Cons: The wifi signup process not seemless with Android.

Cons: Changed my flight time bc of Max 8 which ruined my meeting schedule. Then the outlets in my row were not working so I could not do work or watch entertainment.

Pros: The crew was great. The plane was. It comfortable. There was no entertainment. Boarding was horrible. The manager was rude and made a snide comment to my husband while we were boarding. Then he yelled at an AA employee in front of all of the passengers boarding and kicked out from behind the desk.

Cons: Manager on duty could’ve been more tactful and professional.

Cons: No comfort want so ever with the seats, even after paying extra for more leg room. I’ve sat on concrete that was more comfortable!!

Cons: It’s the most uncomfortable flight I’ve ever ridden. 3.5 hours on Deontier is worse than 12 hours to Europe. NEVER AGAIN.

Cons: The fact you can’t even get a drink with out being charged is ridiculous. Charged for everything! Low price is deceiving because you land up paying more with all the “additional “ cost for comfort

Pros: Th Roland was very good as was the entertainment from BOS to SFO, but may as good from SFO TO OGG. They plane was older smaller and the entertainment ability was lacking from SFO TO E

Cons: The maple crisps were excellent from BOS to SFO. The pretzels were boring from SFO to BOS.

Cons: Not here as long as the last place but was still teribly confusing. The airport is not very new user friendly. I had to ask ppl multiple times where gates were and issues with time changes etc. Was pretty nerve wracking for a first time traveller to the states.

Pros: The crew was spectacular. My son and daughter-in-law (married the day before) were are the flight as well, and the flight crew went out of their way to welcome them.

Cons: My seat was broken and didn’t recline. I booked first class bc of a bad back, so I count on that. Salad was wilted and gross. Plane didn’t have plug ins for phone! Entertainment system didn’t work well- movie kept buffering. Sky texting wouldn’t work either.

Pros: This was Japan airline and the crew were very respectful and responsive and food was amazing

Pros: The plane was 2 hours late and I could not get home. Missed the connection to Greenville at 11:38. They told me there were no hotels in Atlanta and I would have to stay in the airport and then take the 8:55 am fight to Greenville. That took an hour in line and there was no help.

Cons: The pilot was awesome. He flew as fast as he could to help anyone make their connection but it didn’t help. But I appreciate him trying. Just frustrated that being military I didn’t get to board earlier or that they didn’t help me find a way home

Pros: one of the crew members (Ana) was not only rude and bumping the food cart everywhere, she apparently did not learning as kid the basic of thank you and please. In addition her personal manners of cleaning her nose with her hand, was not only disgusting but unhygienic.

Cons: When flying cross-country, I always choose a window seat so I could look at the mountains in Colorado, Utah, Nevada, and California. But on this flight, the windows would dim completely so I couldn't see anything. And the controls to un-dim them didn't work.
