Pros: The food was the best I've had on any airline in recent times. On the first flight it was a croissant and a swiss chocolate, on the second flight it was a hot danish pastry.

Cons: The first flight was late so I was worried I'd miss my connection (however connection was delayed too so I made it). Also, I was asked to check in my bag because "the aircraft was full" however when I got on the plane I noticed it was half-empty and there would have been ample overhead room.

Pros: The entertainment was first rate. Seats -although snug and with no room to spare (like all other flights) declined nicely with seat adjusting too. Seems like on other airlines this isn't the case. Outbound flight - staff were friendly, smiling, warm and welcoming.

Cons: Very full flight. Did not like boarding process in Toronto - b fore filtering into zones it was crowded and felt a little like we were cattle being herded - unpleasant! On return flight staff were robotic - nothing warm or personal. Food was bland, poorly prepared and presented - but no different to any airline I've flown on. Late take off but we were kept informed by pilot. I

Excellent 8.0

Pros: Boarding went smoothly. The entertainment (monitors in the seat-backs) was excellent. The crew was friendly and helpful. The food was much better than I expected on a flight.

Cons: I flew economy, so I didn't expect luxury, but that's a very tight fit for an 8-hour flight. I understand that industry standards have gone in this direction and that it's necessary to remain competitive, but at some point the industry needs to take into account the actual size of passengers. What are the seats now, about 16" wide? With so little leg room that I couldn't cross my legs if the seat in front of me was reclined. I'm a slim woman, about 130 lbs., and I was very (very) uncomfortable. I can hardly imagine the discomfort for the poor woman next to me (a plump post-middle-aged lady). I would definitely fly Air Canada again, as the staff was great and the overall experience was good. But I'm looking forward to the end of this trend of reducing space per passenger.

Okay 4.0

Cons: Same old movies and same as way over. Food was too spicy and not very good. Best was cold banana bread. I go once or twice a year never as much turbulence as this trip. Hard to sleep Flight attendant did not explain food choices Chicken or pasta. And beef or veggie. Had no clue what I was eating or if I would like it when I choose it. Most times did not like it.

Okay 5.2

Pros: Seats were fairly comfortable with decent leg room.

Cons: My biggest complaint is for the exhorbitant baggage fees—€100 for two bags is ridiculous. Also, one of the crew was rather testy with us when we first boarded (unprovoked), then came to us a few minutes later to say something nice to sort of make up for it.

Cons: There is no entertainment which is ok. You had to pay for everything in flight. Their carry on luggage size allowance is smaller than any airline I’ve ever flown

Prices are per person and are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in USD.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.

If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
