The crew was very kind and made going to Hawaii relaxing and fun to look forward to! Thank you Southwest for a pleasant flight!
Boarding process, crew were good. But the seats were so uncomfortable that was all I could focus on. I literally had to sit forward so that all 3 of us could fit in row. I will try to avoid Southwest in the future for any flights over 60 minutes.
I liked the crew member who gave flight instructions on "in case of a problem:. The seats are so small that only a young teenager could sit in middle seat.
I recently flew Southwest from San Jose to Honolulu. I was very impressed with the flight crew, especially the flight attendant in charge of the front of the plane. She came through the aisle at least five times for drinks and water, and two times for snacks. I have not seen such service since I flew first class. Also, for the first time, they gave us the correct baggage claim number, and the luggage came out quickly. I can't wait for Southwest to have assigned seating! I absolutely hate the Cattle Call boarding procedure and the mad dash to get seats and overhead bins. However, the boarding was efficient.

Unfortunately it was not a good experience. There was a rude stewardess.
Boarding was quick. The flight itself was good. However, no charging ports for cell phones. Also, the food provided was just a few snacks. For a 5-hr flight, I would expect at least a sandwich.
Boarding was well explained and smooth. The flight was short, so there was no time for snacks. They did offer water or juice, though.
The flight was very short, 45 mins, therefore no snacks/drinks were provided; there should be a NA option for food and entertainment survey questions. Also, there were no charging ports onboard for cell phones. My experience was overall positive.
Price was right. Add power to the seats, television, larger plane to accommodate a long flight to improve mental health and overall comfort for a 5 hour flight.
Your seats do not recline more than 2”. That’s a shame on a 5+ hours flight especially overnight flight. Garbage airline
Had small delay to replace a airplane tire but overall it. Went well.
Couldn’t order food for the family because all the good food was unavailable. We opted for bringing something on with us. I also didn’t like that I had to have T-mobile for online movies. Stupid.
You can standby to get on earlier flight if the seat is open.
Should have been forthcoming for reason for delay. Should have been able to check in for seat I'd like.
It was fine. It was a 30 minute flight so there was water or fruit juice and no food. Which was totally fine. The check in, gate and flight crew were all excellent.

Terrible airport. It took over one hour to pass checkpoint and security gate. We stood under the sun in the long line
Really bad experience. Bad customer service from the check in process through the entire flight.
1. On time flights. All of our, three separate, flights for three families were late 2. No food on the 5 1/2 hour flight. A substantial snack would have been good. 3. Seat upgrades are expensive 4. No place to move around or stretch on the 5 1/2 hour flight
This is my first time flying Hawaiian. It was so disorganized and poorly coordinated, resulting in the most unacceptable delay
Boarding was a nightmare. Almost everyone was on group 4 and there was no line people crowded the check in and made things more chaotic than they needed to be.
Going to Kahalui was wonderful. Attendants were awesome. Coming home, I was bumped from the seat I originally booked. Imagine my embarrassment as I stood there knowing I booked my flight a month earlier. All in all, I didn’t allow that spoil a wonderful weekend in Maui with family.
The check in women was very nasty attitude to the passengers from Lihue airport flight 68
Nice people, easy boarding, comfortable seats. But didn’t like being stuck in a seat that I paid for only to hear an ad read by flight attendant for the Hawaiian Airlines credit card. TWO different times. No desire to hear all that. Wish there had been a mute button. And flight attendant handing out applications at the exit was way too much, Otherwise all good!!!
Flight was delayed 4 hours likely due to staffing issues. Otherwise smooth flight.
There weren’t a lot of choices of movies to watch for the “in flight entertainment”. It was kind of a hassle to switch between Wi-Fi hubs to check the flight tracker, and then back to the other for wi-fi access

When I got into Maui I had a layover but there was a flight to Honolulu earlier. I asked the gate agent to see if I could get on the earlier flight to get home sooner. Ke'van is so great! He was very helpful and friendly and I appreciate him very much
The flight left over an hour late and sat on the runway another half an hour or so.
Both were great flights with wonderful pilots! It was not fancy, very simple. But boarding was super easy and the flight was smooth. Pick up in DFW was at corporate terminal which was the only confusing part for uber but if you call the uber driver and drop a pin they come right to it.
Totally great experience. Would definitely travel with them again. Thanks.
Both my fights got cancelled. Said mechanical issues but on flight tracker the flights came in and left! We were lied to!!

We had a wonderful flight due to the care of our experienced pilot and copilot and the magnificent air views from our comfortable seats. What excitement to be in such a small plane with such magnificent around us.
Multiple time changes, then we left earlier than we were told.
Communication could be better but the staff and crew were over the top friendly and helpful, The flight itself was smooth.
flight was cancelled literally at 10pm the night before an early morning flight with hardly any time to reschedule. Will never book with kayak again.
Flight was cancelled twice. Moved four more times. Probably the least timely and poorly run airline I have ever experienced in my life. I have traveled hundreds of times to dozens of countries and this one takes the cake.
Excellent crew, good flight. Flight was delayed about 1 1/2 hours though.
