Everything was on time.

Despite wearing a down coat, scarf, and hat, and holding my bag in my lap, I was freezing cold the entire flight. This was after the flight attendant let me move towards the back of the plane so I could be warmer than sitting up towards the doors. A December 6am flight with no heat? Ridiculous!

My flight was canceled without warning. I was then charged 35bucks for a window seat that had no window and flight that was 4 hours from my destination. I deserve a refund for my outbound flight or at least the $500 I had to spend on a rental car. United offered another flight 30 something hours later. I will never book with United again aand doubt that I'll use Kayak again after this terrible experience given that no one offered help in rebooking sooner flights.

Poor communication. Flight originally at 11:35, then 12:05, then 12:15... At 11:55, they said they would start boarding in 20 min. How can you do that and still take off at 12:15? Answer: you can't. Just be honest and keep us informed. Bonus: United sent me an email saying that connection had already left (it hadn't - thanks United! - awesome service as always!)

We had a newer plane. I LOVED that the seatbelts had a little more room, and also that each seat had it down screen. I really enjoyed the new pre-flight video; it was entertaining and I appreciated that it allowed the crew to get ready, rather than demonstrate a seatbelt for us.

I am not sure how boarding groups work, but I will never understand why we don't board from the back of the plane to the front. People waiting and trying to load luggage or climb over others makes the pre-flight more stressful than it needs to be. (This is obviously not specific to you airline.)

Flight was cancelled on our way back home from Gudalajara, was speaking to a representative for almost 2 hours to get me on the next flight the flight representative forgot to put me on hold and told everyone how rude i was, i was not rude i was just trying to get home. The representative couldn’t help me so i asked to be transferred to a manager, after 2 hours i was transferred and the manager hung the phone up. Long story short i called back spoke to another manager Yana and she was the rudest lady ever! She basically told me for waiting to long i will have to be placed on a flight 2 days after my cancellation flight. I started to cry because i needed to be home and she basically did not care so i took the date. Never again and i will warn everyone about this airline and their customer service!

American continues to surprise through their lack of consideration and cheapness Prefer to have seat empty on the front rather than move passengers that are loyal frequent flyers. Flight got canceled due to weather. All other airlines were landing and departing except United. They lied to us and waited to tell us that our r flight is getting cancelled until it was too late for passengers to make other arrangements. Liars! They told us that our plane has not arrived, meantime there were at least a dozen jets like ours just sitting in empty on Tarmac. After they rebooked me, I walk past the gate and guess what? A jet is sitting at our gate getting ready for the flight?! Explain this?! LIARS!! Customer service rep spoke such bad English that everyone had to ask him twice or thrice. They did not help any passengers with food, hotels, or rebooking their floor guys with different airlines. Did not apologize for anything. Because it was "weathers" fault. I have had delays and cancellations before, but this one was an extremely bitter one.

Flight was delayed and overbooked. It wasnt the first time the flight was delayed. Flight going was also delayed. Attendants seemed to be in a bit of bad mood but were overall ok i guess. It was a short flight so it didnt matter.

Poor communication. Flight originally at 11:35, then 12:05, then 12:15... At 11:55, they said they would start boarding in 20 min. How can you do that and still take off at 12:15? Answer: you can't. Just be honest and keep us informed. Bonus: United sent me an email saying that connection had already left (it hadn't - thanks United! - awesome service as always!)

Flight got canceled due to weather. All other airlines were landing and departing except United. They lied to us and waited to tell us that our r flight is getting cancelled until it was too late for passengers to make other arrangements. Liars! They told us that our plane has not arrived, meantime there were at least a dozen jets like ours just sitting in empty on Tarmac. After they rebooked me, I walk past the gate and guess what? A jet is sitting at our gate getting ready for the flight?! Explain this?! LIARS!! Customer service rep spoke such bad English that everyone had to ask him twice or thrice. They did not help any passengers with food, hotels, or rebooking their floor guys with different airlines. Did not apologize for anything. Because it was "weathers" fault. I have had delays and cancellations before, but this one was an extremely bitter one.

Despite wearing a down coat, scarf, and hat, and holding my bag in my lap, I was freezing cold the entire flight. This was after the flight attendant let me move towards the back of the plane so I could be warmer than sitting up towards the doors. A December 6am flight with no heat? Ridiculous!

I found the reason for being late to be questionable They said heavy snow but as i flew in i looked out the window and saw all roads nicely cleared That does not happen in 3 hours

They did not get my liggage to the connecting flight And here i am in Ukraine with no winter clothes at 7 below 3 days later

I deserve a refund for my outbound flight or at least the $500 I had to spend on a rental car. United offered another flight 30 something hours later. I will never book with United again aand doubt that I'll use Kayak again after this terrible experience given that no one offered help in rebooking sooner flights.
