Keep the free snacks and drinks, NA or soda, I really just miss the legroom (nearly 6’ tall) and cushions, a chair that can ease back a bit. All airlines do this but you are worse than frontier, the major carriers have skimped but not like this.
3 hour torture chamber. When she said it was their goal to make us comfortable, but more importantly to keep us safe I snorted laughter. It was a bit better and a lot shorter than the dark passage
baggage staff was super rude. She told me I am the last passenger on the plane which wasn't true. She made me pay $50 because of little overweight. I could easily redistribute the weight among my bags if she gave me little chance. I was a single mom with two kids (3 months and 3 years old) had to pay a fine which I can't afford. Thanks for giving me the chance to express my feelings.
Kids board first and you dont have to worry about seating if u have a young child. Also, the nonstop flight was so relaxing.
parking my car 2 weeks in Asheville Long term was $96. I should have gone to Charlotte, parked at my friend's house and paid AA the same rate for a nicer seat and cabin leg room. a la carte pricing ran my bill up even with NO checked luggage. Asheville doesn't have a shuttle service for the long-term parking.

Seats were very comfortable. Was able to recline back and had excellent leg room. Area looked clean and organized.
Captain didn't say much before or during the flight like most do. Not a big deal-it was a short flight.

Seat couldn't recline back. Was a little uncomfortable for a long flight. Chair had crumbs on it before I sat down-it was easily wiped away meaning no one had cleaned the chairs or looked at them beforehand. Absolutely freezing. Wearing long socks and boots and my feet still felt frozen by the end.
The fact that my checked baggage is confusing when they charged me it was only for one way. I was billed and then noticed it was only one way, so I had to re enter my credit card info twice. Seems to me they should assume I will be bringing back my suitcase and contents rather than that I would be leaving it.

They did not let me use the restroom, I called for assistance and they just came and turned off the assistance light and left, I had to wait 40 mins just to use the bathroom because they didn’t want to open it, I understand that the seatbelts light was on but when you have to go you have to go. The ladies in the back were really rude
First time flying with Alaska, and they were great. Quick, efficient, friendly, and my seat was comfortable enough that I was able to nap. I won’t ever fly with anyone else if I can help it.
