Pros:
The staff was friendly and courteous. They greeted us promptly and assisted us in our reservation. They didn't have anymore cars so they have us a free upgrade. They dropped us off at the airport.Cons:
They were able to drop us off at the airport, however they were not able to pick us up from there because they had an enterprise in the airport. Also after realizing that, they would allow us to transfer the reservation without paying extra, so we had to take a 17.00 cab to the other enterprise.10.0 Wonderful

The staff at my pickup location were a bit unfriendly and bad mouthed another customer who was on the phone. At one point, one of he staff members mentioned that the last time he was in NJ (where my bf is from), that a group of black guys tried to haggle him for money in Atlantic City - just unprofessional.10.0 Wonderful

I was greatful to find a one way rental from upstate NY to NH. The Hertz team was courteous and I didn't have to wait long. I got a lovely Kia Optima for my rwntal. It was so comfortable for my 8 hour drive. Thanks Hertz!!Dollar

We got there to pick it up and they did not have the car we rented. We reserved a minivan for a family camping trip with 6 people. They had a Tahoe with no storage room for our stuff. The attendant did not offer solutions, or help us find another car. We had to scramble to find a mini van, driving to another town and spending $150 more. I had called dollar that morning to say we’d be late to pick up. They even confirmed my mini van. Worst experience, we ended up leaving hours later for our trip and having to set up camp in the dark with kids.Cons:
