Just what I needed, Then got me three sandwiches and big thing of orange juice at Seven Eleven,,,,, Ahhhhhh happy happy happy."

Cons: "Gate agent was the worst in two years..never smiled, never thanked anyone and didnt call me by name or recognize my diamond status. Boarding was a fiasco with the pillars in too small of a gate. FA had too much coffee they kept main babin lights on way too long and kept loudly asking if anyone wanted extra drinks snacks....this is a redeye, people want to sleep!!"

Cons: "My screen seat miniature work but headphone jack was messed up tried two cords and not working so could see movie could not hear so for 5hrs that’s what I did which made me focus more on comfort. Plane interior was or looked brand new."

Cons: "Delta assigns seats at boarding, miss when you could pick which seats you sit in. I bought my sisters ticket, hoping we would then be able to sit together but we both ended up in the middle in different rows."

Cons: "One thing I didn't like is that this flight had three different numbers,. Aeromexico, Delta, and KLM. AND we didn't know which counter to go to to get our tickets ( it turned out Delta). There was not a single number to call to ask questions it get help....it turned out that JustFly was the contact, but we purchased through Kayak."

Pros: "I've always wanted to go to all five Manhattan boroughs in one day. Thanks to Delta, that happened."
Cons: "The plane broke down as we were about to take off. Delta rebooked everyone on to new flights because it was pretty obvious that plane was not going to be fixed in time. The crew did their best given the situation. The situation was absolute bs though - we had to take a cab to JFK for our new flight and do the whole security thing again and all that annoying stuff. Thanks for wasting 8 hours of my life, Delta."

Cons: "The seats are packed so tight there's almost no leg room - actually there is no leg room when the person in front of me reclined their seat. Since we were advised to get there 3 hours in advance only to wait two and a half hours in what is quite possibly the most uncomfortable waiting room anywhere this just makes the cramped plane even more frustrating."

Pros: "The crew as well as the pilot gave a lot of information to the customer due to a delay of 10min. Very professional. The pilot even said good bye in person to the customers leaving the plane, I really appreciated it :) The whether conditions in Seattle were very bad (windy, bumpy, rain, and night) and the pilot landed the plane as a pro! Thank you!"

Cons: "I always hate to hear erroneous announcements. I don't need to know why I need to keep my seatbelt on; just to do it and MAYBE how long I'll need to do it. You don't need to alert me when you're turning the seat belt sign off. There's a "ding" and the light goes off. You could wake me up, or my wife or my sleeping child. It's like they like to hear themselves talk."

Cons: "When flight arrived late, the plane then required maintenance. After boarding, we were told the fuel vehicle was out of fuel. A small fuel truck was then called in, and it failed to operate. The Captain made a decision to deboard due to outside temperature with little air-conditioning...amd mid-deplaning...fueling was complete amd passengers were told to go back to seats. Flight Attendants were amazing throughout this incompetent ground crew ordeal.!!! Captain was Great as well...his effort kept all informed and sought the best possible outcome for his passengers!!!"

Cons: "The flight was cancelled after waiting in the airport all day! I missed my conference on Thursday and Friday morning because I had to rent a car and drive! They did not seem concerned at all sbout money that was lost such as hotel, tickets for conferences and gas. All was said is the weather was bad snd we will get you out soon as we can."

Cons: "Having my knees jammed into the back of the seat in front of me all flight wasn't very thrilling. Seat was pretty hard too."
