Pros: Boarded as soon as I arrived at the gate. Left and arrived on time. Happy, pleasant staff. Everything as expected or better.

Cons: Traveling first class in the CRJ commuter planes is really just coach as it was 15 years ago.

Cons: The gate agent hurried ineffectively to board our slightly delayed flight (around 10 min). She left open the Priority Lane and boarded all pax there, having to step 4 steps to the left to scan every boarding pass.

Pros: Customer Service was acceptable.

Cons: Flights were cancelled and bags were lost!

Pros: The ground crew is helpful in fixing our seats. Boarding procedures are smooth and overall journey is comfortable

Cons: the airline can provide more options for us to selecting seat at self help counter. Provide options for food. There are 2 vegan meals out of 3

Cons: 50 minute wait for a gate to deplane. How could there not be a gate at 10:30 pm? It’s not like our arrival was a surprise!?

Cons: Boarding seems to always take longer than necessary. Why not board passengers in the back of the plane after special status boards?

Cons: Check in was slow, I had to pay $130 for 4lbs of overweight bag, $200 to change a flight, they screwed up the first change and almost charged $200 more until I asked them to review the “quality assurance” call, the flight was delayed because they had to find a new crew, and again because of a part.

Cons: I had a very large (over weight person sitting next to me. She occupied about 6 inches of my seat. It was quite uncomfortable. Did my best to be very polite and accommodating but it was terribly uncomfortable and closterphobic.

Pros: There was an incredibly large passenger next to me and I was essentially afforded only a quarter of my seat. It is not really fair for anyone to have to sit next to someone taking up twice their seat.

Pros: There were a few hiccups with the overall flight process, but the crew was very friendly and informed everyone in a timely manner of the situation. There were also good snacks. Also, flexible baggage policy, which was great.

Cons: The boarding situation is odd and less organized or structured than any of the other airlines I've flown with.

Cons: Was not asked for my ID on check in, Cold on plane, was not offered snacks, steward was chomping on his gum annoying...no in flight food offered, speaker system was loud and hard to hear

Pros: Seat was comfortable with plenty of legroom. Crew were extremely friendly and accommodating. Flight was a little late leaving but made up list time and arrived on time.

Cons: My bag was checked at the gate, and I was told I could pick it up in Sint Maarten, my final destination. I arrived in Sint Maarten to learn that AA had left my luggage at Charlotte Airport, despite having landed 30 minutes early.

Cons: Not really an experienced flyer. Overall the flight seemed good. No issues with airline or airport. Just don’t understand self-important people that feel compelled to push the overhead storage limits with their bags.

Cons: Seats weren’t assigned until at the gate even though checked in 18 hours before. Bag drop was horrible. No self service. Was inline for about 45 minutes.

Cons: Other than at meals, No crew around to distribute water on a 9-10 hour flight. Crew not very nice when we were asking for water. Completely dehydrated on arrival. Ground crew very charming.

Pros: The crew was very friendly. The plane was very quiet (except for noisy crying babies).

Cons: Unless you can afford the higher priced "comfort class" or first class seats, the seating is very, very cramped on Delta's 757s. It's a good thing the flight was only 5+ hours (but that's not long enough to get any decent amount of sleep on this flight scheduled as a redeye).

Cons: Honestly? Not much could have been worse. Long delays, rude employees, lost bag with no help at all a day later. Say on tarmac for 2 hours with no AC. A piece of the plane fell off onto me the flight attendant did zero I’ve also had some shining star experiences but this flight wasn’t one of them.

Pros: The announcements for our flight was not good. When I asked the counter associate "if our flight was on time" she said yes. What she should have said was "yes we're boarding now". We almost missed out flight! Also once we were settled and was able to order our drinks, it took them so long to teturn

Then would be nice to not get delayed 4 times on today’s flight arriving home at 2 in the morning on a day we HAVE to go to work because we already are in trouble for missing previous day.
