Flight was delayed three times and we had an international connecting flight which we would’ve missed but AA manage to find us a flight that allowed us to catch and we made our international flight. However, due to the flight change, I’m in Amman, Jordan missing all 4 bags. It’s been a nightmare. Been waiting since June 17 and today is June 20th. Still without luggage. Customer service wait times are two hours and I get disconnected while waiting. I’ll update when/if my luggage arrives. Every day is costing money in a hotel in Amman. I can’t continue my trip to Palestine until the luggage arrives. Then, I will be updating my review.

Flight pulled out on time but sat on runway for 30 mins. It was extremely cold in the aircraft despite wearing a winter coat. Surprisingly they had a vegetarian meal but could have some better snack choices for a 8 hour flight.

For a 5 1/2 hour flite i considered the "business class" to be subpar. The seats were just ok, no amenities, really nothing more than a long domestic flight. Frankly disappointed.

More choices on snacks. Built-in video screen to enjoy entertainment choices.

Almost a 6 hour flight and the only food option is a cheese plate… and chips. Also how is it there are no options for texting on American. I’ll be going back to delta and united.

Boarding on time and fight was early but they didn't let us off the plane on time so we missed our connecting flight to Japan.

Angela was the best fa ever. She made that 8 hour flight a breeze

Crew were attentive and friendly. Flight was smooth and early! I enjoyed the less crowded plane. Thank you!

Being back games on the in-flight entertainment. Also your flight attendants need a break, raise, or overall attitude adjustment.

Boarding was fast and efficient. I was happy that things were on time, as this leg of my journey is frequently delayed because of the weather.
