We boarded early, left a little early and arrived early. Nothing to complain about, except maybe a crying baby behind me, but that's not Delta's fault. :)

Cons: When my flight with American Airlines cancelled, I felt so panicked because I needed to be in Florida on Saturday night. But thankfully, lady who works for American Airlines solved my problem on the phone in couple of minutes easily. After that, when we were boarding to the aircraft, there was a cabin attendant lady. She came to us and ask me and my mother if we can talk English.I answered her with yes we can, but she demands to talk with my mother. And English is not her native language, but it doesn't prove that she doesn't know it. She tried to ask questions to her like, "where were you today?" so we couldn't really understand the reason for her to ask those questions in the first place. So we couldn't really say anything. While we were talking about my mother's English, the all aircraft was watching us, and trying to figure out what was going on. After all, she made us to sit there and wait her to replace us with other passengers. We waited the whole aircraft to be seated, then she took us to another seat with my mother. I can understand that it is her job but I'm not sure, if it had to be that much discomfort. We got pretty upset about it and it affects our flight quality. Plus, while cabin crew serving beverages, they didn't really ask us anything. We needed to call them for our order. To be honest, I would never flight with Delta. It was a disappointment.

Cons: My flight was cancelled and I had anxiety about being at my destinations on time because I had to travel another hour away without knowing if my ride would be able to wait for me. However, I was booked on another plane that wasn't damaged which got me there on time,but once I arrived my luggage was no where to be found. I was promised my luggage on the same day,but I didn't get it until 11:30pm that night from a 2:40pm flight. I had to go out and spend money on toiletries,night wear and my medicine because of not having my luggage. Just totally disgusted by the overall experience and wouldn't wish it on anyone.

Pros: The crew went out of their way to make sure they got the plane ready as quickly as possible and get us to Jacksonville as quickly as possible.
Cons: Delta lost the plane for over an hour. After already spending 10 hours in ATL because of an earlier delay due to human error I was extremely disappointed in Delta that my flight out of Atlanta was delayed by an hour because they LOST the plane and couldn’t find it or the truck to bring it to the gate. This kind of error on Xmas eve is embarrassing. Delta didn’t do anything for the passengers affected by this. I was dumbstruck by the apathy of the Delta employees at the gate (the exception was the flight crew, who tried to get the aircraft there earlier). Because Delta did nothing but make error after error I arrived at home 11 hours later than my original flight was booked for on Christmas Eve, missing Christmas Eve Services and family traditions. When I need to get somewhere on time I’ll never rely on Delta after this experience.

Pros: 2 seats by windows, rather than 3, and the roominess plus ease of using the media tv screen and options. the beverage options and food options were plentiful as well as good quality.

Cons: Unnecessary flight cancellation. I had friends taking the same flight at the same time at the same airport from different airlines and they came through for their customers. I received no consolation it assistance with overnight accommodations.

Cons: Multiple delays, from 8:15 to 8:49 to 9:05 to 9:39 to 10:12 to 10:19 to 10:25. I am not joking. Honestly, if the delay is due to 'maintenance' for an incoming plane that has not left its originating destination, why quote any time at all? The check in rep did provide an announcement at 8:15 that although the time of departure had moved to 9:05 , he did not see how that was possible since our plane was on the ground in Richmond undergoing maintenance. I was in LGA. When I heard that, I changed to another flight, so the outcome was not as bad as it could have been. I am aware of these other times since my email is packed with Delta's notifications, which I welcome usually.

Pros: It's hard for me to write this review as the first 4.5 hour leg was incredible. Staff was very friendly and did a great job. Otherwise, the equipment was old and dated. Good thing it's only an hour-ish flight.

Pros: Not a lot. Entertainment options on board were decent. Food was alright.
Cons: Everything! Crew were terse, rude and inattentive. Due to an issue with a bag on board without the associated passenger we had to taxi back to the stand for it to be removed before we could take off. This cost us an hours delay. There was limited apologies for this, no refreshments provided during the wait and poor communication of this. During the flight the staff were inattentive and sparing with refreshments. Service generally did not live up to expected level associated with an inter-continents flight. The flight was turbulent but crew and captain seemed over cautious with it and crew had to remain seated unnecessarily at times and at the detriment of passenger service. One stewardess wouldn’t even let me finish a drink before removing it from my hand claiming we were about to land and she had to sit down because of turbulence. We were still 40 mins from landing at this point! All in all a pretty bad flight, and it’s safe to say I won’t be flying American Airlines again.

Cons: The gentleman sitting next to me never turned his phone in to airplane mode. His phone rang several times while the flight attendant was going through the safety procedures right in front of us. This was after the announcement came that all electronic devices where to go into airplane mode. The flight attendant did not do anything and seemed to ignore the phone that kept ringing. The gentleman was even talking on the phone while the flight attendant was going through the safety procedures. Later while landing an announcement came over that we were to return to our seats, close all tray tables, and seats ts in the upright position. At this point the gentleman sitting next to me leaned his seat backwards. The flight attendant passed by the gentleman at least three times and never said anything about his seat back. Evidently this flight attendant did not care to do his job properly.

They had just gone through the entire procedure to get to the gate and were forced to be stranded. FIRST CLASS: food service: could there be a rating less than POOR? we were given 10,000 miles (yes that bad) but just like Whose line - the points don't matter when the airlines is that bad! Crew response: We're not any worse than the other airlines - my response: WRONG! NO WIFI NO entertainment NO CHARGING AREA magazines were missing pages in both seats- requested new one never received

Cons: I will never fly American Airlines again. From the moment I checked in with the ticket agent to getting off the plane it was a disaster. The ticket agent was rude, hostile, and dismissive. Employees walked through the line at security forcing everyone to consolidate their belongings to one bag. I had a large wallet in my hand and was told I had to step out of line to put it in my backpack. They only allow you one bag to carry on without paying extra. At the time of boarding they announced that the overhead storage was full so even those that paid extra were still forced to check their bags. The plane was dirty, the service was slow, overall just gross. They don’t have WiFi or in flight entertainment so I paid the $20 to purchase the WiFi. It was worthless. I couldn’t stream anything, even music kept stopping to buffer. I understand it will be slower then on ground WiFi, but it was impossible to watch anything and a complete waste of money.

Pros: Everything. I bought some souvenir magnets from the shop across from Starbucks near Gate C5(?). The gentleman working the register was very pleasant and was a welcome personality so early in the day. As a service member, I would like to thank him for his service. He was consistent in asking patrons whether they’d like to purchase a travel kit for the troops. A few patrons were abrupt and responded rudely but he maintained a level head and pressed on. Great attitude and professionalism. Thank you very much for your support! Also, I was able to get my Military discount applied towards my purchase which enabled me to purchase 1 travel kits for my fellow service members. A little goes a long way and when returning from deployments or coming home for R&R, it tends to be hectic and I, myself have often forgotten toiletries which I was able to get from the USO. The USO staff were also friendly and did an amazing job handling all of the personnel that funneled in, exhausted. Great attitudes and clean facilities. Pros: My flight wasn't completely full, so I had a row to myself. The pilot was excellent; takeoff and landing were very smooth.
Cons: I had to gate check my luggage because of the small plane size. Had I had a shorter layover this could have caused an issue for me.

Cons: Got a notification of a TWO HOUR DELAY departing SFO. Rebooked into Charlotte instead of Dallas to connect to Fort Myers. THAT flight got delayed AFTER the doors were closed by another 45 minutes which caused me to miss my connection to Fort Myers AND have American Airlines leave my bag in Charlotte. I rebooked into West Palm Beach to drive to Fort Myers and my bag stayed in Charlotte even though there was ANOTHER 45 minute delay to change a tire on the plane. If I practiced medicine the way the airline handled customers, I'd kill every third patient!

Pros: The cabin crew were friendly and apologetic for the chronic problems with the entertainment system. The pilot gave us a smooth flight and landing, and was very conscientious about turbulence prevention and safety.
Cons: The inflight entertainment system was spotty. Some customers had monitors that worked, some did not. A woman with a two-year old had one of the malfunctioning monitors and was forced to entertain her child for nine hours without tv, movies or music. Similarly, on our flight over to London 10 days earlier, my husband and I were 2 of more than 30 passengers whose monitors never worked and we were forced to fly for 7 hours in the dark on an overnight flight staring at the backs of seats. It was miserable. The cabin crew told passengers they had begged the airline for years to replace the system but the airline refuses. Will not fly American Airlines transatlantic again.

Cons: I found out at the airport the day we were leaving for Spain that my daughter's passport had to be valid for 3 Months after we returned home from our trip. When booking a flight out of the country it would be nice if Air .com could of mention that to me. We were trying to get to a cruise we had already paid for that was going out of Spain. They would not work with me at all and cx my whole booking. When I tried to talk to them on the phone the man could not speak very good English and was not making any since at all. I let him talk to the British Airlines counter manager and the manager tried to explain that he would have to rebook us that he could not. Air.com was horrible and never helped us out at all. They should not be in business . I paid them of course months ago and I was just out the 1400.00 dollars. British Airlines was amazed that they did nothing to help us out.

Pros: Never again. I had a connecting flight with a one hour layover and almost missed it. The plane to charlotte was very late boarding. Once i land I rush to my gate because I only have 20 minutes before they start boarding ; I get to the gate and have to wait almost an hour. At this point I still havent eaten because I am waiting around by the gate and the attendants are not communicating any information. Then they finally tell us that the reason the fligt hasnt boarded was because the flight attendant misplaced her luggage in the previous flight and was waiting to arrive to the terminal. Now how is that my issue? American Airlines needs to do better!

Pros: The trip from st martin was fine in terms of check in. AA opened their windows early so we beat the crowd.
Cons: The plane left 20 minutes late, and then we hit turbulence and a bit of rain close to our arrival in Charlotte. I had originally booked a flight through Miami with plenty of layover time to get a connecting flight to Dallas, but AA canceled that one and put me on a connection the following day! When I called customer service, they were helpful in regards booking and assured me there would be plenty of time to connect through Charlotte. When our plane landed 35 minutes late, there was only 15 minutes to connect, and we waited for baggage that whole time. No idea what took baggage so long, but the result is that we missed our flight. AA did put us on standby for the next one, but that meant our relative had to pick us up at midnight.

Pros: The flights left on time and arrived early. It reminded me of the old days when everything ran like clock-work.
Cons: The leg room was barely enough for me and I'm 5'4". I can't imagine people much larger than me being comfortable at all. Also, the chair made my back hurt, so I did a lot of sitting up straight as opposed to being "in the chair". I noticed that you had snacks for purchase on the flight, but the free snacks were cookies and pretzels. It would be nice to offer a trail mix or dried fruit. Pretzels are good for people who might be a little sick at their stomach, but better snacks are a nice option. I ordered coffee and it was perfect. Overall, the flight was a good flight, just a little tweaking and it would be great. Thanks for asking.

For the exact same reason, gate was changed last minute and the flight left early. Yeah they will give you a new flight and may even comp a room but thats doesn't help honestly!

When I booked the flights I was only allowed to choose seats for the first flight - Charlotte to Houston...but not for the other three legs of our Charlotte to Seattle trip. The only two seats together from Houston to Seattle were in the very last row. And, on our return flight we had to purchase Economy Plus in order to sit together.

Cons: The flight was delayed almost 5 hrs. I was supposed to arrive in Charlotte, NC around 10pm. I didn't get there until almost 3am. My flight was due to leave at 630pm didn't leave until 1130pm. I called united airlines to try to get another flight but the agent said there were no other flights to Charlotte. I had to change terminals from B to E. while waiting there were many flight delayed by United Airlines. The pilot said that our flight was delayed due to crew issues/not enough leaving Mexico. We were also delayed from leaving IAH because we had to wait to board because there was not enough flight attendants. This trip was a inconvenience of my time. I should be compensated. This was ridiculous! I will never fly United Airlines again. #getittogether #hostageairlines

Cons: This is touted as one of the newest in United's fleet. I've flown on this plane twice in the last month and the seats are the worst. They are hard plastic (feel flimsy), and have very little padding. The recline is almost nonexistent. Both times I've come off the plane with my backside feeling numb.

Pros: First off - thank you for putting food back onto what you offer when people fly united. It's a drink and a small snack. It's not much to ask, so I appreciate them putting that back in. I also liked the wifi which allowed me to check where my flight was in the air for free. Overall, I will say united is much improved from where it was - though I'd appreciate some free entertainment.
Cons: Boarding was a little bit of a mess with our flight. We had a LOT of people on standby that were standing in the boarding lines because no one was communicating to them where they should be and where to go. This is something that should be worked on by them.

Cons: I did not like having to check my carry on after all. I was told the overheads were full so I could get it in Baggage after the trip. For health reasons I did not want the trip to baggage and I did not want to risk my bag being lost. I drive 3 hrs o the airport and I did not want to drive back or wait 3 days for a lost bag to be sent to me as I have before. The person at the gate was rude when I said you won't lose my luggage will you? he said Probably. I said really, and he said well you did ask.

Cons: The airline kept delaying and canceling the flights with little to no notification, resulting in people missing work, connecting flights, and other important situations. there weren't many employees working at the airport to assist the people who were in unfortunate situations involving the flight, including myself. Overall it was a poor experience flying with United airlines, but that won't stop me from future planning.

Pros: It was a pleasant surprise to find out I had a choice of movies to watch on my iPhone. Be sure to install the United Airlines App so that you can take advantage of this service.
Cons: We were among the last 10 people to board and with the small plane size we had to gate check bags, but not a big deal.

Cons: Bare minimum airline, get what you pay for; airline gets the job done for shorter flights. Wouldn't advise taking them for longer flights, or if you are tall, or both of these factors UNLESS you upgrade to a seat with extra legroom. I promise, you wont regret coughing up the money for the extra comfort.

Pros: They offered great drinks and snacks. All of the employees were professional and kind.
Cons: The seats were filled with people who didn’t know where to sit. Overhead storage was taken. Narrow aisles are NOT for the tallest or Broad shoulder people. Over all it was the extra fees, amount of space between the seats and the lack of upgrading seats options once aboard that slightly make me not want to book with the company again.

Cons: The doors did not close on time and the plane left at least 15 minutes late due to boarding delays.

Cons: If you want a snack you have to pay for it. Even Water will cost you. The prices are reasonable for a plane ride though. Seats are very close together unless you get the exit row. Each bag you bring cost you unless you are active duty military. Active duty gets one checked bag for free but you have to take it to the ticket counter the day of the flight. A carry on will cost you. Pay before you get to the airport. Both flights I took were 30-45 minutes late due to the plane being cleaned. The luggage was also slow coming down. An airport employee told me that 2 other major airlines bump Frontier a lot when it comes to unloading luggage but I didn’t confirm that with Frontier.

Cons: I was very upset by the cost of my bags and the fact that not even a soda or peanut was included. If I would have known this I wouldn’t have purchased from Frontier. Other airlines were as cheap if you count the bag fee and they have entertainment and snacks! I will not fly them again!

Cons: Crew members are like high school kids. I was on one of their over night flights. It got delayed 3 hours, but that’s not what bothered me. What bothered me was how unprofessional cabin crew were. Our flight finally departed around 2:00 am. Naturally most of us passengers were tired and trying to sleep. The light was out and I was ready to sleep. Well I was sitting one of the last rows where all the crews “hang out” and talk INCREDIBLY loud about stuff far from work related. They were screaming and laughing, and the party lasted until 4:10 am when the noisiest guy finally walked to the front of airplane. What kind of person can keep talking so loud when 23:00 flight get delayed 3 hours and all the lights were out and every passenger is being quiet? How inconsiderate is that? How thoughtless is that? And most importantly how unprofessional is it to work like that? I really wanted to tell those people to shut up but I was sitting in the middle and didn’t want to bother other passengers. You know, even if I did talk to them, people like that probably wouldn’t understand what they were doing wrong and I would waste my time anyway. So in conclusion, NEVER FLY FRONTIER. I’d pay whatever to fly different airlines.

Cons: The check back line took an hour+ to get through. The line stretched down the terminal. They had to create multiple holding pins for everyone waiting. Major staffing issue. This only applied to frontier. No other airline had a long line. Don’t fly this airline if you’re in a hurry or prefer not getting to the airport 3+ hours early.

Cons: Airline is a racket. No compensation for inconveniences. Instead of arriving at 5:30 pm, we arrived at 8:30 pm.

Cons: No shocker there were delays and jet problems, but the thing that really made me angry was the fact that the flight attendant was extremely rude to me and threatened to kick me and my children off the plane when my baby was crying during taxi. News flash Frontier... if you actually took off when you were supposed to and didn't make us spend two hours sitting on the hard floor of the airport, my baby wouldn't be crying with exhaustion. And guess what, babies cry sometimes. Being rude and stressing out the mother of that baby is not going to help the situation. After a few minutes he crashed and slept the entire flight. I will NEVER fly Frontier Airlines again.

Cons: I was not on this flight. Despite the fact that my ticket was clearly for this flight, I ended up on a flight to Charlotte, not Raleigh. I do not know how this happened. Yes, perhaps I could have been more careful in the middle of the night while making a mad dash from one flight to the next. But how is it possible that Frontier can scan my ticket and not notice that I'm about to board the wrong flight? How is it possible that their computer system didn't alert them that I was about to board a flight for which I did not have a ticket? It seems more likely that the person who scanned my ticket wasn't paying attention.

Cons: My number one issue was the staff. Totally unhelpful and unaware of guests needs. You should not advertise frontier economy tickets to people over 6 feet tall and/or wider than a 14 year old.

Pros: Frontier is similar to other budget airlines like Spirit where only a personal item comes free and the seats are a little tighter than usual. I thought they had good communication around the fee for carry ons (in the boarding process, they directed people to go online and pay the fee there if they'd already to avoid a higher fee at boarding). Staff were friendly and for a short flight (<2 hours) I felt it was perfectly comfortable, and I'm very happy with my decision given that the flight was <$100 and direct.

Also, none of the seats in coach/ economy class recline even a single degree. If 0 stars were an option for rating, I would have placed that for comfort, food, and entertainment as none were offered during my 3 and a half hour flight. Essentially, I plan to go ahead and pay a little extra for the basic comforts of travel and fly on a different airline next time I travel.

Definitely not a good choice for a red eye, or any flight over an hour long. Actually, no matter how short your flight is, you'll probably be more comfortable taking the bus. Two big thumbs down.

Pros: I woke up to an email 31/2 hours before my daughters flight was suppose to leave Atlanta informing me that the flight was canceled. Called customer service where the man I spoke with was unable to or unwilling to tell me anything except that "yes it looks like the flight was canceled". His suggestion was to have my sister drive my daughter an hour and a half to the airport to see if there "might" be a flight available through another airline. Frontier did not have any flights going to or near RDU that day.Since my daughter had to be in Raliegh that day I spent the next 10 hours in the car going to get her. I did receive a refund but only because I requested one,otherwise they just don't refund automatically.
Cons: Customer service represenitives are not very informative. The flights may be slightly cheaper but you have to pay for checked baggage as well as carry on bags. When checking her in the night before and picking a seat in coach my sister had to pay a "fee" for her seat, so an additional fee of $57 dollars for one bag and a seat.... Really?

Cons: I tried frontier for the first time and I will never make that mistake again. To be fair part of this is my responsibility, I should have done more research into exactly how much the extra fees were going to cost. After it was all said and done I spent more traveling with frontier than I would have with American or Delta. They charged for absolutely everything. Here is where they truly lost me as a potential return customer. They allow you a personal item as long as it fits under your seat but will charge you for a carry on. The personal item I had on my flight out to Denver did not cost me anything, however, the exact same item on my way out of Denver was now deemed a carry on item by the ticketing agent and cost me $45 to carry on. Not only was I being extorted but the attitude in which they were doing it was completely unacceptable. Had I known, I could have saved some money and paid on line for the carry on. Changing the rules of the game and providing me no remedy when I ask about the change in policy by responding, "I'm saying its a carry on" is why I will never fly frontier again. Do yourself a favor and spend the money on the front end because frontier will find a way to squeeze it out of you on the backend. And will expect you to smile and thank them for it.

After waiting 20+ minutes, I was told that I was a no-show for my outbound flight even though I was on it and even printed my boarding pass at the airport. They couldn't do anything else for me over the phone and instead instructed me to get to the airport 2-3 hours before my flight and they'll *try* to get me on the same flight or the next one. I decided to go to the airport first thing in the morning instead, showed them my boarding pass (luckily I hadn't thrown it out), and was fortunate to get back on my scheduled flight...but not without unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
