Though I didn't take advantage of the in flight entertainment option of using a personal tablet, I thought that was an awesome idea. I'm interested in checking that out in the future. Cons: "I wasn't allowed to check in at the kiosk because it was approximately 40 minutes prior to departure, and there were no ticketing agents operating the counter. When I asked the supervising TSA agent at Kalispell airport for help, he took my ID to the ticketing agent at the gate past security and asked her if she could check me in and print a boarding pass for me from there and she did not. I was traveling with two other people in my party, one of which checked in approximately 10 seconds before I did on one of the kiosks and the other checked in approximately 5 minutes before me. I had my flight booking confirmation email on my phone, my receipt for the $497 ticket, and I was very polite in asking for help and very polite in receiving the bad news. The Kalispell airport is very small (there are just 3 gates), so I understand that the ticketing agent in the gate may have been so busy that she couldn't use the computer and printer at the gate to check me in and print my pass, but as someone who works in customer service I must say I was extremely disappointed in the verdict of my dilemma. I maintain full responsibility that our group had made it to the airport with little time to spare, and could have prepared differently, but from what I witnessed between my group's experience and my own, there could've been a touch of customer service added to our experiences. When I called Alaska Airlines customer service to rework my flight, I was charged a $211 change fee. I called customer service 10 minutes before my flight's departure time, so I was very clearly not late, there was no line at the security checkpoint, and I could see that the other two people in my group made it through security and to the gate in no more than one minute. I explained that there was no ticketing agent at the main counter outside of security and that the agent at the gate did not see any possible solutions for me. To say the very least, I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Alaska Airlines and the Kalispell airport and am truly discouraged by the sense of entitlement that I felt from the airline employees, the TSA employees, and air transportation as a whole. Again, I maintain responsibility for my dilemma, but would expect actual customer service for someone who very clearly made a mistake but is being extremely polite and calm in asking for help in a situation where there was ample time to correct the mistake, especially since there were others in the party that had successfully checked in merely seconds before myself. I know that sadly, my shared experience won't make much of a difference in anything, but I can't stress the importance of customer service in this world where it's a dying practice. I'm certain there are employees with Alaska Airlines that would have handled the situation differently, but for this particular experience I will not be flying with them again."

Cons: "I use airline apps to see what baggage claim I need to go to, because airport monitors are usually too far away for me to see them. And for this particular trip the video boards weren't working.. This made it even harder to figure out what baggage claim to go to. And there were few announcements about it. By the time I heard an announcement most of the bags from the flight were being taking off the carousel by an airline rep. Putting the baggage claim on the app, I think, would have made it a better experience."

Delta airlines was all about the up sale from charging for every bag to charging for internet ,food so on and so forth. Also one bathroom in the middle of the plane ? REALLY ? Out of tissue , paper towels , and tissue one hour into the flight . What in the Hell is going on with this airline ? Won’t fly with them again ."

We spent hours on the phone at great cost to us (international pay phone charges) to be bounced for one rep to another. We were finally told we could get in a plane home Sunday, please to be transferred, starting the process over from the beginning. It was TERRIBLE, beginning to end!"

Last time I was stranded in the Atlanta airport overnight waiting literally all night for them to return my luggage (which never came, and then was late even to my final destination). I will not be using Delta in the future."

Or at least alllowed us to deboard while issues where resolved."

Not a bad flight by any means but I guess I have been spoiled by superior service on all of my other weekly Delta flights."

Cons: "Delta doesn't manage their flight schedules and personnel with backup or standby crew in order to assist whenever there are delays across domestic flights. The plane was late to arrive at the gate and we were also told that while the pilot was ready to take off, we couldn't leave because we were waiting for a flight attendant to land from Pittsburgh (we were in La Guardia airport in NYC). delta would rather I convenience the flyer instead of hiring more personnel or figuring out standby or backup plans for delayed flights."

Upon realizing that employees of that gate had left, and we're not coming back, I had to ask passing personnel about my flight to find that it left already and that I had already been rebooked without being notified. I now had to fly from Houston to Chicago to Nashville. The new flight boarded almost 2 hours later than expected, and upon landing in Chicago, I had already missed my connecting flight to Nashville by 35 minutes apparently. Unacceptable."

Cons: "Someone was sitting in my seats and instead of making him move they made us move and tried splitting up my wife and 6 month old child about 4 rows apart. The air started blowing very hot air about halfway through the flight. Everyone was sweating and it was better to just turn the air off completely then keep it on. They tried taking care of it which helped for 5 minutes and then it started blowing hot again. Also the WiFi would kick you off after about 30 seconds and then make you go through a login that takes like 60 seconds. Needless to say... this was the first time I haven't flown Southwest in years... and with the kind of experience it's no wonder why it won't happen again any time soon."
