Cons: The airline has the worst customer service
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Lost my bag, took 3 days to deliver it to hotel ruined my holiday.
Pros: Great staff from check-in all the way through to exiting the airport.
Cons: No snack provided with the free tea/coffee/juice. Rather limited in flight entertainment selection and no free headphones provided. Small kvetch: Lights turned on too harshly after being dimmed for sleep. I know, first world problems!!! Lol
Pros: It was cheap & they get there fast.
Cons: Where do I begin? First they gave me a dirty blanket to use. Next they do not give you any snacks. That might sound trivial but on an 8 hour flight every other airline I’ve ever flown with has offered their passengers SOMETHING. You do have the option of purchasing food but it’s expensive & it wouldn’t feed a preschooler. The crew...honestly they’re just not pleasant to talk to. I put on my call light to ask about purchasing (which means I’m spending money) ear buds & she made me wait another hour & a half. Not one single passenger I spoke to had anything nice to say about Iceland Air.
Pros: Short duration and cheap price.
Cons: I wish there was a larger selection of food to order and that the portions were larger. The beverage cart only came by once during the trip, though water was offered twice. The entertainment selection was mediocre with mostly old movies and many movies offered only in Icelandic.
Pros: I always look forward to flights on Aer Lingus
Pros: Staff was wonderful, food was great! Takeoff was a little delayed but they kept us informed and that was fine. Over all a wonderful experience
Cons: Nothing
Cons: Neither wi-if nor the movie system worked. Fortunately we had strong tail winds so an 8 hour flight was 6. They should have let us know while we were still in the terminal so we could purchase a book or download a movie. Beer and wine had to be purchased on an international flight. No economy plus.
Pros: Surprised it was as good as it was having read so much negative news about what British Airways had become
Cons: Nothing
Cons: I went to the restroom in the back, and one of the flight attendants was sitting in her jump seat, with head phone on and appeared to be sleeping or resting with eyes closed. Her sprawling legs were blocking the aisle, therefore I could not get to the restroom on the other aisle that was the only one open at that time This is unacceptable. Also PA is way too loud.
Pros: The pilot kept us informed as to what the delay was.
Cons: That there was a delay of over an hour. The seats were not comfortable due to lack of space. Could not move around at all and the service cart barely fit in the aisle. Very uncomfortable ergonomic seating.
Pros: I was concerned for seat comfort; my long legs fit fine and reclined sleep was comfortable. I was concerned about getting hungry; two meals kept my stomach quiet. I was concerned about sufficient distraction on such a long flight; the audio and video options are better than I've ever seen on the 767. Having just flown an Air Canada Rogue flight which was terribly cramped, uncomfortable and food-free with no form of entertainment I was worried. It turned out to be far better than expected.
Cons: Perhaps I was fortunate but the experience was very good, no complaints.
Cons: Chaotic boarding. Little leg room
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Poor food choice and quality , comfort of seats
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Our flight was delayed by 16 hours. We lost a whole day of sightseeing. We had tickets that we unable to use. Had to spend the night in a dumpy hotel. Ended up getting sick because of the all the stress. Several reasons were given for the delay but always different. I contact Air Canada to see if there was any compensation for the inconvenience. They have not replied in 2 months. The worst part was the rude and insensitive remarks by the inflight crew. Hope to never fly on Air Canada again
Pros: The crew was very good, really polite and nice and helpful. Pilots or the plane's auto landing system did a good touch down in a hard windy condition at Ohare.
Cons: Cramped seating as usual in economy, but BA's is better than others in most cases. A few extra inches of leg and knee room would make all the difference in the world. Our worst experience is the over zealous highly inefficient very slow tedious carry on bag security system at Heathrow terminal 5.
Cons: Late getting off.
Pros: Great service and experience.
Cons: The boarding was a little long.
Pros: Comfortable seats, good staff.
Cons: Once again BA lost my luggage from my connecting flight. Twice in a week and a half.
Pros: The plane was on time and staff on the plane where nice
Cons: Walking from one terminal to terminal was quite a problem. when the staff are checking before you pass through the security after you arrived form Lagos to Frankfurt was quite rude. I had a electronic boarding pass on my phone for some reason the wifi from the airport was slow in allowing my electronic boarding pass to work and the staff was impatience with me and rudely asked me to get off the line.
Cons: There were not enough vegetarian options, so I had only bread, butter, and dessert.
Pros: Luggage space, comfortable seat.. huge plane
Cons: Delay of more than two hours caused my booking at the hotel to be cancelled. Not only i lost all my money but have no hotel to stay What is your responsibility on that???
Pros: The entertainment selection was diverse.
Cons: Seats in economy were too cramped.
Pros: great crew, on time. seatback entertainment.
Cons: very uncomfortable, cramped seats. gate assignments always a crapshoot with this airline.
Cons: Uncomfortable seats
Cons: Very limited food choice.
Pros: Everything.
Cons: Nothing
Pros: Everything Nothing
Cons: Nothing
Pros: The in-flight entertainment system is very good (once you get past the spam video ads for Icelandic attractions). The flight crew on both flights was very attentive and friendly. I really appreciate that IcelandAir gives out toy boxes to the children on the plane; that's very nice.
Cons: My first flight was over 50 minutes late. Since I only had 1 hour and 5 minutes to begin with to catch my connecting flight, this forced me and several other passengers to do a mad sprint through Kevlavik Airport. We made it to the gate drenched in sweat and gasping for air - not a pleasant experience. There was also no time to use the airport restrooms or refill my water bottle. The cabin crew on the first flight completely ignored the fact that we were this late - there were no announcements about flight connections, or even an update as to that we were running behind at all. This should have been handled very differently. (Also, general pet peeve: They give you no food whatsoever, even for transatlantic flights, and they do not make you aware of this prior to being on the airplane. If you want to eat, you have to purchase their overpriced airplane food from the menu.)
Pros: Overall nice service
Pros: Good price point. Very nice and efficient crew, greeted at boarding with pillow, blanket and water bottle. Entertainment with free movies and very nice travel info-logues on Iceland. Airline offers up to 7 day Iceland stay-overs at no extra cost. Nice legroom on the 767, and I'm 6'5".
Cons: The small personal pizzas were so-so, sandwich was pretty good. Alcoholic drinks were somewhat expensive. Reykjavik airport deplaning was via outside stairs to a bus in mild rain, but that's probably not the airline's fault.
Pros: The flights were both on time and the food and entertainment were excellent.
Cons: The boarding process in Paris and in Reykjavik was crowded and very chaotic.....they do not separate and board the Saga Class passengers first, it's just one big line and "free for all".
Pros: The flight was smooth and on time. Crew was friendly and efficient.
Cons: A 3-hour flight followed by a five-hour flight isn’t super comfortable but without paying for first class, it was as good as it could be.

Here's why:
We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.
