Everything but the delay
The flight attendants were very communicative and helped get us all boarded in time
The stress of possibly not getting off the ground in time and having a very long layover then taxing at the gate for over 30 minutes was frustrating
Long and torturous boarding at the gate in Mumbai...
The delayed of this flight. No explanation was provided. After boarding they decided to “fix” two of the luggage cabinets. And they fix nothing, they juat put tape on it. This flight delayed was three hour of nothing. My entertainment (screen) was damaged.
When I arrived at JFK after 14 hours long flight on Emirates, the service counter was understaffed with 1 hour long lines! Un-acceptable! Especially, since all I needed is to re-print my boarding pass, because US TSA would not accept the boarding pass printed by Emirates in India. The kiosk would not recognize my name on reservation! The kiosk did not recognize my recently issued US passport! Bloody annoying! Only able to print the pass after keying reservation code - yet, again not acceptable! The other, earlier attempts should have recognized me and found my reservation! Very upset with quality of service on the ground!
Although we ended up being stuck on the plane for 2 hours prior to take off due to high volume, weather and as the pilot put it, "possible military activity" the crew kept us informed every step of the way. There was one flight attendant in particular who was so full of energy and made the unfortunate circumstances not so bad. She entertained us and kept us in the loop the entire time as did the pilots. It made the 2 hours not feel so bad which was appreciated.
That we were delayed on the plane for two hours on a small plane but I know it was out of their control.

There were many delays and cancellations due to bad thunderstorms at LGA. Despite a few hours delayed (because the airport was closed due to the storm), the flight was still schedule to leave! I was very happy about that. They did issue waivers for those who could not make the later time. Once delta got the ok to fly.. The flight left the gate very fast and we arrived and exited the plane super fast too. The process was so efficient and quick, I did not feel the waiting period. The flight attendance were so happy and positive, they made he flight very enjoyable. Great job delta!
Everything ran smoothly on this flight. No delays before, pleasant staff, great entertainment selection, okay food options, working equipment (e.g., tv in the headrest worked, seatbelts worked, lavatories were operational, etc.). This flight met all my expectations
The only hiccup was the wait time on the runway before take off. Not sure if that was the airport’s fault or the airline’s fault. We must have waited 45 minutes.
The flight was very smooth and the landing also was very good. The selection of movie are plenty.
Although there were a lot of passengers on this flight, the crew was able to get everyone on the plane in an efficient manner.
We were delayed about 2 and a half hours because of the weather in Denver. I was not comfortable at all in my seat because the passenger beside me had his knee and elbow all in my personal space. I asked an attendant if it was okay for me to move and she stated that it was okay, but United switched a lot of passengers flights around so there wouldn't be any empty seats. I was stuck beside the man, all hanging out of my seat, because there wasn't an open seat available. Thank goodness the flight was only 2 hours long. Overall my experience with United was terrible and I will not be flying with them anymore.
The ease of boarding the plane.
I did not like that the gate changed and we were not notified by the gate operators, but we did receive a text message 20 minutes after the gate was changed.
Everything was on time and on schedule.
Delayed departure; cramped seat; minimal amenities
Seats were nice and enjoyed the entertainment. Late flight meant loads of open seats and everyone was very happy about that.
Delayed a half hour to board because flight attendants other flight was late getting in, but they kept us informed the entire time. Wasn’t their faults. Once we were on the plane, our flight was delayed for an hour, once again the pilots kept us informed and it wasn’t their faults. But it was kinda annoying.

Everything. Bad communication. 1 h delay. Then 3 hs in the plane. We ran out of gas. 2 more hours taxiing Never seen something similar. I really hope my mileage refund.
The flight was on time and I was upgraded to First Class!
