The flight was not stocked with sufficient food and had run out of sandwiches by row 3. Considering food is purchased for an additional fee this is surely makes poor business sense aside from being frustrating for passengers on a 3 hour flight plus a delay. Flights were very expensive especially when factoring in that we had to pay to check a bag, to select seats and to purchase food and drink. Worked out as terrible value for money when compared with an Emirates flight to New Zealand.

The flight was delayed an hour on the tarmac, the plane was incredibly uncomfortable, we were charged an insane amount of money for our back packing bags because they were “odd sized.” I would not suggest using this airline unless you have no other option.

Everything WOW Air is a horrible aircraft company. Unprofessional from the beginning texting me before my flight regarding overbooking of customers on the flight. Late departure, and arrival. No entertainment on a long flight to a from Amsterdam. Layover in Iceland the plane than again was late with departure and arrival.

The cabin crew were pretty good. That's about all that was good.

I paid almost $400 for upgraded seats. When I got to the airport-- no seats-- both ways!! i didn't even have regular seat assignments. I had to choose from the last few seats available. The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again.

Communication regarding weather problems

My luggage arrived 3 days after I did. Communication between baggage delivery service and BA baggage reps terrible. BA baggage reps never told delivery service the hotel room I was at was registered under another name. BA baggage reps gave me miss information each time I spoke with them.

I purchased a ticket for a day trip from LTN > AMS and was sold an overbooked ticket. While there were other options available, easyJet slightly undercut the competition to sell a ticket for a seat which they never indicated was standby. Since my trip was only for the day, taking the next flight half a day later wasn't a great option. I attempted to check in but was presented with an unhelpful error and then told me the situation at the airport checkin. Inside Luton terminal, there is no easyJet representative to speak with past the security checkpoint until you arrive at the front of the line for your flight boarding. The suspense and lack of service was unnerving. Some passengers might appreciate a small compensation for the inconvenience of taking the next flight. If you absolutely need to be somewhere, don't buy a last minute ticket on easyJet. They don't tell you if you're buying a real ticket or just a standby spot.

Excellent experience with the cabin crew.

Seats on the 777 were too narrow. This 777 had a 3-4-3 seating arraignment, it would have been better with a 3-3-3, similar to a 787 configuration. With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor.

Amsterdam customs is the most disorganized I have ever seen. With the number of tourists entering the country you would think they would have done something about it. There were only 2 customs agents!! One for all passports and 1 for all passports. We were in the customs hall longer than we were in flight!

Nice seats, comfortable.

Again, no aisle seat for SkyTeam Gold member. Also, my baggage was lost. First bag arrived a day late, second after I had left Billund and it was six days before the bag with my clothes reached me. I was told I will have 100 euro credit for clothing, but in the winter and for 6 days, this was not even close to the amount I needed for clothing and necessities, to have my time here.

Pretty basic one hour flight so there's not much to complain about or praise about. I got some sleep which was good.

The crew had their general Dutch aloofness on form. Chatted to one of the stewardesses in Dutch up until she saw I had a British passport then she decided she could only speak English to me.

Flights were very expensive especially when factoring in that we had to pay to check a bag, to select seats and to purchase food and drink. Worked out as terrible value for money when compared with an Emirates flight to New Zealand.

On time, efficient, from boarding to landing. Nothing remarkable, nothing bad.

The 4 crew members that where serving food & drinks didn't speak Spanish and had problems to understand it. Which is strange, as the flight was departing from Barcelona.

They have one line of executive class after the kitchen and toilet, is very noisy.

I paid extra fee for extra bagage which was tv and i paid insurance my tv broke and no one responces for it

Nice seats, comfortable.

Again, no aisle seat for SkyTeam Gold member. Also, my baggage was lost. First bag arrived a day late, second after I had left Billund and it was six days before the bag with my clothes reached me. I was told I will have 100 euro credit for clothing, but in the winter and for 6 days, this was not even close to the amount I needed for clothing and necessities, to have my time here.

Nothing. We had to run to get to the gate, then we waited a long time at the gate to be checked in by an agent, then we waited a long time in the plane after the flight was already delaid

Staff were pleasant and the pilot did an excellent job in difficult weather conditions

The flight was not stocked with sufficient food and had run out of sandwiches by row 3. Considering food is purchased for an additional fee this is surely makes poor business sense aside from being frustrating for passengers on a 3 hour flight plus a delay. Flights were very expensive especially when factoring in that we had to pay to check a bag, to select seats and to purchase food and drink. Worked out as terrible value for money when compared with an Emirates flight to New Zealand.
