Flight departed and arrived on time. Shocking as this has never happened with Delta! We were thrilled and hope it happens again next trip! Atlanta seems to be the worst place we have to fly in and out of as there is always a delay. I never plan a trip with less than a 90 min layover there because of their issues so this was a treat!

First class and crew checked on me once to distribute food but never came back to collect garbage. Found myself getting up to throw away trash because they collected it from everyone around me. Also never came back to ask if I wanted a refill on my drink or if I was content; I was watching a movie so I was awake.

The window stopped at about my shoulder so to look out I had to crouch down. AA better stop squeezing us for profits and start delivering a quality service or we'll all find some other airline that puts passengers first."

Flight was from Dulles to Hartford and due to depart at 12:30 pm. 12:30 pm - Notified flight delayed an hour or so because they didn't have a flight attendant for the flight. 2:00 pm - Notified flight delayed because Flight Attendant was found but on way. 4:00 pm - Notified the Flight attendant would not be able to make it, but they were looking for another one. 6:00 pm - Notified a Flight Attendant was found and was on a plane that was inbound and would be landing any minute. Notified plane with Flight Attendant arrived at gate and they would be there any minute and we could begin boarding. 6:45 pm - Flight was CANCELLED!!!!! I could go on about how I was rebooked on an 11:00 pm flight on American Airlines out of Reagan, my checked bag was not returned to me and I was told it was on another plane United plane that would beat me to Hartford, they shuttled me to Reagan. I got to Hartford and my bag was not there......SURPRISE!! This was ridiculous and thank god I was traveling alone and had time. I felt bad for the families with small children who had to suffer through this stupidity."

We paid $47 to check one carefully packed 50 lb bag on the way. Our return trip, they charged $65 for the base fee and only then chose to inform us that we would be required to pay an extra ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS - total of $165 one way! A because, since our departure, they had reduced the permissible weight to 40 lbs. ONE HUNDRED ADDITIONAL DOLLARS FOR LESS THAN TEN POUNDS WHEN WE WERE TOLD 50 LBS WAS THE LIMIT. I know their fares are cheap but my lord, their seats are tiny, they nickel and dime EVERYTHING, and they legit steal from you by changing the rules and price-gouging. Gross. I’ll pay more on the front end next time, because at those prices I could’ve flown a non-budget airline and been comfortable and had a damn complimentary water.

Cons: "They gave our captain to an Atlanta flight. We had to wait for another captain to get to DIA. Then we got loaded up and had to wait for the east gate to open, then they had to map out another plan I.e., the northeast gate (and that didn't materialize) soooo we sat on the plane until we receive the okay to depart on "the east gate". Which was approximately 21:30. We finally arrived at approximately 01:00 a little more than hour late. It took better than 30 minutes for us to get our luggage. Stupid crazy that a person is paying ridiculous prices for pitiful customer service."
Pros: "My knees where jammed into the seat infront of me causeing them to fall asleep sp i was standing up randomly the whole flight but the plane was clean and everything else went smooth"
Cons: "I purchased the "perks" upgrade and then when I tried to put my jacket in the overhead storage the attendant told me I couldn't do that and that I had to hold it for the flight... never mind the overhead storage wasn't full. That's what an additional $58 gets you. Then the pilot didn't want to fly the plane because the soap dispenser wasn't functional in the forward lavatory. Seriously! We sat on the plane 35 minutes while he waited for an out of order decal for the lavatory door. Dumbest flight crew I ever encountered. I'm going back to United."

Airport monitors and website was not updated, until boarding until flight attendant announce cancelled flight. Nothing was available for me to fly out and nothing offered to help find a flight with other airline or hotel stay or rents stay. Frontier does not have customer service support and obviously doesn't care for their customers."

After an hour of turbulence, I started to feel sick but thankfully didn't have to throw up because there were no vomit bags. If you need a really cheap flight and are only bringing a purse, it would be a decent. But be prepared for rude people, discomfort, and turbulence. A misleading, unprofessional company."

I'd know because I replaced it last. The attendant said it was common. Well, if that's common, just give me the damn ticket at check in. Make that compulsory. Duh?"

Cons: "The crew was fine. At no time was I made aware during my booking that I would be charged for a carry on and or checked bag. The total cost added $205 each way for 4 passengers to my flight. I feel completely mislead. Customers also had to pay for water on the flight which was ludicrous. The cost of baggage went up ten dollars from what I was quoted when called customer service to inquire about the prices on preselected seat assignments the day before departure. The seats do not recline and are very uncomfortable. The flight was delayed by five hours and no food vouchers offered. I would not fly frontier again nor recommend to anyone."
EVIL SPIRIT It was only a 3hr flight so we didn't care about the comfort or ameneties to save a few bucks. Got boarding passes 24 hrs in advance, then departure time changed no less than 6 times before we took off. Spirit "customer service?" didn't even know. Transport from our hotel got re-arranged several times and we ended up sitting in the airport for extra hours (with little ones). Minimal staff on baggage check created long lines. Rude boarding clerk said "next time, print your boarding passes" (tough from a hotel room). Very Rude flight attendant (a feeble old man named Pasqual) threatened during boarding to throw off anyone who didn't wear their mask properly "you'll have to find another way to Hartford, but it won't be on Spirit". And "don't try to eat a bag of chips for 6 hrs. That won't work here" That was a general announcement, not directed at anyone in partiucular. Several other snide remarks. It's fair that a discount airline cut some corners on the extras, but it doesn't cost anything for courteous staff. Our Frontier flight to Orlando was excellent but we picked Spirit for the retun trip for a better departure time, which didn't work out anyway. Next time it's Frontier round trip!

If ever a major problem with the aircraft, it would be very hard to exit the plane quickly and safely. Very nervous about this airline. Pilot seems capable and flight was smooth, so I guess that’s a plus. The first time I flew spirit, they didn’t give us the baggage carousel and the attendant in airport didn’t know. Tried another and was given a wrong carosel. The psssaengers found it on their own and called out to others. I always fly BDL to MCO and back. I travel alone or with children. Not much choices on the flights times etc."

Called Spirit and they told me they don’t give my compensation. First time traveling with Spirit, and didn’t like it. I rather pay more and be conformatble and not have to worry about paying for seats in order to seat with my kids and husband. Pay for the extra bags etc ..."

Cons: "They quote one price for checked baggage if you pay when the ticket is purchased, another if you pay before check-in, and a third price if you purchase at check-in. When I purchased my tickets through KAYAK, I was not offered an option to pay for a bag. When I paid for the bag a full day before I checked in, I was charged the full price with no other options available - in other words, THEY LIED. I emailed a question to their customer service address; it went unacknowledged and unanswered. The flight itself went OK, but the seats don't recline at all, there is very little knee or elbow room, and the padding is the worst I have experienced. If you are larger than average or have knee or back problems, expect to be in torment. They charge for EVERYTHING, even plain water. After paying full price for my checked bags, the savings for the flight over other carriers was simply not worth the discomfort."
