Cons: The crew at checkin we’re pretty awful. They were rude and not very helpful. I witnessed 3 customers have poor service in front of me and then they weren’t helpful with me either. The plane changed and I had paid for a seat and I lost my money and the seat I paid for and was never notified.

Cons: Flight was canceled from Newark to Monachium then coming back plane from Krakow was late and I had to spend night in Monacoum . I arrived to Newark on Tuesday instead of Monday horrible trip all together ☹️

Pros: Kayak is great for finding the right flights that fit my travel schedule. WestJet staff are very friendly and are very helpful getting you on board the plane.

Cons: The WestJet BASIC fare restrictions are very anti-customer centric. I know the fare is about price only. However, prior to the change the airfares were the same, but the restrictions, like missed flights were less penalizing. This fare structure is a WestJet - Win; Customer - Lose.

Cons: The single most cramped and uncomfortable flying experience of my life. The chair in front of me recliner lined to 4 inches in front of my nose. Couldn’t move legs or arms for 10 hours because it was so tightly packed. I couldn’t believe it was legal to fit that many people that closely together.

Pros: My seat was next to bathrooms when everyone start using it start smelling too much very uncomfortable sitting there. Food chicken was very salted, they run out of drinks 10 hours flight dinner served at begging no snacks or anything till 2 hours before landing

However, fortunately, the baggage team caught the error and retagged my luggage properly. By the time I realized her error, they had already emailed me with the solution! Yay baggage team!! Pros: Friendly and helpful crew. We were served drinks and food. I liked that the flight attendants requested everyone put their seats in the upright position anytime food was served so that the person sitting behind you had space to eat.
