Layovers we’re not very long. Our first flight kept getting delayed which caused us being rebooked from a non-stop flight to Honolulu and rerouted through LA adding almost 4 hours onto our flight time.

A wider selection of snacks would have been better, esp for flyers with common food allergens (gluten & dairy).

Friendly crew, Comfort+ was very nice, airplane seemed very clean

By the time we got to our gate after check in, our flight had been delayed enough for us to miss our connecting flight. I attempted to rebook our flight via the AA app, but it wouldn’t let me choose a flight until the following day. I went to the desk to ask for help, (there was no one else at the desk that needed help and there wasn’t a flight boarding at the time) and when I explained what was going on I was very curtly told “Don’t do that! Call this number!” and she threw a postcard with a phone number on it at me. When I tried the number, it wouldn’t connect, I only got beeping on the other end. I returned to the desk, where fortunately, another employee was able to get me seats on a flight later that evening. When we landed, our original connection was also so delayed that we were able to catch it and fortunately, the employee there was super helpful in getting us seats on that flight again. However, I continued to get notifications for the evening flight that we would have taken and it too, was very delayed.

Plane was almost empty, I’m 6’4 and asked mid flight to move to exit row because my knees was pressing into the forward seat. 1 person out of 6 seats were in the exit row and the gentleman attendant denied my request. I didn’t flinch about my full day of delays and connection issues but on an empty flight it would have been nice to catch a break. I landed in Pittsburgh at 12:30 at night and got to my hotel at 1:30am with an 8 am presentation. AA delays really have created a discontent with my business trips. As I use AA as my primary airline I hope this doesn’t continue or I’ll switch to United for future business trips monthly."

We were at the gate and everyone stood up to get off but the doors remained closed for awhile. It seemed to get even hotter."

Cons: "The 4 hour delay. First, the plane was running late from San Francisco (about 2 hours late). The second delay was due to someone putting way too much fuel in the plane so we had to wait for the excess fuel to be removed. Then the flight attendants ended their shift so we had to wait for another crew that was flying in from Denver. This involved us having to remove all of our things from the overhead bin and get off the plane and re-board about an hour and half later. I was supposed to make it to Dallas at 8:45 and instead didn't make it until after 12:30. It was extremely inconvenient and unpleasant. I have not experienced such a nightmare before with any previous airlines."

Due to your incomparable incompetence my arrival was inexcusably delayed almost 12 hours. An account follows: For a company who's customer service is already hanging by a very thin thread you would think that you would be doing everything to make your flights as smooth and pleasant as possible. Shall I elaborate on the utter frustration and boredom of being trapped in the San Francisco airport facing not one, not two, but what became SEVEN delays? Delays that have been caused by runway maintenance- a condition which someone in your company would have known about well before I got to the airport and that you simply did not plan for. A almost FOUR HOUR delay that could have been easily avoided if you just had things together and scheduled your planes around the affected runways. And let's not forget the additional delay caused when your flight crew simply couldn't be found to come to the gate so we could start getting underway! But no, I think the absolutely outstanding quintessential experience that defines flying with United airlines is this: After the above delays myself and my fellow passengers were finally able to board our flight- only to be told by the captain that there would be another brief delay while we waited for ANOTHER crew member because one of the pilots was near the end of their union hours. We sit on the plane stuck for another 20 minuets or so, only to be told they can't find anyone, and can we please get off the plane because our WHOLE FLIGHT is CANCELED. The kiosk I get to try and fix this is uncrowded but understaffed and run by clearly undertrained employees. The ones I'm dealing with keep having to ask each other for help, and give advice/plans that contradict one another. One of theme even takes what seems to be a personal call while 'assisting' me. When I finally get ahold of a supervisor I have to plead to get the next flight out of this godforsaken place, which I am reluctantly given as its with one of your competitors. Talking with other customer and airport staff is sounds very much like you are delaying/canceling flights for your own personal gain or at least not correcting flights around the situation to squeeze more money from the situation) it becomes quite clear that you are not only still incapable of accepting any real measure of accountability but entirely disgracefully unorganized.  Almost 12 hours later I do finally make it home- thanks to American Airlines.  Only to have the utter displeasure of one last interaction with United wherein when I pick up my bag your employees insist that I was delayed due to the weather and it wasn't your fault. It was entirely absolutely your fault."

The problem is that when I looked on the confirmation email/boarding pass it said I was supposed to be leaving January 20th, so as you could tell on my account I had to purchase another 2 tickets with another airline. Cons: "The flight attendants joke too much on the microphone, leading you to believe they don’t know what they’re doing. They talk and joke way too much, very unprofessional."

Cons: "The boarding process was horrendous. After checking in at the front desk and getting what I thought were tickets I got to the boarding area only to find that everyone had to wait in line again for seating arrangements. When they called for boarding it was every person for themselves. No zone boarding. It was total chaos. I just stood back and let everyone fight it out and was the last one on. It didn’t matter. You wouldn’t get to Phoenix any faster by being the first one on the plane"

Cons: "Nothing, the whole trip booked through Kayak on Kiwi was a disaster."
Pros: "The crew kept a very positive attitude. I only caught one members name, Maddison, and she and everyone else were very professional"
Cons: "I understand the need for the emergency landing, and an happy that passenger is still alive. But the almost / hours we spent sitting on the runway in Little Rock for the limited amount of medical supplies, that could of been replenished in Dallas was a waste of every passenger on that flights time"
Cons: "The seats do not recline & they are very small so it was hard to be comfortable. My daughter found it hard to rest. The extra bag fees were a surprise and the fact that we landed an hour late because there was bad weather but we weren't told that we would be late until we were about to land and by then our ride had been waiting an hour and there was no way to notify them. I will not fly Frontier again unless I absolutely have to."
Cons: "I had pre checked in but when I got to the gate (on time for the flight but late in the boarding process) they didn't make an announcement for last calls or for any checked in passengers so I missed my flight. They were changing over the signs for the next flight, so it still read my destination, but the time was an hour later so I thought it had been delayed."
Pros: "2.5 hours is long enough to get thirsty, a cup of water would have been nice."

Cons: "Claustrophobic, charged for everything, no blankets. In the future, I'll pay more to fly with a different carrier. Also, the hard sell at the end of the flight for the credit card was obnoxious beyond compare."

Cons: "I do not feel I willl fly Frontier again. The crew was nice and flight fine. However, the way you nickel time your passengers is beyond awful. How unfriendly can you be!"
Cons: "The flight was ok,but the stewardess let small children run all over the plane and climb all over the seats."
Pros: "I like that the seats are thinner without a lot of padding. It gives more leg room. I like that my knees aren't hitting that seat in front of me. That crew was very nice."
Cons: "I don't like having to pay extra for my luggage. One bag should always be free and extra bags should be paid for. Paying for water is bad too. Water is cheap. People would buy a snack if they get free water. The fold down tray is also too small."

Cons: "On Frontier chairs don't go back. You have to pay for carry on (not including a purse or backpack) and check bags. If you want to guarantee you sit with your partner/friend you have to pay additiona fees at early check in. That's just straight up wrong."
Cons: "I paid for seat selection to have 2 seats by ourselves but Frontier changed the type of plane and it changed the seats to an aisle and a middle seat, exactly what I was trying to avoid. The flight attendant said I would have to talk to the gate agent but we had already boarded so of course that was impossible."

Cons: "Almost $100 in hidden fees, having to pay for a seat, not getting a refund for ambiguous checkout jargon for a higher priced seat before I even checked out - so just changing my mind cost me money, sitting on a packed plane next to sick people isn't fun since I'm sick now, the planes are cheaper and made with charging customers money in mind. Overall, a completely horrible experience. Never again."

Cons: "Ridiculous additional fees for seating on the plane as well a carry-ons."

Cons: "The ticket taker at my gate was very rude and did not give any information about my flight. Even one of the flight attendants was rude. Plus, my gate on my ticket was wrong so I almost missed my flight."
Cons: "I miss this flight.. Which was my returning flight home. Due to a flight coming to Cincinnati being cancelled thanks to mechanical issues and pilots working the maximun hours they are allowed. When asked about what frontier could offer the associate lied and stated they only had flights for Saturday ."

Cons: "I didn't know I had to pay for a carry-on bag upon arrival. That's an additional $45 I didn't know about. There was a 4 hour delay and no clear explanation as to why. There was never an agent at the desk when people tried to ask. Our gate changed 3 times. Overall an awful experience and I will never be flying Frontier again."
Cons: "Charge $45+tax for ONE checked bag AND $40+tax for a CARRY ON!?! I'll be sharing this fact with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, FourSquare and Yelp. I'm never flying Frontier again and I'll be telling everyone I know to avoid them as well."

Cons: "I bought my ticket online for $41. I went through two long lines to get my boarding pass. At the end of the second line I was refused a pass because it was 25 minutes until flight time. I was told I had to be rebooked on another flight to the tune of $99 plus $30 baggage fee. Since I had no other choice I rebooked for a flight NINE hours later. After all this I was sent to TWO different WRONG gates nearly missing that flight. At least I got an apology for that. The wrong gate fiasco was because Frontier shares gates with Jet Blue and Spirit. I could not hear the gate change announcements because I am hearing impaired. A lovely way to spend a day in Denver!"

Cons: "You get what you pay for, I guess. It's so sad to see a once customer-focused company become only about the numbers. Tiny seats, EVERYTHING is an up charge."

Cons: "totally squished between two largely overweight individuals. This was the most awkward interaction I've had with the human race in my 41 years of existence. Can there not be an overweight seating section with two seats per row and charge them more?"
