Pros: I was seated in Row 18 (comfort economy?) and my seat was relatively comfortable. The cabin was clean and pleasant. The crew was friendly, efficient, and professional.

Cons: My family was seated in the economy section and their seats were extremely uncomfortable. I had the pasta dish for dinner and it was mushy to the point of being inedible.

Pros: Crew was attentive

Cons: We sat on the runway for an hour.

Pros: The crew were nice and the service very good. The layover was short.

Cons: Our luggage was lost so we had to go back to the airport the day after. In economy class the Last 3 central rows or even more, have no carryon storage. We were stuck with our carryons for over 7 hours during the flight Montreal Munich. This is the case if you fly their new A350-390.

Pros: Kind and attentive crew, surprisingly comfortable seats with more legroom than I expected, even in basic economy, a ton of overhead storage.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: When booking there is an option for Food? This gives the appearance that food isn't included in your flight unless you pay extra.

Pros: The crew on the plane and at the Dublin airport were nice. We haven’t made it to Dubrovnik. Plane from Newark was delayed, we missed our connection, our luggage was misplaced, then they didn’t have another flight until the next day, and they sent us to a hotel that didn’t have any rooms available.

Cons: What couldn’t have? Thanks Aer Lingus.

Pros: On a 7 hour flight you want comfort. It was so smooth and easy. Watched movies, read, just relaxed. I've flown with Aer lingus before and it was just as amazing. I will ALWAYS use Are Lingus when I fly to the UK or Ireland and Shannon is a Gem of an airport. Most amazing airport I have ever been to!

Cons: Missing one suitcase and it will be delivered a day late supposedly

Cons: British Airways did not correctly issue ticket to American Airlines and we have to wait another day before departure. Resulted in my loss of monies on various reservations

Cons: More open counters for the plethora of people trying to check in. Started the trip off with frustration

Pros: Crew was amazing. They adjusted the seating arrangements so there was an empty seat in every row to give passengers more space. Very thoughtful and much appreciated. They served delicious meals, snacks, and water. They provided headphones, blankets and pillows. They took very good care of us.

Cons: Screens need a serious upgrade, my seat didn’t recline all the way nor could it be restored to an upright position. Not very comfortable and I paid for a seat upgrade.

Cons: We got the extended leg room seat we asked for, but next time I will be a bit more particular about its position. The problem was we were right behind the Business/Economy partition, which a) limited our stowage and b) it was a passageway for passengers getting from on aisle to the other.

Cons: Constantly late! Unreliable and missed my connecting flight, AGAIN!!! 4 out of last 10 flights I have had lost luggage. No apology, it’s “just BA”.

Cons: The temperature in the cabin was unbearably hot

Pros: The flight was on time, perfectly organized, excellent flight attendants and efficient service

Cons: There were no negatives (and rarely are with Lufthansa)

Cons: Only complaint: the touch screen on the seat back was oddly unresponsive and this made it a bit difficult to interface with the various in-flight entertainment options; the streaming music in particular.

Cons: RUD Stop very disruptive to sleep. Especially with little kids. Connection flight at FRA was very hectic. Asked numerous airport personnel for help and extremely rude, including yelling at us unprovoked. Business lounge had no kids area and very clinical. BA business more warm.

Cons: This return flight was much better than the flight going to Amsterdam. I believe the biggest factor was the type of aircraft. The old 747 just didn't meet expectations. The newer 777 on the way back was much more comfortable, with better amenities.
