Flight went well, 2 hour delay was disappointing but understandable if there was a maintenance issue.

Alaska Airlines is my airline of choice hands down. They deliver consistent quality, especially from the staff. I cringe when I have to fly another carrier.

Our flight was experience was great. The captain announced what to expect on the flight. The weather was stormy in Florida our destination and he explained we would be going thru some turbulence but all would be good. He took time to announce when we flew over notable areas of the country. Flight crew was good. The snacks need to step up. One Biscoff for a five hour flight on a $650.00 ticket is slack.

Truly, everything was professional, and extremely friendly with lots of smiles from all the staff. My only complaint is that both coming and going from San Francisco to Seattle and back the public announcement system on the airplane when I was sitting in the exit row was so loud that it hurt my ears, and I was not the only one I did report it to one of the stewardesses who thanked me and apologized, but truly Alaska Airlines is my favorite domestic Airlines by a far shot

Boarding was slow, but that was my fault for not getting in line sooner (missed the pre-boarding). Other than that everything was a 10!

My ticket was mistakenly not ticketed properly and I had to buy another ticket and you haven't reimburse me yet.

First time flying on Alaska Airlines. Very good experience. Boarded, landed on time, baggage claim was quick just as they guarantee. When returning home, the nicest person at the check in counter helped with our checked luggage tickets and our wine cases, which were free to check (one per passenger) when you joined their rewards program. Will definitely use this airline again!

The flight was canceled and very little help given at the check in desk. Everyone at the desk says: just go on the app and see how they rebooked you. I mean come on it’s embarrassing customer service.

Because of a 90 minute weather delay in Seattle, we were four hours late getting home, but Rebecca on the phone line & the desk agents in Jackson, Seattle & Portland did everything they could to minimize the delay. Also my bag was left behind in Seattle, but was promptly delivered the next morning & Alaska gave me a $50 credit for a future flight. Thank you!

Once again, AA overbooked this flight, stranding passengers in between blizzards in Jackson. At least this time the agent took volunteers - on my flight TO Jackson from LAX, AA simply cut off boarding midway through Group 7 without warning. This flight was mostly fine, with the exception of the flight attendants. They stowed my carry-on (and a few others') at the front of the plane, but didn't pull the bags out upon landing, nor even communicate to that there were bags there to the crew. The crew had to go searching for my bag after I explained it should've been on the valet cart. When I got to the shuttle, my flight attendants were already on it. Seems they were in a hurry to clock out... at the expense of me and other passengers who had trusted them with our luggage.

There was overbooking that delayed boarding. Then an airport emergency lockdown that caused further delays in boarding. However the time was made up during flight and there was a minimal delay in landing. Everything else was excellent.

Delta is the best. It was all very easy and on time.

The cabin and bathroom experience was poor as the cabin and bathroom were dirty and showed signs of an older plane that had not been updated for Customer’s, comfort and health. There was gum on my seat when I arrived and dirt spots around the fan and light controls. The flight was almost entirely full, so there was no way I could be moved from my seat. Th bathroom had the peeling paint.

Wifi worked inconsistently; outlet to charge computer did not work.

Gate agent in LAS named Juliett should win an award for excellent customer service.

Gate agent and flight attendants were efficient, but more stern than warm.

The only issue is that the plane was HOT. This was not the case on my first flight so not sure why, but thankfully I had a portable fan with me. Everything else was great!

We had a terrible experience. The flight was delayed several hours, so we missed our connection. We were told to wait at the airport. At around 11:00 pm, the flight was cancelled. There were no available seats out of Jackson for the next two days. Fortunately, we had the foresight to rebook on United for the next day. However, we had to spend a long day at the airport and an overnight at a mediocre hotel. It was a miserable way to spend part of our vacation. We also sacrificed our $450 deposit on our California hotel because we could not get there.

How about not delaying a red eye flight by 3 hours and causing a chain reaction of missed connecting flights

typical but they have finally enhanced the wifi on some UA flights. Boy, its such a huge improvement

This was a small aircraft (relatively) and we were delayed half an hour on takeoff, which is not the airlines fault.

Return flight was perfect. All on time and no hiccups. However, going was another story. I don't blame United for the weather, but I am rather disappointed in its response to my getting stranded in my layover city for the night. United gave me a $20 food voucher. That's it. But besides this policy, the employees were incredibly helpful rerouting me to my final destination in Fort Lauderdale, FL. So overall, 8 out of 10. 10 out of 10 for flight comfort, inflight service and before flight service. 5 out of 10 for layover handling.

Quinoa chocolate cookies are my favorite! Would be nice to have internet service like American

Better management of the boarding process. Is there any way you could forward all the window seats first? That's the Way Reno Air used to do it, and they had the fastest boarding in the industry!

Old plane, no amenities. Very abrupt landing. Unnecessarily long taxi time.

The food for long haul was poor compared to Singapore airlines economy. Pasta plain with tomato sauce . Singapore airlines give me Hagen dash small ice cream cup it was great. The choices of dinner course Singapore air also much better The crew mostly friendly. The economy seat are as expected.

Was 4 1/2 hours delayed. No food options, poor entertainment and cramped seats made worse by people in front reclining while we could not as in back row.

Ok, but comfort was lacking as the seats were way to small

The stewardess was excellent. Very accommodating in a quiet way, which was appreciated. The only thing that could have been better was the choice of snacks. Chips, cookies, etc. weren't an ideal way to start my day on a 7:00 a.m. flight. Offering fresh fruit, yogurt, or other breakfast foods would be great. 😁

They delayed my flight 6 hours and gave me $12 for food that I couldn't use it anywhere.

The flight from Chicago to Orlando was delayed inordinately. My whole journey from Lansing to MCO took 9.5 hours is just annoying and frustrating. We can understand the delays may be beyond their control, but overall the journey was so much waiting until reached to MCO. This is NOT the first time for me - but at least 80% of the time in this route. I barely remember reaching places on time.

The delays were not communicated well at all. I was in the airport for over 9 hours with little knowledge of if I was actually going to reach my destination.

The crew in the Vegas airport clearly was having a bad day … they moved on and the crew that checked us in for boarding was great, as was the flight crew. I did get the wheel of my carry on stuck in the overhead bin. Amazing team effort to include the flight attendants, the pilot, and another pilot who was on the flight as a passenger. Finally got it unstuck ✅

Cancelled the flight half hour before boarding. Then cancelled the connecting flight too.

Most things were ok but the main problem was the cabin staff; they were very abrupt and not very friendly. They were busy and often rushed, snatching drinks off people before finished and bossing them about.

The flight was as good as it gets when flying. On time departure and arrival plus no lost luggage.

Horrible! Got stuck in Jackson Hole and the plane kept delaying every 30 min until they finally cancelled the flight. Other airlines were busy flying out and American had cancelled. Horrible experience, we had to switch to United to get out of there!
