Cons: "My son and I had seats in different places and they asked him to move forward several rows because of weight and the seat beside him was empty so I asked if I could sit next to him and they said no without giving any explanation. That kind of upset me. Just a short explanation would be fine."

Pros: "The American Airways gate agent was very helpful fixing the problem that British Airways created. She went out of her way to get me booked on AA flights to catch my BA flight from London to Riyadh."
Cons: "My original flight was cancelled and the first available flight was 3 days later. BA booked me on the flight but failed to change my ticket from the original flight causing me to miss the flight from Kansas City. At the airport BA agent told me on the phone that I would have to wait 3 more days after I had already waited 3 days because BA canceled my original flight. Because of the flight cancelation I missed two days of work and because of the failure to ticket my following flight I almost missed a full week of work. The BA booking person seemed content that there was no way I could make it to Saudi prior to the end of the week. Fortunately, the AA agent was able to find a way for me to continue my trip on a later flight."

However her comment was more annoying - no sorries - not apologies - just said - "oh it's just water - it is refreshing" - Seats pushback was almost broken - it would break your thumb to push the button and then almost stand to push the seat back. - This was transatlantic flight and you charge for liquor? It is not free - you have to purchase - They ran out of red wine (which was free) by the end of the first meal. Do you keep just one bottle for this big 777 fight. - Overall experience was horrible."

They were useless in finding flights, starting looking at flights starting in other states, took forever. I ended up getting help once I got to the airport"

This was after a 4 hour layover completely disappeared. They should have been able to reroute planes or something after the first 2 hours of delays since it was for a weather phenomena that gives tons of warning (at least 24 hours)."

Cons: "My United connecting flight was delayed. I rushed to arrive at the gate prior to the departure time to be told the plane had left early and I had been rescheduled to the next morning at 7am. However, there were no vouchers available for me to stay in a hotel or get food. So, I was able to get a flight on American that got me home the same night. By the way, the American flight was delaying takeoff to wait for passengers who had been delayed on their connecting flights."

Cons: "We paid good money for first class tickets expecting to get a hot dinner meal on the flight so we had not eaten. By the time the flight was allowed to take off, the dinner onb the flight had sat too long and they were not allowed to serve it. They gave us a coupon for $20 buck to eat dinner at San Francisco airport upon arrival but of course no restaurant is open at 2:00 am."

Cons: "A passenger had to move because of an allergy to the "emotional support dog" in the seat next to her. They moved her before the rest of the flight had boarded, so the seating got messed up and took quite a bit of time to sort out. The flight crew seemed to be extremely put off by the whole scenario and couldn't seem to keep their displeasure professionally under control. I ended up volunteering to move because the passengers who caused the problem refused to bend. For all the crew's displeasure, they didn't handle the passengers, the passengers handled them."

Cons: "My suitcase was ruined in transit to Kansas City. The help desk basically asked me to leave my bag behind for three weeks to see if they can fix it. They had no means of looking after the contents. Was I suppose to carry my content???This was ever so frustrating since the suitcase was brand new. Then the lady told me that my warranty on the bag will cover the damage. It was obvious she was not willing to help and did not have a clue what she was doing thus I just logged the complaint and had by suitcase sorted out the San Francisco Airport. They were very helpful."

Also, I rated entertainment and food low only because there weren't any of these to rate. The overhead was so full that I couldn't place my bag in the overhead. The luggage check in is no longer a service a customer is provided if 1) I have to pay to check one in. 2). I have to lug it around with me only to have no place to put it. 3) the amount of time it takes to get off and on the plane because the line backs up while everyone waits on prior passengers to get their luggage into or out of the overhead (some are too short, too weak, ot placed their overhead ten rows away). Yikes!"

Pros: "I asked for assistance because I have a hurt foot and wear a boot, so walking is difficult. There was someone at every stop wAitng on me with a wheel chair and they quickly got me to my next gate and also asked if I needed the rest room or wNted to stop and get a drink or food. Very very Attentive and friendly!"
