Find cheap flights from Lansing to Phoenix from $198

Worst flight in my life. Only was scheduled for a 45 min flight to get our connection flight. It was late by 40 minutes and we missed our connection. Delta was totally useless trying to help and unable to get my family on the next flight because they overbooked it Thus had to get a hotel at my expense and lost a day at Disney as a result. Cost me about a $1000 if you add 2 hotels meals shuttles etc to get thru the day Awful customer service by Delta in Detroit totally useless people

Wifi wasn’t working well so we couldn't view any media.

Food service was bare-bone. Better bot to have any at all rather than hand out premade coffees and cookies to random few passengers.

Had assistance at airport getting from arrivals gate to departure gate; I couldn't have managed without that extra help. Thank you Delta.

They charge me for the luggage which is was included on the ticket

More space in the cabin. The guy in front of me leaned his seat back and I felt he was sitting in my lap.

Was a great smooth flight from Detroit to San Diego.

Late flight, always blaming the flight crew, stale almonds, pushy people. Why don’t they have the people sitting in the back board first? So much easier getting through an empty plane! Duh!!

As we lined up to board they gave our plane to a flight going to Newark. So then we got delayed until they could find another plane. Flight crew was ok. I’m assuming since it’s a shorter flight they only offered water and coffee.

Food could have been better. A little more leg room would have been appreciated.

Flight from SBP to DFW 1. They rerouted us through PHX 2. Delayed flight out of SBP for 3 hrs so we missed our connection Downgrade on rerouted flight. Back of the plane, center seats, didn't sit together 4. Return flight out of DFW same exact thing. Delayed, missed connection, Downgrade + they lost our luggage! A complete mess.

after boarding on phx to sjd, crew discovered that one of the megaphones was either out of date or not working. It took 90 minutes to get a replacement and do the "paperwork." That is really unacceptable. Why wasn't the megaphone problem discovered before boarding? Is it part of normal maintenance check? who is responsible for checking. How can paperwork take that long? Fortunately, SJD was final destination for most travelers so very few if any passengers had to miss connections.

Flight From PHX to CVG was on time, very professional staff

Excellent- plan was barely populated. I cannot remember a flight where I was able/encouraged to stretch out!

Flight attendants used to be nice to people. And any flight over 5 hours should have some kind of food other than tiny pretzels and one drink comped.

just overall disappointing, not a treat to travel these days....paying for Main Cabin Extra was not worth it.

The usual wait at Columbus once you land to get to an open gate (20 minutes) and then the usual 30 minutes for your luggage to appear.

American airlines put us on a connecting flight that only had 20 min layover. I made it by running down the concorce in Phoenix and was last one on the flight. Not acceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Flight from PHL to PHX arrived 50 minutes early and a gate was available. First class flight attendant Stephanie was very friendly and polite. Sanitizing wipes should be provided with meals in addition to refresher towels.

Do a bit better with n first class offer some real food and pillows
