Flight was delayed over 3 hours. Planes were dirty. Staff indifferent. And they serve vegan pretzels as snacks.
The flight was smooth. The Southwest experience has degraded overall, but this one was okay.
The checking experience in Orlando was terrible, almost missed the flight. Too many travelers and Southwest completely understaffed.

Leaving at 7 when scheduled to leave at 4:20 - you tell me. Understood there was a ground stop. Then having to "reboot" the plane because of a lighting strike, also understood. But basically the flight was a "clusterf#$%".
On boarding crew at the airport called in the boarding numbers too early meaning before the previous line was completed resulting in later numbers getting to board ahead. Also she asked those who boarded from number 3 to have the tags in their carry-on bags and leave it in the jet bridge. Most of the overhead bins were empty though. This is more work for the ground staff in addition to more inconvenience for passengers waiting to get their carry-ons from the jet bridge.

Flight was great. Almost miss my connecting flight due to late departure from Haneda. Had to run all through airport in Chicago to make the flight. Experience was great for 1st time flyers using ANA Airlines.
Like the fact that the boarding was expedited. But the delay and chaos around the onboarding was not appreciated.
Seats are complete BS for 10 hrs. The guy at counter canceled our return flight from europe. Lufthansa on the way back made United look like a trailer park gathering. If given the opportunity, I will never fly united again. Lufthansa seats werent much better to be fair but the service was a 10 out of 10. Incant express how difficult umited made my trip.
It was a great experience to fly with ANA, the sit is very comfortable.
The flight crew were very helpful. The seats were very close together. There was barely room to sit without touching the person next to you.
I’m an EP on AA every year for more than a decade but this was a very pleasant and surprising experience. Clean and sizable plane for HOU to CHI. 5 row first class. And excellent food in first class the steak option was really good. Your flight attendants even better. Seat 5A
Mostly excellent. However, many too many gate changes. Connecting flight at ORD changed gate 6 times.

Flight was delayed because of mechanical. Could not get landing space which caused me to miss my connection. Messy and not organized.
We landed slightly early but then sat in holding area waiting for our gate to clear out for about an hour, so technically we arrived one hour late at the gate at ORD. The airport may be partially responsible here, but regardless of who is responsible, it was a bad experience to be so close yet unable to get off the plane.
Delays and cancellations. Mechanics weren’t on site. Replacement plane took hours to arrive although it should have arrived within 90 minutes. Flight back was cancelled. Ended up driving over 12 hours and wasting 3 days between everything.
Little bit of trouble getting my KTN and pre-check status onto the ticket, but otherwise the counter staff were friendly and truly concerned to get it right.
The flight could have actually taken place. Canceled flight and no option to rebook that day.
Missed connection from delays and times changing multiple times and then involuntarily booked on another airline next day
The flight was delayed in 30 minute increments for a total of 4 hours and 30 minute delay. All other flights to Chicago left on time except for this one flight. If there is an issue with the inbound flight, just let customers know so they can find another flight right away, Once we got on the plane there was another 30 minute delay taking off at 10:30 at night which is very unusual that a flight wouldn't be ready to take off
First time flying JetBlue and my perception changed. Love it.
Poor, had a 5+ hours delay. Kept sitting in the aircraft with three kids. It was terrible
The plane was filthy and worn - the seat pockets were stuffed with tattered food and torn pamphlets. The cleaning crew that came on as we were deboarding were grabbing handfulls of trash and perfunctorily wiping down tables with dishrags. It's been a while since I flew Jetblue and it used to be a great experience. After this flight I will avoid flying Jetblue again if there is any alternative.
I have flown Jet Blue many times between JFK and SFO. I appreciate how clean the planes are, the ability to select my onboard entertainment and the flight crews have always been amazing! Unfortunately, my trip from SFO to JFK on August 23 was unusual. I arrived early at SFO for the 12:00 noon scheduled boarding. The flight was supposed to take off at 12:45pm but after sitting for a while, the plane had to return to the gate to have a generator inspected. After deplaning and then reboarding, we eventually took off around 3:30 pm. It was explained to the passengers that because the plane was using a backup generator, additional fuel was needed and the flight would take longer than originally scheduled. We were originally supposed to arrive at JFK at 9:32 pm but instead, arrived at midnight. Unfortunately, I was exhausted for the funeral I attended the next morning. As a passenger, I have always expected that the plane will be in good mechanical order and that all parts will function as expected. I'm not entirely certain that if I fly Jet Blue in the future, that I will have the same level of confidence that I had become accustomed to. Thanks for the opportunity to provide this feedback. Jet Blue cancelled my flight after I had boarded. They attempted to rebook me for a new flight two days later. I was able to rebook with a different airline, but not until the next morning. As such, I was forced to get an expensive hotel and missed important work meetings Monday morning. I am very disappointed with the customer service and will be pursuing full reimbursement for my hotel cost.
The boarding gate experience was good, however they were too exact at checking

Ground crew gave me interference about carrying a laptop and a small shoulder bag, even though I told them I traveled with them all the time. I then placed my laptop bag in my carryon and took out a medical device, and ground crew still tried to give interference. I had to remind them that medical devices don't count towards luggage limits. It was quite annoying and unne
I volunteered to let them put my carry on suitcase in the baggage storage area. But when we landed I was told it was being unloaded IN A DIFFERENT TERMINAL! I had to walk (painful for me) a long way to retrieve my bag and my ride had to move from the waiting area they were in to a totally different one. Not happy.
On-time departure, smooth ride for sure. All was good except, once again, there was no movies/TV as it wasn’t functioning.
