Cons: "The plane is great but the young gentlemen next to me is 300lb+(my best guest He's at least 6'2" possibly in his teen or early 20s) Don't get me wrong but to sit in coach for 14 hours with him in the middle seat is kind of a nightmare. Half of the way we all went to a bathroom and I don't blame him but the bathroom must be to small to clean up himself for I have to sit with feces smell for the rest of the flight. Imagine that. This is my second leg of this long flight from BKK to NYC. The first leg to dubai is horrible enough but this one top that by far!!!!"

Cons: "I am a 76 yr old traveller, did not get the change in flight schedule until I booked my flight. I was at Dubai airport for over 12 hours waited for the 3AM flight that took another 14 hours. Very stressful and tiring. There was not even a proper accommodation for this very long wait between flights. This experience will be told to all my friends and trust me it will be a very bad, negative endorsement."

Cons: "As with every other airline the boarding stinks. Everybody cues up even when their zone is not called because they want first access to the overhead space. I also don't like being charged extra to pick my seats."

Cons: "there were many who were selected for extra screening (code SSS) this process added a great amount of confusion (without any communication) we were screened and put in an isolation area where we were not allowed to leave or use a bathroom. We were there for over one hour. at one point, we were moving into a long tube like structure where we stayed for at least 30 minutes while others were boarding from an different ramp. the communication was non existent and we were made to feel like prisoners. actually, we were prisoners."

We had to wait for our neighbors to step out of their seat and take advantage to do the same. Felt very claustrophobic. Service was not good, we rang the bell several times to get some help and no one came to our assistance and we gave up after that. The crew told us they had run out of some juices that we would have liked."

Pros: "For starters, the seats were decently comfortable. They were wide, and offered generous legroom. The food was good: an unbelievable improvement from the previous flight (I recommend the chicken). The ICE system was impeccable. It had a wide selection of movies, TV shows, and games as well as access to the news. However, the flight's greatest perk my have been the compassionate crew. They were very helpful and friendly. They offered many accommodations, like a pizza and photo, all for free. Overall, the flight went very well."
Cons: "Although I enjoyed the flight, the only bad part was the boarding process. To start off, the departure in Milan was delayed for about 45 minutes. Also, when boarding finally began, the line was extremely long and moved very slowly. That was the only event that marred the flight to JFK."

Cons: "I flew from Singapore to New York with a 1 hour 15 minute layover in Dubai. Passengers with layovers were instructed to be at the next gate 45 minutes in advance of boarding. This was seemingly impossible and cause myself and many other passengers severe anxiety running through the airport. The first flight landed 10 minutes late in Gate C, took another 10-15 minutes to off board, at which point we were held by a flight attendant who later guided us to get on a bus to take us between terminal A and C. The entire trip between gates was approximately 30 minutes and we inexplicably had to pass through security 3 times during the layover. It seemed poorly organized and myself and other passengers just made the second flight before the doors closed."

Pros: "I would like to say this is the most horrific experience I have ever had traveling and using Kayak. I was late by 10 mins getting to the ticket counter and Emirates gave my seat away. I then proceeded to attempt to rebook and the Emirates agent advised they are sold out for the next 3 days and have no flight alternatives to offer. I contact flight network and the person I spoke proceeds to tell me the same thing and there is nothing they can do for me. Basically that I would need to purchase a whole new ticket on another airline as Emirates doesn't have availability. Which I did. Now I'm looking online and Flight Network has my exact flight on Emirates available at same price I paid for my ticket. But now my new ticket purchased to get home is non-refundable. I'm out over 1000 dollars because of bad info. This has been a horrific experience and after being loyal to Kayak for years.... I will never use the site again."

Collecting blankets & headphones well before landing was inconsiderate (I was COLD for the last 40+ minutes, and couldn't watch anything or listen to music for the last 30 minutes). Flight attendants needed to offer pens for customs forms."

I don't understand why, after boarding the priority passengers, airline don't board the rest of us from the back of the plane to the front. Doing it the other way makes us stumble across the front seated passengers who are busy stowing their carry-ones. This causes a bottleneck in boarding. Also, there are too many checks on us, which also slows things down. Also, Emirates advertises: one carry-on item of less than 15 pounds. On this flight I would say that at least 75% of the passengers violated this with large and multiple carry-ons. This is unfair to those of us who try to go by the rules."

Pros: "Emirates has a great reputation, and now I've experienced first hand why that is! Great (complimentary!) food and beverages, clean comfortable seats, generous luggage policies, and impressive customer service. The crew on our flight represented 19 different countries and spoke a total of 19 different different languages. The woman ahead of me was very unpleasant about her screen not working, and every attendant she spoke to was infinitely polite and pleasant. They tried to reset her screen, and eventually found an empty seat and moved her to first class!"

Lauderdale @ 1:30 p.m. the flight kept getting delayed . our flight did not take off until 7:30 that evening. Nobody informed us of anything what the delay was etc. it was handled horribly by Jet Blue staff. We were t offered vouchers nothing."

Currently en route to another airport to spend the night at the airport and then take an early morning flight to my home city. Would have been nice to get a hotel room. The way the crew asked was was very rude because he stated if we stand up he would keep the door closed. I understand about the passengers with connection flight but its Jetblue responsibility to get these people to their connection but it shouldn’t jeopardize me."

Cons: "The fact that I was 3 minutes late to check my bag (due to a line and walking to the wrong counter the first time) and they would not allow me to go on my original flight and route my bag on another flight. This resulted in me and my bag getting pushed on two new flights and my overall travel time going from 4.5 hrs to 11 hrs which with a 15 month old is an eternity. Many other airlines will allow you to make exceptions when checking in late (I was still nearly 40 minutes prior to flight departure) and let me still check a bag OR allow me and my baby to stay on the same flight without the bag."

Cons: "Our flight was delayed 2 hours because the crew was comprised of members from flights delayed by the snowstorm. Even though gate attendants knew they were on their way, attendants refused to let us board until the crew was all on board. Then we had to wait some more....... Also they were lax on pre-boarding announcements, not letting families with children on first. And waiting until each group was fully boarded before announcing the next. Plus the enunciation of various announcements was difficult to understand and/or way too fast. It wasn't funny."

Normally, I enjoy flying JetBlue however, this weekend's round trip was disappointing. My 1st flight was delayed about 5 hours and the return flight was delayed as well."

(After that long delay) The incident on the plane- the passengers had to take action and not the flight attends when a passenger threaten by another passenger. A good Samaritan came to the woman's aid and ensure she was safe by switching her seat. Prior to this, another passenger had to use her call button to try to notify the flight attends because the woman was unable to. (That was her second attempt to notify the attendants). I am unclear to why her first attempt to change seats was not taken under consideration by the flight attended. The alleged passenger was clearly intoxicated and had fallen on the women. The flight attends did intervened after the flight landed at FLL. The woman was detained on the plane along with the alleged passenger. Once again, I am not sure if that was wise. The woman could have been taken off the plane safely and quested at the gate at a safe distance. The alleged passenger was too intoxicated to comply with the flight attends requests to disembark the plan. I would have liked for the JetBlue flight attends to be more proactive or at the very least to keep an eye on the situation to ensure it did not escalate. This all could have been avoided if the woman's 1st request to change her seat to one of the many available seats was granted. Better ye,t for this alleged passenger to have never been able to board the plane in his condition. It was physically noticeable and the surrounding passengers stated they could smell the alcohol on him. Disappointed!"

Pros: "I loved that the pilot on my first flight introduced himself and staff to the customers prior to loading the plane. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The leg-room! The leg room was a great surprise. No hassle with bags. Great snacks, wi-fi and movies for FREE! I was so tickled. I've never flown JetBlue. I thought it was just another low-cost airline that makes you pay for everything , what a nice surprise! I immediately gave you a shout-out on my facebook account. Best flight experience I've had in a long time. Thank you."

Cons: "1. Forced to check carry on because of a pocket in the front when other passengers were allowed to bring actual suitcases which were taken right before boarding. Apparently JetBlue has a quota to meet as to how many people they charge for carry on luggage. 2. Refused to allow me to request my seat ahead of time to try and charge a $50 fee for an upgraded seat, even though by purchasing a ticket, I am guaranteed a seat on the plane. 3. Late once again. So far every flight taken by JetBlue this year has been late. My only on time flight this year has been with Delta. I do believe they are the new Spirit Airlines in disguise. This airline has been moved to the bottom of my list. I may take them once more but it depends on how many points I have with them, if it's enough to cover a free trip. If it doesn't, I will forfeit as the aggravation and nasty behaviour at the check in counter especially at LaGuardia is too much to take. They are also every discriminatory at that airport also, especially the people who work at JetBlue. I have to take responsibility for keep trying. It the same as beating a dead horse and expecting it to get up and run."

Cons: "First attempt to check im at kiosk failed. Was told to see an agent. Ignored that command made another attempt at kiosk and was able to get BP. The brag about their free wifi at every seat but it didn’t work. Can’t complain tho because seat back video screen had plenty of other entertainment."

Cons: "My in flight entertainment never worked. All I had available to look at was the JetBlue commercial channel showing me all of the entertainment I wasn’t able to watch. Not even the live view map worked. One of the attendants said something about resetting the system but I didn’t notice a change. I said something to one of the attendants a little later and she tried doing a reset again, but still no success. I could see other screens working fine and people were watching various programs while I just stared at a static map of the continental United States. Oh well, at least I was able to stream Netflix because of the free inflight WiFi."

Cons: "I came to the airport 11:30am asked to rebook for earlier flight which wasn’t possible unless 75$ charged. I decided to wait till 4:16pm departure that ended being 3:50 am the next day. Meanwhile it took several hours to receive water and pretzels, pizza finally came after 9 hr wait(which gave me heartburn). Ground crew disorganized feeding us excuses of weather (wx) which initially was a landing gear problem for first 1.5 hr delay then again WX and ATC not assigning a route(while other airlines departing no problem) then crew timed out then no plane & again waiting for crew...Seriously? What a management!!! Reading comments below this keeps repeating however this was about 13 hours delay. This company should quit!"

Cons: "Booked this flight to get a ride home, and in time for dinner with family. Flight was delayed 50 min. because of a delay in the arrival of the plane (not weather). During boarding process they were allowing people to get up and move around before takeoff, delaying over another 10min. When we finally arrived at 9:10 to the gate, another plane was at the gate and we did not get into the gate until 9:25. Thus, by the time the flight arrived I needed to get other transportation, cost me $25 and additional 30min. waiting for ride. This resulted in getting me home almost 2 hours late. Additional feedback: I book an aisle seat because I like being able to lift the arm on the outside, not available on this flight. I don't recall the plug for the headphones being down so far in the arm rest, thus struggled to find the plug."

Cons: "The boarding was a shitshow because nothing was done to prevent people from taking all of the overhead compartment room, so by the time my group boarded, there was no room. But, people were still trying and so that backed the line way up from 1/2 way into the plane all the way out the plane and IN SPITE OF MY REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO GET THE FLIGHT CREW TO ASSIST AND CLEAN UP THIS PILE OF HUMANITY, THEY DID NOTHING!!! They forced me to gate checked my carry on bag (no checked bag) and did not tell me I would not get it back AT the plane and had to go out through security to get it at the baggage claim and come back in through security and because of that incompetence I MISSED MY CONNECTION AND WAS STRANDED IN FLL OVERNIGHT. After the front desk continuously trying to explain to me how it was my fault some how, I HAD TO PURCHASE A SEPARATE TICKET ON A DIFFERENT AIRLINE OUT OF MIA AT 5AM TO MAKE THE WEDDING!!!! This is beyond unacceptable and as someone that travels for work and stays roughly 100 nights a year in hotels, I WILL NEVER ALLOW YOUR COMPANY TO BE ABLE TO PUT ME IN THIS SITUATION AGAIN!!!!"

Pros: "I like the fact that Jetblue handled the on boarding ot the passengers fast and efficiently starting with preferred riders, then going from the rear of the plane and moving forward. They also realized the plane was full so offered customers the free option of checking a bag in cargo. I would have preferred if they advised customers before checking through security of this option as I would have taken it rather than discard with some bottled products. The entertainment video was great on board, they offered free beverages and snacks. The crew moved through the aisle fast and efficiently when dispersing the food, and again when collect the refuse. While we had a little turbulence, the flight was uneventful and the pilot handled the landing very well. Departing the plane was also fast and efficient, although takes time because the plane was full. Overall, I was impressed with JetBlue, and their flight team."

I was traveling from Punta Cana DR to Denver but had connects in Panama City & Miami. Because 3 flights is a long day of traveling I chose the emergency isle for my flight from Panama-Miami so i could stretch out with the extra leg room. Because I didn't speak fluent Spanish though, the crew had to move my seat. They upgraded me to 1st class! Amazing airline! Incredible crew! Shame most airlines in the US with their FU attitude don't operate this way."

Not only did we board at the time we were supposed to be leaving, but then sat on the runway for an hour and a half before having to go back to the gate to refuel.... All passengers sat on the plane for 3 hours in Bogota before we ever took off with little to no communication as to why. Upon landing in Miami, my bag was then missing which honestly wasn't a big deal - I knew I'd get it back eventually. But with my new flight, I wasn't entirely sure which flight my bag should be with and which airlines (Copa or Avianca) I should go to regarding it. The staff for both were incredibly rude. My suitcase was the one missing and I was the happier, nicer one out of everyone I spoke to. I was told it would be shipped to my house which was great until I got an email saying I could pick up my suitcase at the airport. After searching for 2 hours of where to go and all staff pointing me to a different spot and offering little help, I tried calling the Avianca number I was given for any questions. Unfortunately, there wasn't going to be anyone who spoke English in until after my flight took off. After getting to my final destination, I tried calling the number again to try and sort out where my suitcase was and no one spoke English or could direct me to someone who could. I had to have my friend in Cali call the main office for me to find that my bad was still in Bogota after all of that."

We cannot eat, drink and relax at the gate because no fluids are allowed AT YOUR GATE. We are not talking ourtside security, you are already in the security areas. Even to go to the bathroom you have to go in and out of security, again! Stupid!! We didn't leave the terminal, and you're making us miserable!"
