The flight was late. The crew was rude. There was no food. Cramped and uncomfortable. Nothing about this flight was good.

It was just okay, no frills, basic transportation with no luxury. No screens on the seats, no water or drinks on a short flight. Full flight but at least it was on time.

Good but I prefer choose your own seat. With the new assigned seats they should board from the back I see no advantage to this new boarding. Just like every other airline

Departure was delayed more than 1/2 hour while we waited for luggage (only) transfer from another flight/plane. Once approved for takeoff, the flight was excellent.

Forget beverage, they didn't even have water for half the passangers?

The crew and everyone on board was wonderful, We had to wait for a flight attendant to come from Orlando to Jax after a sudden illness., We left an hour late and “missed “ our connection.flight. The plane was held for us but we were told that our bags probably wouldn’t make the flight even though we would and would have to return to the airport in Boston pick up our late luggage or choose to fly on the same flight as our luggage. We chose to wait 4 hours on the next flight with our luggage and missed our first day in Boston for our grand daughter’s 10th bday celebration. When we arrived on the next flight, our luggage was sitting in a room waiting on us - evidently it did make out original flight., We were given meal vouchers in Baltimore for our delay which we really appreciated and thought was a very kind gesture by Southwest - sudden illnesses are not their fault., I just feel like we would not have missed an entire day in Boston if you offered more early morning direct flights and /or had offered to deliver our luggage to the hotel instead of us having to return to the airport to retrieve our luggage on the next flight due to a technicality - it wasn't “lost luggage”. Other than that , it was a perfect flight .

Nice and easy. You can't go wrong with the value and quality or Southwest.

I loved that the flight was not as full, so we were able to have seats available between us. I just wish wipes are available as we board so that we can clean our areas, as the window area was quite dirty in my case, on both legs of this trip, and it was hard getting the flight attendant's attention for this. She also seemed a bit stingy with the free drinks. I asked for two cups of drinks; she brought one and then waited until I fell asleep and brought the other. Not sure why...

Internet only worked half the trip Drink was flat Staff was great
