Seriously, not displaying departure gate until very last minute is awful. Specially when you have to take an elevator and then transport to go to the sub-terminal. That’s awful in such a busy airport as Heathrow. And I cannot choose seat on this flight because it’s run by British Airways, even entering locator code.

Somehow I got “offloaded” even though I had my boarding pass and was in transit Food is horrible Staff were nice and cheerful No headphones were provided on 11 hours flight
The staff were very helpful with lots of refreshments on offer. The toilets were clean. The seats were comfortable and entertainment was good. No complaints, it was excellent.
The main flight was OK but the second flight was chaotic with delays
amazing! they were so kind and allowed us to sit on empty seats so we could stretch our legs and sleep good. Food is amazing as well plus dessert in the middle of the flight!
All the British airways staff were very helpful and friendly. Every thing was very smooth running from checking in boarding and arriving 40 minutes early. Which is a brilliant start to your holiday.
Overall it was good but not great. The aircraft was an old and seats didn’t recline in business class unless you kept playing around with it.
No nice at all, delayed and I lost the connection over xmas
only issue is i feel we pulled off from the gate ontime, we sat on the runway longer than i felt made sense.
Food was terrible. Flight attendants OK. Only saw them at food service. Other than that they paid no attention to the passengers at all.

They cancelled our flight the morning of departure at 4:30am.
my original flight was cancelled the previous day, and i was rescheduled onto this flight, which left much earlier in the morning, impacting my previous evening and requiring me to get up much earlier in the morning to get to the airport online. This practice happens way way way too much, and it seems on every airline, though AA is probably the worst.

Both mine and my husband's chairs were broken. Also it took 2 hours to get our bags after our flight which was wild.

Not enough trash pickups throughout the flight. Everything else was great.
Overall good, the gluten free food is very hit/miss though and you must tell them you have an allergy days in advance.
