Very god service with smile. Aircraft a bit old, TV doesn’t work, luckily we can use our mobile to connect to their TV.
I always love to travel with Garuda. Staff are great. On time. Efficient. food and drinks plentiful. pillow and blanket. But there were no live demonstrations of safety. I honestly have no idea where my life jacket is. On the way to Bali we werw not made to put on seat belts , although we were on the way back. What I hated this time was the waking of passengers after 2 hours for breakfast when it was still dark. Not sure if i will travel back to Aus on that flight again . Being welcomed with a breakfast 2 hours after shutting my eyes in the dark was Horrible and left me jet lagged after only a short flight.
Very pleased. Very professional and organized. Very clean aircraft. Efficient boarding and even a snack.
Friendly flight attendants, Did not care for the food. My headphones did not work because of a faulty jack at my seat.
The planes are getting quite old, the staff are quite ok good ok thanks Garuda
For ground ticketing crew to honor the seat I’ve chosen instead of separating me from my family WITHOUT INFORMING me!
Food quality can be improved for the price of the ticket.
On air services are excellent. The Garuda Lounge at Terminal 3 Soekarno-Hatta International Airport need to have special management attention in cleanliness and the service quality.
I hopefully cancelled this flight and will get a refund. I am disappointed that you did not stop alerts about this flight and seem to think we went on it. It doesn't seem like your company communicates well internally. Also from my end, I hope you have some clout to resolve things. That has to be part of the package you offer. Thank You, William Ashley
At CGK, need to walk from one gate all the way to the other gate to board the plane. Which makes me wonder, why can’t we just gather at the correct gate in the first place?
The plane is dilapidated. Arm rests peeling off. The bathroom doors were hard to close. Looks like the plane was not updated since 1990. They ran out of food for purchase so we couldn’t even buy a snack.
Great to have a direct flight from Jakarta to Perth.

TVs didn’t work, air conditioning didn’t work, flight crew came by one and that was it
It was delayed and no.entertainment unit. Lion group air is giant company with poor record of service.
Boarding was generally quick, staff were friendly and did assist people when needed. The plane wasn't cleaned well with remnants of the last passengers. Tray tables were falling down and back of seats falling apart. The AC was turned up too high and we were all freezing, i was actually shaking uncontrollably until the heating was put back on. No entertainment at all which is hard when travelling with children. Minimal food choices and cash only option. I know its a budget airline but some minor improvements could make a good difference.
Good value for money. Food was below expectations but acceptable.

Flight was half an hour delayed and gate was changed only once but not very far. Weather was good so smooth flight. So all in all was a good flight on a Sunday.
Boarding was on time and orderly. Crew was efficient. Departure as scheduled. I did not order food.
Due to very heavy rain in Jakarta which caused bad floods on the highways the captain kindly delayed the departure to allow many passengers to reach the plane with almost 2 hours delay. Otherwise the flight was smooth and uneventful. I was disappointed that given the long delays the passengers were not even treated to a free bottle of water. I had to buy a packet of salted peanuts and bottle of water since I missed lunch.
They don t offer even a glass of water need to buy a drink if you are tursty they can save money and timeby cancel the food offer for 1 hr fly both fly nobody buy and try sale on boad thinkthe we can buyduty free store
Compared with other LCC, Air Asia is a lot better
My flight got cancelled 7 days before departure, the the replacement flight was cancelled again and I was not notified, but found out during check in.
Delayed by 2 plus hours and utter chaos at the boarding gate. Boarding gate changed twice. People were stuck at the boarding gate with no access to food water or medicine.
Air Asia is a favourite of mine. Well run, good planes, great staff and great value.
The flight was delayed for over 4 hours. No proper explanation was provided. 3h later they started to give food. After 4h they started to give cash (300k rupiahs). However overall experience wasn't the best. I'd rather arrive in time.
Lion Air aircrafts always switch off A/C while parking in the tarmac and let its boarded passenger feel "the sauna". I believe modern aircraft has what so called APU to power the AC while waiting for boatding procesd
There was a stopover and they didn't tell us we had to deplane, our ticket didn't show this stopover and there was no time for a layover, just 10 minutes to run from one plane through security to another plane with the same flight number. They don't serve even water on the plane, it was awful.
One hour Late to board. An additional hour later to arrive at our stop. Not running A/C while boarding so even the cabin crew were sweating profusely. My knees were into the next seat for the first time in my life. Cabin seemed in okay condition.
Flight was delayed by 2 hours, there was a pack of biscuits and water included as compensation. It seemed to happen a lot as some people knew it was going to be delayed..
