Inflight entertainment stopped working as we taxi to runway and never worked again until landing and taxi to gate. Grrrr
The seat could use more support or cushion. I'm in my 50's and have back issues so the seats are a bit hard for longer flights.
Delta flight overall it was goodT!the crew could do more and the food could be better.
This flight was supposed to land at 10:55 pm on January 14th. Instead, it landed at 3:20 am on Monday, January 15th, resulting in a completely lost day due to not going to bed until 5:00 am.
I was surprised to have such bad service since I feel Delta usually does a good job for long haul flights, but this experience was quite bad. Onboarding was chaotic, the flight was uncomfortable as the cabin temp swung from very cold to steaming hot, and the attendants were rude and inattentive.
Airline stewardess service is good. The check-in attendant had a bad attitude and was unprofessional. We did not complete the trip as originally planned. Very dissatisfied☹️

Fast boarding and exit. Different snacks other than almonds and sun chips.
The flight was overbooked and the staff at the gate started calling for volunteers to drop out and offering incentives. That delayed the flight

My bag was lost with my medicine and I am very inconvenienced. I don’t know what happened, however I want you to do a better job on getting people’s bag back
I paid $380 for my one-way ticket from California to Minnesota. The fair did not include online check-in. I received instructions from their app to check in at a kiosk. At the kiosk, the boarding pass would not print until an actual person came to verify that I had a personal item and not a carry-on item, On the plane, the person next to me was drunk and allowed to continue to order alcohol. United is garbage I’d rather fly spirit.
The food that was offered based on class level of your ticket was absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. They didn't even hot tea to serve, the food was horrible. On our departure flight I was seated in premium plus economy and considering the cost of the flight the food was literally some of the worst I've ever eaten. On the return flight I sat in economy with extra leg room and was given a thin little throw "blanket" and a flimsy little pillow. The air condition was on artic and the seating arrangement wasn't really worth the money. The seat didn't recline good enough and the foot rest was laughable. Total waste.

The flight was delayed due to weather issue…WiFi did not work and even though I wanted to pay for WiFi I couldn’t buy it. Overall very disappointing even though I paid and reserved Business class
Do not like the feeling of being in the basic economy. Everyone should feel good no matter what.

All four American Airlines flights I took in last seven days were delayed. Caused me loads of problems, missed meetings, loss of time and money.
American cancelled our flight home. Zero option for hotel, alternative transportation and took 3 hours to find our bags so we could take a 3 hour UBER ride home on our dime. Never flying AA again.
They gave my seat away although it was a connecting flight with them and the flight was a bit delayed.
They ocer booked the connecting flight. My bags took a long time to come out, nevertheless I got to the gate in time to board, but they have given my seat to another passenger. They were aware I was connecting from another flight that was a little late, but they did not care. The customer representatives were rude. A horrible experience.

LATE LATE LATE!!! Plagued by late AA flights on this trip. Such a drag. This one was by far the worst.
WiFi connected but only let you go to the AA website, not even text messaging worked.

Flight delayed over an over all day until it cancelled at 1:30am. Would not repeatedly delay that late. Offer hotel rooms and rebook early. Very difficult for families with small children
I am upset with the hidden fees for bringing on an overhead carryon onto flight and also having to pay for my seat selection. This should all be part of the original price of the ticket. Very poor customer service
We were on a fairly long flight and they offered nothing for a snack (unless you paid) and then quickly gave you a drink and were never to be seen again. I would have loved a refill on my water but that was not an option. The flight attendants were standing on ther phone when we boarded and left and never even greeted us. Any other flight I have been on they would have welcomed us on the plane and again greeted us as we got off. Our landline transfer from MSP to Rochester on the other hand was FANTASTIC! We would highly recommend!
Took forever to get the plane loaded and unloaded. Longest I have ever had. I was in the middle of the plane and it almost took a hour after landing to get off of the plane.
Our flight was delayed and there was no communication at the airport.
Very hard to get comfortable in seat since they are too crowded. One of our suitcases was destroyed on the flight and is unusable now. No one at ticket counter when we arrived and no indication on when they would be in service. When we finally got into the airport past the TSA, all restaurants were closed.

The plane boarded on time (at a gate next to Delta which was 2 hours late). No compatible headphones for me to purchase.
Crew was courteous. Flight was late arriving which made us late. Very cramped seating.
Flight attendants could have been more engaged in the passengers. They were more interested in talking to each other
The flight was fine and as expected. It was the waiting for over 45 minutes to retrieve the luggage that disappointed us.
