me and all my bags made it this trip!

Cons: My flight was delayed for an hour so that the plane after having to change planes needed to be filled with gas. It was a long wait in a very small space. Never uncomfortable. We also waited on the plane with any notice of how long we would be sitting.

Cons: Attitude of gate agent, crews. Boarding penalizes all but highest level and they've demoted me since the merger and erased my 30 year history with UAL. Watched them mishandle a paraplegic passenger until another passenger swapped seats. Last choice for me.

Pros: The staff was always very helpful. I carry a saxophone and everyone was always very open to accommodating me, which I really appreciate! Also, great legroom, great pilots, positive attitude.
Cons: The added fees for food and beverage were a little tough. I would understand if the flights were shorter, however we had several-hour delays in a time period from lunch through the middle of the night, and were not offered any sort of voucher or food item. Then my bag got lost (which I understand with the weather issues that caused delays), but it left me in a city with no clothes, very hungry, in an hour past public transportation hours. Which is not THEIR problem, but I would have definitely appreciated some assistance of some sort.

Pros: Leg room. The app had movies. Friendly people. Not crammed with passengers. I FINALLY got a window seat

Cons: Flight turned around and I was merely given a voucher for a hotel. This was united's fault; it was not caused by weather. Now I'm responsible for paying $80 for a hotel room. I'm furious. I will never fly united again.

Cons: People at the check-in did not know the Canadian laws (related to travel) and I almost missed my flights. It took them more than 45 min to figure out that they made a mistake and not me. My flight started to board when I finally got tickets in my hands, and made it to the gate just about 3 minutes before they closed it.

Cons: Crew in First was a joke. Not even offered water. What a terrible service.

Pros: Food was better than ever and crew was very good. Usually mid flight meal which is wonton soup is luke warm. For the first time it was hot and got hot chili delivered separately. It was actually good. Breakfast also better than usual.

Cons: The reclining seats only work if you are shorter than 187cm I'm taller and so I had to bend my knees as there is nowhere else for your legs to go! The Chardonnay was warm - when served with tasty smoked salmon turned me off. The pillow was a $2 one lumpy and next to useless it's too big for the room you have. My entertainment system was reset three times and it still didn't work properly - no sound and no ability to watch movies that were not child rated. Stewards have to learn to be quiet as some of us are trying to sleep on a 15 hour flight and aren't interested in their laughs and jokes as we are travelling business first because we have to go to work when we get there!!

Cons: Had to sit on runway for over 2 hours causing me to miss connecting flight in Chicago. Then no more flights to Little Rock so had to spend the nite in airport very uncomfortable!! Kept changing gate numbers causing me to walk all over airport while having severe knee pain!! Very upsetting and painful

Crew was not friendly and did not follow captains orders when we hit turbulence as some members would not remain seated which lead to head crew member to make a public announcement to the crew to remain seated and follow captains orders.

Cons: The plane lost my $800 snowboard and sent it to denver instead of Birmingham the kiosk service person has one job it's not that hard to stick on "Birmingham" on the label. I think I deserve a refund for this flight.
