Delta was of very little help in assisting us in making a connecting flight. They could have at least helped with travel arrangements and provided us with a little food, a pillow and a blanket as we waited in their terminal for the next flight on their airline which was a several hour wait. I understand these things happen but the passengers didn't cause the problem and Delta needs to take care of people better if they expect to earn repeat business."

Vyama is blaming us for spelling our name wrong and claimes that it’s our fault this happened because everything is automated. There saying they don’t touch anything that we enter into the booking but somehow everything they claim we entered is now in all capital letters and the space between our first name and middle name is now gone and all run together. The coustomer service number gets you to someone in India. I have tried to get this addressed four times now at first they tried to place the responsibility on the airlines now us and they have hung up on me twice. Kayak has been worthless, they also just pass the responsibility on to someone else. We will never use them again ant I intend to make sure that this mess is put out in social media to hopefully keep others from having their travel plans ruined by their flawed system."

I accepted a voucher, but as the original flight kept getting delayed and I couldn't receive the voucher until the doors closed, I almost missed the flight I was rebooked on. If airlines would just communicate better (e.g., tell us there's a delay *before the departure time has passed*), people would be much more willing to deal with the hassle."

Therefore, I had to spend the entirety of my redeye flights crammed next to someone while I was looking at an almost empty economy plus section. Also, we boarded earlier than expected but we spend an extra hour on the flight waiting to take off. I would not have minded boarding early if we had taken off early, but we took off an hour later."

After spending a fair amount of time on the phone with customer service I was able to get me on a Flight to Minneapolis that did not arrive till 1:30am then had to take a rental car to drive 3.5 hours to make it to my destination. I was not compensated for any of this. My return flight from Fargo to St. Louis was also Delayed. Both from Fargo and from Chicago. I have never experienced such poor scheduling from an airline or as many delays or cancelled flights in just a few day period."

The telephone agent told us to see the customer service rep at the terminal counter. After waiting inline for almost 45 minutes we asked an agent who was standing there about a voucher. She checked with a supervisor and said they would not provide them, we would have to wait to see an agent. Rather than miss the next bus to be delayed another 2 hours waiting for someone to tell us they wouldn't do anything for us, we left the line and purchased bus tickets. We had to pick up our luggage at the airport because we 'missed' our flight rather having it delivered. We understand flight cancelations but at no time during the process, especially at the airport, did we ever get the impression that anyone cared about us or what happened to us. We will avoid this airline."

Then, have to pay for a Lyft to get to my car because my cousin was my ride back to her house. I sure do miss the old Frontier."

Cons: "I am a 75 year old female and I did not hear the overhead page for early boarding, as I am a little slower to get on the plane and would appreciate the extra time to get into my seat. When I went to board the plane (zone 3), another passenger and his girlfriend wanted to sit together and refused to move out of my window seat, even after I told the gentleman I paid for that seat, including extra ($6) for the window seat. I felt I was bullied me out of my seat that I paid extra money for and because then another passenger in the other row yelled at me to "sit down" so I would not hold up the other passengers from sitting down in their seats. I was forced to take the seat the gentleman's girlfriend must have had in the middle of the two other passengers in the other row across from where I was scheduled to sit. I know I could have called the airline stewardess but felt pressured to stay where I was because of the other passenger I had to sit next to who had yelled at me earlier. I wish there was more of an attempt to let elderly passengers board first."

Cons: "How is it acceptable to place someone who is highly allergic to dogs right next to a lady with a service dog on the flight? I spent 25 bucks to upgrade my seat to avoid the nuisances of an everyday flight. I didn't think I'd be stuck next to an animal. How is it acceptable to not disclose that I'd be stuck next to a service dog? I was miserable the entire 2.5 hour flight back to denverz I am extremely irritated."

Cons: "I was notified about our flight delay this morning - at least six hours before boarding. There was no explanation of why, which doesn't always happen, but odd that alternate arrangements couldn't be made during that time. When it came to the planned boarding time, there was no update. The city name was removed from the board and a new one added. Still no update. We started boarding about 20 minutes after the delayed *departure* time. Passengers from the next listed flight kept shuffling in line, based on the confusion of the destination update displayed. It was a mess. Saving money on flights was not worth this hassle. Beyond the flight itself, here are some other gems of the experience: *upon arriving at the airport, at least half of the kiosks weren't working. There were hundreds of people in line, and five counters staffed. *when we arrived on our previous flight, we were early! However, there was a plane at our gate...and it had mechanical problems. We sat on the runway for at least half an hour."

The consequence is that the man next to me couldn't lean back enough, so slumped onto me most of the flight. A one year old behind me constantly pulled up and down the unmatchable tray table and kicked my thin chair -- so I felt every little tiny foot. The stewardess refused to give us water when our row asked and they forgot to call boarding zone 2 when boarding so it was a mess. I would say Frontier was a terrible airline. Their discounted prices are a farce as they charge for a seat and carry-on luggage, so I may as well have paid for a regular fare from a more comfortable airline."

But to top it all off, one of our bags didn't arrive, and we're still working with Frontier to locate it and deliver it to us. I'll find an option other than Frontier when I fly again."

Only after pounding on the door, cajoling the customer service people 10 feet away and telling 50 others waiting in the service area did the door open!"

The only problem with Frontier is that to check in bags there is only 1 maybe 2 people taking bags for full planes at least 100+ passengers. As it is cheaper and better to check in bags than carry on the airline should make this proccess more efficient. I spend at least 20-30 minutes to check my bag each wat ok my last trip. Cons: "the flight was only cheaper until you had to either check a bag or pay to carry on! Pay to drink a soda or anything! The seats are the most stripped down uncomfortable airline seats I have ever experienced. After all the add on costs, there is no value in the cramped, crowded, uncomfortable flight. Also, on every flight at least half of the passengers were not aware of the baggage policy until it was too late to check it for less money and had to pay extra to carry on. To top it off, we had to change gates at the last minute, resulting in having to go out of the Domestic terminal and sent us all back through the check in!!! We should have at least been able to fly through the pre check if not rerouted us through another way that did not require the total shoes off, open bags, metal detection all over again!!!"

The attendant let me board the plane anyway and I put my carryon in the overhead without an issue, which deeply concerns me. It seems as if Frontier arbitrarily tacks on that charge, tricking their customers like con artists who will fall for this absurdity. The air conditioning did not work well and they almost forgot to give us water. Maybe they even charged for the water. The attendants were rude.
