Had a great flight. Delayed takeoff, but comfortable. Snacks were good.
Departure was delayed more than 1/2 hour while we waited for luggage (only) transfer from another flight/plane. Once approved for takeoff, the flight was excellent.
Pretty seamless, just a tad bit late in taking off and landing.

My flight to Chicago left and landed early. My return flight left two minutes late and arrived 2 minutes late. My seat selections were ideal! There were no snacks going to Chicago and no snacks on the return trip. There are no charging outlets on board.
Gate agents were informative and friendly… flight attendants were as well. Had a fun time chatting about their legacy AirTran experiences as a former fan of the airline that Southwest acquired.
The fluidity of the entire process of boarding the plane the flight attendants attentiveness. The flight attendants also provided coloring books for my kids who loved it.
The crew and everyone on board was wonderful, We had to wait for a flight attendant to come from Orlando to Jax after a sudden illness., We left an hour late and “missed “ our connection.flight. The plane was held for us but we were told that our bags probably wouldn’t make the flight even though we would and would have to return to the airport in Boston pick up our late luggage or choose to fly on the same flight as our luggage. We chose to wait 4 hours on the next flight with our luggage and missed our first day in Boston for our grand daughter’s 10th bday celebration. When we arrived on the next flight, our luggage was sitting in a room waiting on us - evidently it did make out original flight., We were given meal vouchers in Baltimore for our delay which we really appreciated and thought was a very kind gesture by Southwest - sudden illnesses are not their fault., I just feel like we would not have missed an entire day in Boston if you offered more early morning direct flights and /or had offered to deliver our luggage to the hotel instead of us having to return to the airport to retrieve our luggage on the next flight due to a technicality - it wasn't “lost luggage”. Other than that , it was a perfect flight .

I tried to book a flight with Jet Blue. Your third party company hijacked my attempt with a website that looked like I was booking with Jet Blue. I realized it when I paid. I tried to cancel and was told by a man in India that there were no refunds. $735 stolen, Thanks Kayak!
The flight out was delayed from 3:40pm to 5pm and again to 8pm. We boarded after 5pm, had to disembark because they could not get the Engine started, then we switched gates and got a new plane and did not board until after 8pm.
My experience with JetBlue was fine BUT I am very upset with Kayak! JetBlue had delayed our scheduled departure by an hour and you NEVER notified me of the change. I did not hear directly from JetBlue because the trip was booked through Kayak, a mistake I will not repeat. Your reminder of the our trip last week still had the WRONG departure time. Our return trip has also changed, and again no notice from you.
The flight was delayed 4 hours and the JetBlue people at the counter kept lying to us and telling us it was due to weather however all other flights were going in and out of NY and FL. Then they lied that the plane had to stop to refuel. Then they lied and said the plane needed a tire change. JetBlue is the worst. Then they gave a lot of people meal vouchers however I didn’t know they did that and they didn’t offer anything to me.
I was traveling with two small kids and our TV s were the only ones not working. Informed the flight attendant who did nothing about them.
I was especially impressed without efficiently the crew got passengers on and off. One of the stewards was slightly gruff, I thought. No big deal but that's what I noticed.
They made me check my bag and I didn't need to as there was overhead space available. I paid for a seat towards the front of the plane and it didn't recline. I requested a refund and they declined to give me one.
Friendly crew, efficient boarding and flight arrived early. Couldn’t ask for a better experience
Horribly rude check in at airport, worst in 25 years of flying. All over a simple issue they could have googled to resolve.
1) No pilot available for 1 hour 2) no room for most passengers careyon in overhead—-> stowed below 3) when we landed we had to wait 45 min. Before docking at gate as gate was not ready
