But, they did not give the seat together. Also, our connection time was 2 hours for the next flight. To receive the baggage in the port of entry, it took more than 1 hour 15 mins in the carousel. After that we had to clear customs, change terminal and clear security in 45 mins to catch the next flight. It was really tough for us. They could have handled the baggage little efficiently."

Layovers we’re not very long. Our first flight kept getting delayed which caused us being rebooked from a non-stop flight to Honolulu and rerouted through LA adding almost 4 hours onto our flight time.
A wider selection of snacks would have been better, esp for flyers with common food allergens (gluten & dairy).

Cons: "The private contractor handling wheelchair assistance was terrible. A Delta employee theorized that they do not pay enough to attract and retain personnel. Our pre-arranged chair was not there, multiple calls by our Delta assistant finally got us a ride to the chair holding area, but after about 45 minutes we gave up and shuffled off to the security area on foot. Thank goodness my hubby is mobile enough for that to have been an option. When we abandoned our wait we were still 4th in line for an attendant to push the chair. If Delta has any responsibility in this it would be in the retention and compensation for the private contractor."

First, when we arrived at the Jacksonville airport they told us our flight was canceled and that we need to pay over $500 more per person to put us on the other flight!!!! Scammers
Air Canada was late arriving so I raced through the airport, pushing my mother in a wheelchair. We got to the gate while the passengers were still boarding but were denied because Air Canada already rebooked us. We were told we had to stay with our bags. They rebooked us through London, not directly to Munich. That flight was also very late so we had to rebook in London and arrived in Munich hours later than planned. Our bags never arrived. I had to go buy some clothes quickly. My bag was found in lost and found 2 days later when we flew out of Munich and my mothers was sent onto London where we are currently visiting. If we had not arrived at the Munich airport 5 hours early for our flight we would not have been able to get to lost and found to get my bag. Lufthansa agents at the counter where we had to get a pass to go through security to get to lost and found were unfriendly and treated us as if we were a bother to them. It’s not our fault we had to go find our bag. This all caused a lot of stress for us and a much longer travel time.
This flight never happened, but Kayak would never know that because they refused to help me. If you're reading this, stop using Kayak and go directly to Google and search for flights. Then if possible, book direct through the airline. Save yourself the time, money, and pain and avoid Kayak.
What did I like? Nothing really. The food choice and quality were extremely very poor, drinks were warm, seats were uncomfortable, TV screens were dirty, full of fingerprints, people not wearing their masks as mandated and no one enforcing it. Shall I go on?

There were no solutions offered, only poor communication and an unwillingness to accommodate a significant number of customers who were inconvenienced. Finally, a "random inspection" led to a handful of passengers being surveyed by the German local police. Interestingly, a number of us were Hispanic Americans. Cons: "British Airways did not have a plane available in timely manner. They were jerking us around with the departure time. They changed the departure time over 6x. The range was zero to 3 hours late. Finally, we departed about 80 minutes late. The blame was on weather but I did not believe them. I looked from the window - weather was fine with slight drizzle and about 3000 ft overcast. Also, the flight to Prague had no food but mostly no drinks no sodas. I'm questioning their business practices when they were asking about 5 pounds for a drink. I will fly with some other airlines next time."

Cons: "For short Hall flights: You have to pay for any drinks (even non-alcoholic) which is kind of a shock especially if your use to USA airlines."

Pros: "Oh my gosh.... I had the best flight ever. I wanted to be in Business Class, but the flight was so full, but when I sat down, there was an EMPTY SEAT next to me. What a beautiful thing. Flight was great, quiet and comfortable. Boarding was great and I enjoyed the my flight. Thank you:)"

Cons: "Only fed one full meal on our transatlantic flight, and got one snack otherwise. Took awhile to take our trays which caused a very long line for the bathroom after. On our inter Europe flight, no snacks were included."
Cons: "It was a 3 hour overnight flight and the crew went up and down the aisles selling things and waking everyone up. Seemed like selling duty frees was more important to the airline than passengers having a pleasant flight."
Pros: "Could not watch any movie on business class again thanks to BA falling apart old aircraft and entertainment system with defect -- this time on both video and sound."

I loved that there were new release movies available for free. The staff was friendly and available. If I were to do another long flight like that, I would seek out British Airways."

I booked seats together but when I checked in we were on the opposite sides of the plane.
Waited 45 minutes to get bags after getting off plane in Springfield. Luggage was lost both on way to Flordia and lost coming back to Missouri.
A crying baby is never fun on a flight and when it's right behind you..

Cons: "We were delayed coming out bc the plane needed de-icing... IN JACKSONVILLE, but they were unable to get manager approval for de-icing and then the truck was out of fuel. Finally, the pilot moved the plane into the sun (which should have happened much sooner). During the flight, the cabin temperature dropped to low 60s and everyone was freezing."

Cons: "When comparing flights between only United flights, the economy & economy plus categories are a distraction. Especially if you are traveling with more than two people. When comparing across airlines, it is annoying because you have to add back costs that the "other" airline include in their price. In the future I am going to compare all "other" flights without United and then check United as the "low cost provider"."

Cons: "My flight was delayed by nearly two hours, causing me to have to miss my connection. Though they knew for hours that the flight would be delayed, they did not have enough people working at the check in counters. There were not that many people in line, but I had to wait more than 20 minutes before being able to speak to someone. The representative informed me that I would have to be rebooked onto a later connection because the delay would cause my to miss my original connecting flight, and when I told her that I needed an earlier time to avoid missing a meeting, she just said "I have nothing earlier." She was barely even apologetic. Then she was unable to print my boarding pass for my connection. I had a 2 hour and 45 minute layover in Houston whereas in my original flight it was 1 hour."
Pros: "Frequent communication about the issue to keep passengers updated. Flight crew and gate boarding support were excellent"
Cons: "Plane's tire needed to be replaced. I was irritated because at one point they were saying they needed to fly a tire into JAX which seems ridiculous. They ended up finding a tire once the day shift arrived. I would have expected inspections of planes after flights and for basic replacement parts to be located across their network."

As a long term and faithful Alaska Airlines customer I was shocked that a plane would not leave on time and act like it was par for course. Ehhh so what? I'm an older woman and needed help with my overhead luggage. The very young male attendant saw me struggling and just said that is not going to fit and walked toward the front of the plane. No offer to help whatsoever. The plane was small and uncomfortable"
Cons: "United did not service the final destination so they transferred luggage to another airline and then washed their hands of it. When one of4 remained lost they did not help at all!"

Cons: "Plane was delayed on runway for over an hour. When the passenger next to me asked the lead flight attnd about her connecting flight the attnd was extremely rude and of no help. Any ? was answered with "well just look at your united airways app". Then later I asked what gate we were coming in on and her reply was "the capt just said it". I replied saying "sorry I didn't hear it" and again the flight attnd answered "look on your UA app". I don't usually fly UA so I didn't have it. Overall she was short, snarky and rude with ever reasonable question asked. No one was rude to her but her attitude was shocking. I travel quite often and have never seen an antd speak or act this way to passengers. I understand things get stressful, but I def won't be flying UA again if this is the way they allow flight attnds to speak to customers. She way beyond rude and lazy and I hope the girl she was training doesn't pick up those traits either."
Pros: "This was the most smoothest overall trip I have ever had flying! I loved the new plane (from JAX) and the leg room since I'm 6'5 and it was very comfortable. Everyone involved in the process were very professional as well."
Pros: "Excellent service, amazed that on flight attendant was capable of serving everyone on the flight."
Cons: "A tight fit for seats, luckily it was short trip. I tried hard not to spill over in the other person seat. The arm rest did not help, made it worse."
