Packed like sardines; the seats are getting narrower and the seat pockets are ridiculously small.
The customer service/ticket agent skipped her lunch break to get us on the plane. She went way beyond the call of duty. We will be eternally grateful.
I liked having the built in screen on the a321. Americans streaming service has lots to offer but the built in screens have more choices. I get why they want to just offer the streaming but I appreciate all the choices! There was a group number enforcer at the gate to make boarding more organized! She was polite but told the mobs that try to use the premium line to wait their turn.
I asked for upgrades to and from Chicago. I’m a gold member and fly for leisure fairly often. There are so many people looking for an upgrade these days that you’re rarely getting the opportunity

The water bottles, pillow, and earbuds were on the seats.
The returning flight to the US they did not dim the lights so that it was comfortable to sleep. A red light was shining down on my head most of the trip because I had a window seat. It was very annoying.
Plane was fine and it arrived on time.
Main meal was awful. Crew was hard to find. Also water or juice was not served on flight after the meal (for hydration).
The flight from EWR to Oslo was delayed by over 2 hours which meant I would miss my next connection... and I understand that happens sometimes. But, it was after hours on the airline number phone number and the fly.com customer service could not help with finding an alternate connection from Oslo to FRA. It was frustrating to then have to wait at Oslo airport for another 4 hours before the new connecting flight.
SAS has introduced hand luggage measurement and weighing at checkin, for a maximum of 17.5 lbs or 8 kg. SAS does not care if you have flown on another transatlantic carrier, which allows more than 8 kg. Then you need to start emptying your hand luggage at checkin. The whole checkin process was a big mess, the contract employees eg. at Heathrow do not help much (they probably do not do this to any other airline). SAS staff does not remind you to take your IDs and passport, medications etc. from your hand luggage, which is then checkedin luggage as opposed to hand luggage. It is obvious that transatlantic passengers have more hand luggage than many local passengers.
KLM crews look unhappy with their work. Everything they do is a favor not duty.
Pretty basic one hour flight so there's not much to complain about or praise about. I got some sleep which was good.
The crew had their general Dutch aloofness on form. Chatted to one of the stewardesses in Dutch up until she saw I had a British passport then she decided she could only speak English to me.
Nice seats, comfortable.
Again, no aisle seat for SkyTeam Gold member. Also, my baggage was lost. First bag arrived a day late, second after I had left Billund and it was six days before the bag with my clothes reached me. I was told I will have 100 euro credit for clothing, but in the winter and for 6 days, this was not even close to the amount I needed for clothing and necessities, to have my time here.
The food was excelent

Never made it on that flight
One crew is rude while I was ordering food while she is delivering the beverage after the order time. She simply told me they don't have what I want to order and leave. After 5 mins, I pushed the service button and nobody responded. After half hour, I ordered the food from another crew passed by. After I landed, they suppose to return my stroller set at the airplane gate. But they said it is not there, ask us to wait at the airport gate. We walked outside and they broadcasted again, I didn't hear very clearly but followed most parents to walk out. We wait at the baggage claim for almost 1 hour and finally, the baggage crew came back to the gate and found our stroller.
Staff was ind and friendly. Generous
Wish there was better food. It was okay.
Lost bags and every time I called to find out where they were I would get a different story. I was told it would be on the next flight for the next 5 flights.
For oversea traveling, food could and should be better. For our flight from AKL to BNE, we had to pay for our soft drink!!!
I loved how the airline crew were very accommodating. This was an awesome experience. A+++

Great crew, easy boarding, comfortable enough flight
Could have used a charger for electronics, especially because we were expected to use our own device for entertainment. Didn't order food, but didn't look digestible
Flight was an hour and a half late boarding, sat on the tarmac for 45 minutes, and there was no offer of complimentary beverages. Very barebones level of service.
