When there were none, the FA stood in the aisle and said we just weren't going to take off if nobody volunteered. They should have just MOVED people."

Cons: "crying baby... passengers hanging out in the aisle... also lady sat in my emergency row seat and would not leave so I let her have it. also the lady next to that seat complained the whole time we tried to negotiate that seat. also the flight attendant that gave our section drinks seemed irritated and very rude. Older african american woman that stuck her finger in my face and the person next to me to ask her to stop her question as he picked up snacks that she dropped in the aisle. Kind of rude and kind of uncalled for. And the lady next to me (lauren) is an ER dr that had a layover in Atlanta for 4 hours to vacation with her fiance in the Caribbean..."

Cons: "The boarding process is a bit backwards. They board by zones with the front of the plane going first, so if you're in the back you get stuck in the aisles waiting for these people to sit down. They should board the back of the plane first."

Pros: "When I finally was assigned a seat (after my "Runaround"), I got a slight upgrade: Row 12 was a roomier seat and I got a choice of fruit for a snack."
Cons: "Runaround by gate agent: The gate agent was located about 15 yards from the actual gate. I waited there 20 minutes before anyone showed up, to get a seat assignment. When she showed up, she said she would not give seat assignments for another 15 minutes, so come back then. When I came back she said she wasn't giving seat assignments; go see the person checking in boarding passengers at the gate. That agent said she couldn't give me a seat, but watch the monitor for my name for seat assignments, then come back. Why couldn't the first gate agent say that instead of giving me the runaround and wasting my time???"
Cons: "When I was transferred to Delta's website to book, the date was reset to 6 months in the future. It happened to be the same Monday the 26th so that's why I didn't notice. Delta refused to refund my money. This was a terrible experience and I plan not to use Kayak or Delta again!"
Cons: "Didn't stick to zones when boarding customers. Gate agent basically let anyone board during pre boarding and priority boarding, why even offer it if you aren't going to make people adhere to the rules."

Cons: "The flight from Las Vegas was delayed for a very long time, and then diverted to Huntsville, Alabama, because of weather in Atlanta. I understand that was beyond Delta's control, except for the fact that its Atlanta hub is grossly overused. But my connecting flight in Atlanta was canceled, and its "dedicated" phone line to re-book the flight was completely unresponsive. The employees in Atlanta were, as they usually are, surly, and myself and fellow passengers had to wait on line for hours in the wee hours of the morning to be re-booked. Oh, and Delta lost my suitcase in Las Vegas, with all my clothes and a business file, and it has not been located."
Pros: "We liked the personalized tv screens on the back of each chair that allowed us to watch free movies. The flight crew was very nice as well."
Cons: "We arrived at the gate early only to find out that they had changed our flight without telling us so we were almost an hour extra wait before leaving Vegas. Then that flight was delayed by about 30 minutes with no warning, just late!"

Cons: "My plane was delayed 2 hours, additional wait while taking off. There was about 3 hours in Utah for me to connect to the next flight to Dallas. When getting off at Utah, I could not get off plane early to catch the plane. In the past the flight attendants were very well informing people. I was at the gate only 5 mins late before catching the flight. Now I am stuck in the airport for 5 hours on standby!!!! It can be avoided totally."
