This has been one the good experience I had in so many years of travel
I requested a special meal but was not given what I wanted. But overall decent food
After our trip from Cape Town to Dubai with Emirates which was not that great we where pleasantly surprised when we where bumped up to business class from Dubai to Bangkok. We did not expect this. Although we did not take advantage of all the extras business class has to offer we had a great nights sleep and the breakfast was superb. The cabin crew was excellent all the time. Thank you Emirates.
Crew is always helpful and friendly. Riding in economy is never very comfortable. Love the little chocolates handed out toward end of flight.
Food is boring and repetitive. Current movie selections and TV shows were mostly uninteresting.
The entertainment was giving some issues and the staff tried to resolve it. Eventually it came right by it self...
Cramped seating ; touch screen misaligned makes it near impossible to select entertainment;
This airline is the worst airline ever
My complain is more for the ticketing and not the entire flight. Never got a chance to fly with as I missed my flight. The ticketing guys did not help or seem to be interested in helping me find anoyher flight. All as I was concerned my missing of the flight was taken as a gain for the to make more profit with this situation. The people I called to talk to were so rude and sometime even hang up the phone on me.. They ended up cancel my return flight too even though it’s suppose to be 1 month from now. They did not care if anything went okay with me, they kicked me out of their space. I ended up spending $2000 to book another flight. For this reason I hate this airline and I would never ever recommend it to anybody which I know they wouldn’t care because they will still make money but im gonna warn everybody I know to stay away from this airline

Check in at JFK took ages as the ground staff just didn’t bother about balancing queues versus available agents. One quueue moves fast and the other got stick . Some of the agents were novices After boarding some passengers couldn’t find place for their carry on a. They were rudley informed that they are carrying large carry ones and were threatened with deboatdong if they weren’t fast in finding alternate places for their bags

The food quality was good but they repeated the same food when we started & before landing. Kids usually won;t like eating same food again.
