As a person who gets claustrophobic, the much higher head room, the swept up and away bin design, and the completely open high ceiling with calming blue lights is really wonderful. I wish every airline's planes were so up to date. Additionally, I really do think Southwest's boarding system is quite efficient and faster than the competition's. But it is still nice to be able to plan where one sits when possible for longer flights."

The movie screens (not headrest systems) were all up overhead so you get a neck cramp watching anything. The headrest behind me pressed my shoulders forward and the extendable part would not stay up. The window stopped at about my shoulder so to look out I had to crouch down. AA better stop squeezing us for profits and start delivering a quality service or we'll all find some other airline that puts passengers first."

Flight was from Dulles to Hartford and due to depart at 12:30 pm. 12:30 pm - Notified flight delayed an hour or so because they didn't have a flight attendant for the flight. 2:00 pm - Notified flight delayed because Flight Attendant was found but on way. 4:00 pm - Notified the Flight attendant would not be able to make it, but they were looking for another one. 6:00 pm - Notified a Flight Attendant was found and was on a plane that was inbound and would be landing any minute. Notified plane with Flight Attendant arrived at gate and they would be there any minute and we could begin boarding. 6:45 pm - Flight was CANCELLED!!!!! I could go on about how I was rebooked on an 11:00 pm flight on American Airlines out of Reagan, my checked bag was not returned to me and I was told it was on another plane United plane that would beat me to Hartford, they shuttled me to Reagan. I got to Hartford and my bag was not there......SURPRISE!! This was ridiculous and thank god I was traveling alone and had time. I felt bad for the families with small children who had to suffer through this stupidity."

I could not check-in on line and had to pay full fee for checking my bag. I was frustrated and at the airport there was no consideration for giving me the reduced fee in light of the website malfunctions by the agent checking me in. Also, the steps during the check-in was confusing - trying to sell upgrades etc, instead of just taking you thru the check-in steps."

Thankfully, it was a short flight. I enjoyed a tiny cup of water and opted not to spend $2.99 on another beverage. All of that, I knew about in advance and expected. I was thinking "at least my flight was cheap..." At the end, Southwest would have even been cheaper. I also didn't realize Frontier couldn't even be bothered by the basics. For example, opening the door when we arrived in Denver. We were on time. We waited on a gate, which is annoying, but not unusual, but then, after we pulled up to the gate, we waited ANOTHER 15-20 minutes in a roasting hot plane. JUST for someone to open the door to permit us to deplane. One of my fellow passengers quipped: "Are they going to make us pay to get off the plane?" Funny, sarcastic, but a sentiment many of your passengers shared. We finally exited the plane, and I waited on my bags--the ones I'd spent $75 to check. There was no information. No announcement. No update. The supervisor truly didn't even know what was going on. An HOUR AND A HALF later, the supervisor said, "I think your bags are still on the plane. We're short staffed, so another supervisor and I will go help unload them" Seriously? At what point did unloading bags become optional? We finally got our bags, and I'm the one who finally told the supervisor that bags from Kansas City were beginning to arrive. She announced it to the rest of the grumpy crowd. It was much worse with the cranky kids waiting on their strollers and carseats. I fly this route often. I arrived home AFTER I usually do on the much later Southwest and United flights. My fiance and I are traveling back and forth DEN-MCI/MCI-Denver often. We no longer even look at Frontier as an option when booking our tickets"

Boarding was slow as many passengers with window seats came on last forcing a constant reshuffling of passengers. While the crew was competent, all the other problems made the flight very mediocre."

Cons: "Frontier airlines has left an unforgettable experience to cherish in the years to come. I can say it was undoubtedly one of the impeccably worst airlines to travel ever. My flight was scheduled to travel from Kansas City to Chicago at 7:23 pm on Thursday. Initially I got an email from them saying the flight has been delayed and the new departure time is 9:45 PM. When I searched about it in GOOGLE it showed me that the flight has been cancelled, Furiously I called the customer service and they weren't even having an idea about the flight getting delayed in the first place. I had to travel to airport which is 50 miles from my place just to know that the flight got cancelled and the next flight is on Sunday. Due to their technical failure, I had to wait till Sunday to board a flight to Chicago(They gotta be kidding, wait 3 days to board next flight). I had to cancel few other flights, meetings and hotels as I am not able to board this obnoxious flight. Overall, The customer service is lackluster . Their website is very slow and has false information. The refund process is bad. They dont even intimate you through email if the flight is cancelled I am referring this airline to all my colleagues and friends. If you have a lot of money for procrastination, you are welcome to travel with this airline."
