Delays to take off and to leave the plane after landing added a lot of time to this flight.
It was a red eye flight, so no meals were provided, but it was fine with snacks. The seats felt cramped and almost too narrow.
We didn't take off until an hour after we boarded.
Wish they had the seat-back video screens for watching movies or playing games.

Flight from Miami to Lima was very good, like the free WiFi to get movies and TV.
While waiting to claim my checked luggage, I discovered the airline had lost it. After a long wait and inquiries, I discovered it was on another flight. Fortunately, the airline finally sent my luggage home.
Flight delays numerous times. Everytime we would get close to boarding it would be delayed again. Strung along the entire time.
The flight was two hours late due to a computer fault and resulting maintenance. Nothing was offered as compensation beyond bottles of water during the time we were deplaned and waiting in the terminal.

Four plus hour flight delay in New York caused us to take off after 11:30pm. We didn’t arrive at our hotel until five hours after check in. Started the trip off feeling exhausted.
Friendly crew. Poor food service maybe due to full flight. All in all, you get what you pay for.
Plane was in bad shape. TV’s and WiFi didn’t work. Plane need a refresh. Not enough room for bags.
Everything was great. I liked the text updates so that I never miss a gate change & I have all the latest info.
I don’t usually fly budget airlines or airlines in the United States. It was as good as any other airline. The seats are comfortable and the airline attendants are not rude & surly. Very nice flight (s).

WiFi was not eorkig (again) And the plane was from 1990 with the screens which were.not touch and most didn’t even work and if lucky could tune in tv
The checkin in laguardia was a disaster, scrambling left and right, it was constantly a trying to sell you something, better seat, constantly selling
The pilot would speak it was painfully load a d the crew had to know this! Maybe the were hesitant to tell him. It was just a mediocre experience and I was in Spirit first class!
My flight was cancelled last minute and I had to pay $1600 for flights, when my original flights were $300. It was a terrible experience.
Excessive fees for flight delays. What a Scam. I was not able to attend the wedding I needed to go.
It was terrible, we had to board and unboard the flight with a hour delay that caused me to miss an appointment and a surprise for my wife
They didn't let me board with a proper boarding pass. I threw away my bags so that I can board and was defined boarding. Had to take the next flight after paying more.

They cancelled the flight 3 hours prior departure. Had to spend $400 for a ne way flight with Delta Airlines! Spirit Airlines are not serios!
Plastic seat really hurt my back. Cannot even recline on the flight. Very hard to sleep on the plane due to terrible seats . Food and drinks were expensive and not very good. There were like 2 open exit rows behind me. My isle was full so I asked flight attendants if I could sit there. They told me it was a safety issue??? I think it more unsafe to have no one sitting there. In case of emergency, you’d want someone there to help.
Over SOLD flight. It does not matter that you were able to check in 24 Hours before and confirm your flight. At the airport, the company SPIRIT rep wanted to remove people who pay for lower fares.
