What I like is the fact that when my kid got a toy after the take off. It really was brightened her day. Maybe minimize the decline position in economy class. Although I think the space is bigger than most other airlines.

My flight was from Dallas-Atlanta.

Service is ok

Our connecting flight was cancelled, then our luggages were loaded onto a different flight that came in after the day of our arrival at Philadelphia. We arranged that we would pick-up rhe luggages from the airport, but AA delivered them instead. So we got our luggages at the end of the day already.

Seat cushion worn out.

It was very frustrating experience with Kayak and Japan Airlines. Chatdeal with Kayak has handled the issue in a very unprofessional manner. I had booked japan airlines from San Diego to Bengaluru via narita on Nov 21. While at San Diego airport , I came to know that japan airlines flight from Narita to Bengaluru was cancelled 2 months ago. The airlines asked me to check with Kayak as they were the primary ticket issuer. Now the issue begins from here : Chatdeal in association with Kayak was my primary ticket issuer. Firstly the customer support number that they had issued was of no use as it would always ask me to connect to representative via chat. So I went over chat over. Now in the chat, the representative were very slow in responding. They took almost 30 min for 1 response. All this while I was at San Diego airport having nowhere to go. Finally after hours of discussion, they said that this matter will be taken care by CHANGE section of chatdeal and they would require 24 hrs to come back. I objected as I was in San Diego airport with nowhere else to go. I decided to book a flight myself at 2.5 times to original cost. Finally I agreed and waited for 24hrs. But they never got back. After couple of days and after multiple attempts to get response over mail, finally they responded just to wait for some more days and its Still on going after 1.5 months. This was one of the worst case of professionalism

I was surprised at how often they would go up and down the aisles checking on passengers, picking up trash, and serving small food items. My brother decided to just take a rental car to KZO, and was going to just take their luggage from the airline, but the AA crew would not let them did so, and was really rude. It was very traumatic experience for the both of them and other passangers of how bad they treated this plane delay/cancellation issue. One passenger with baby was having a panic attack, but nothing was done. So far, no compensation, or apology email has been sent. Will never take this airline anymore. We are done."

Coach seats are just too cramped for an 14 hour and 45 minute flight. Not the airlines fault, that is just the way it is today. Great incentive to upgrade to Business Class, but that would have been an extra $970, not in the budget for my company. I will say this, the meals and flight attendants are world class, even in Coach. I had a blind woman sitting in front of me and the genuine care that the flight attendant proactively provided was heartwarming and inspirational. I was moved by the personal touch and genuinely sincere interest by the fight attendant in this woman's experience and safety. Every aspect of the journey, this particular flight attendant made the airline proud.

The boarding process was uneventful and normal. The plane was on the smaller side and a tight fit. Most people had to plane side check their luggage. The pilots seemed pleasant. We waited about an hour from leaving the gate to actually taking off with no information from the crew as to what was taking longer than normal. The flight attendants were informative but aggressive about the mask policy and spoke on the PA system often and for long periods of time. The attitude of the flight crew about several issues made the passengers tense. We arrived about 30 minutes behind schedule but safely.

A REVIEW BASED ON FACTUAL EXPERIENCES ON FORIGN CARRIERS AND THEIR SERVICE COMPARED TO AA and Other US CARRIERS, FIRST CLASS WHAT ? YOUR price for what not much more then a premium class seat AND ALL YOU OFFER IS a can of coke and a pkg of Fig Cookies ? Seriously. All 4 of my flights were first class, Joke of an offering, and each one sucked, I am American and I have flown over 800,000 miles and over 650 flights in 4 years, out of all these flights I've only flown US Carriers 12 times and I know that is a factual number. Jet Blue I will fly again, they act are a good and ran and they know how to take care of their guests AMERICAN AIRLINES JUST SUCKS Cathay pacific, Eva Air, Air Asia, Asiana, Korean Air, ANA, Thai Air ways and many more, I fly business class and every one of these airlines blows away these Sad Poorly ran US CARRIER'S, ,

They offer you "food bundles" but why do I want to pay $8 for a sandwich that costs $1 to make."

The women was really nice and if it was not for her I am sure I would not have made my connection. I don't know if there is anyway to track her down and thank her but I would like to do so. Pros: "The flight service was consistently adequate and the attendants made sure to provide many opportunities to stay well hydrated"
Cons: "There was a screaming child that made the trip almost intolerable. No fault of American, however, perhaps the attendants could have made some additional suggestions to the parent to help him quiet his child."

Cons: "Getting there, flight was rescheduled by AA, left not enough time to catch 2nd flight. Ran to that terminal, staff was curt. Rescheduled 2nd flight, had to check in my carry on, which made the people picking me up wait."

Cons: "The delay leaving Boston caused me major ground transportation problems in Philadelphia. Also boarding agents did a lousy job getting people to check their carry on bags, knowing with a full flight they wouldn't have room. This further delayed take off."

Cons: "The flight was cancelled. this is the third flight that has been cancelled to this destination. I waited for 7 hours in the airport and caught a flight on stand by. Because this has happended to me before I knew how to get a stand by ticket right away even though I was scheduled on a flight for later that day. Much later."

The airplane was an old 330 with shitty bathrooms, and I can't forget how one of crew keeped knocking on me in the toilet and he actually opened the door and said nothing at all which pissed me off,because I work for airline company and I had been in many once before but that behavior is amature once from supposedly experienced Crew member. Anyway save your money and time and avoid this airlines."
