Not a single part has a positive remark
Well - this partner of westjet was terrible. The amount of re direction to get to the final terminal was absurd .. that's just my venting My real problem is that then "crew" or team that represent s the American Airlines / compass part was just useless. A hand full of people - myself included didn't get a chance to board the plane as they didn't make any announcements. Beyond disappointing. When you check in they take your cell phone "in case " well no call no txt no nothing. It was a joke the level of service No apologies or anything just a group of any tired patrons getting the worst customer experience. I'll never EVER book a flight that has anything to do with American Airlines or its partners
Considerate flight attendants. Turned lights down for evening flight, so we could get some rest.
Flight was not on time. Time was changed a day prior with no reason explained. No in flight entertainment on this flight.

There was no individual entertainment on board (TV’s, internet, etc)
No baggage controls from seat 18 to 28 no bags would fit. As we exited all the front rows we're waiting to get there bags stored in back of planes overhead bins. That's just not right, especially when they charge us extra to take a bag for overhead bins storage.
Compared to previous flight - this was so much better with upgrade to first class and extra space.
Boarding was quick. Staff and crew were friendly. Everything went well despite the 30 min delay we had on the runway. They gave us snacks and we ended up still arriving on time.
Plane was far too tight. Very uncomfortable for taller individuals.
Fligth were on time
My flight from Montreal to Atlanta was 2:30 min Left at 6:10 arrive at 8:30 roughly Tried twice to get to my connection earlier and get 9:30 instead of 12:09 fligth to Daytona Delta was not flexible to allow me to book saying i did not have 55 min in between fligth which i had than lear n it will cost $75.00 to change the fligth - What? Very disappointed of Delta - lost 3 hrs at the airport today
Nothing worst flight I've ever had.
Everything Delta was so poor quality!!! The flight attendants were not helpful.
Had xtra legroom and Wi-Fi
I paid the xtra $99 for the economy plus but my headphone jack didn’t work so I couldn’t watch a movie and my tray table was broken so I had to hold my drink and fumble with my food. The flight attendant tried to fix it but couldn’t. Made my 6 hour flight feel like 12 hours.
Flight was delayed over 8 hours due to "mechanical issues." Went from a nice 757 to a 737 which was a little more cramped.
Boarding was very easy , no long line , trip was on time .
There was a flight attendant who was a little rude.
Crew was great and helpful!
