The crew on this flight was very nice and accommodating but was over shadowed by the experience of prior connecting flight and rediculous need to RUN thru London airport requirements to reach this flight.

Missed my connecting flight from Toronto to Houston. No reason given for late arrival. Yes, they gave me another flight...six hours later! Will be asking for compensation. At least for spending money on airport food. After arriving in Houston, i had already planned on renting a vehicle to my final destination. Because of first delay, i had to drive in the middle of the night and finally arrive at finat destination at 4 am on Oct 5. Im going to bed now.

Virgin always provides the best, friendliest, coolest service!

The food is pretty low quality, but I understand the logistics constraints of feeding many people in a small space without kitchen facilities! Also the wine choices are superior to other airlines and I look forward to that. I normally plan ahead and bring my own meals whenever traveling by air.

Did not take the flight in the end

My first leg flight was delayed and I booked through kayak on two different airlines and the first airline did not communicate with the second airline so 5 passengers ran to make the change and arrived 1 min after the jetbridge to get on the plane was pulled away. It was incredible frustrating and could have very easily been avoided with communication from the airlines

The whole flight was great quick boarding, lots of leg room, good entertainment, a USB charge port, good lighting, and the crew was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the flight and would like to fly Virgin Atlantic more. Finally, you are the 3rd best flight, I have ever take, and the 2nd best airline I've been on. Flew Business Class on Swiss Air once to Geneva (#1) and all the flights I have had with Porter Air are comparable to your airline, but the free cookies and beverages at Porter's terminal in Toronto wonderful.

A couple things went wrong on this trip, my checked luggage got misplaced for a day, and a nice women in baggage claim told me what was happening and a nice man handled my claim and my bag has now been returned to me. The bigger thing is my flight bas delayed taking off by 3 hours. Let me start that I would rather have a part replaced on the runway then not, safety is paramount. The fact is my flight took off 3 hours late from London (VS11), and got to my destination (BOS) 2.5 hours late. Kudos to the flight crew for getting me to my destination faster by gaining a little time. Plus, since BOSTON was my final destination it was all fine this time. But if I had had to get home to the elder person I take care of or my teenager it would been a problem. Again, I'm annoyed, but I do understand the reasons and they are valid and preferred. I have heard that airlines to keep their flight rating high, wait for planes to leave the gate on time and then do repairs on the tarmac. If this is still a SOP for airlines you should change the way the statistics are collected and figure out a way of not perpetuating this type of disincentive. This is just hypothesis on my part, and my whole trip had little negatives.

In flight staff was friendly.

$46 for a carry on bag that I was not initially charged for on my flight from Cleveland. Bag had even less contents than when i came.

The planes are nice and new. Prices are very cheap. If you book economy and then upgrade to "extra room" seats and buy a meal seats you're basically flying in what they call businiess class for a lot less.

There was a huge snowstorm in Boston. A lot of people did not make it to the airport before the check-in desk closed. The airplane itself was grounded because of the snow for two hours. So a lot of people were in the main waiting area, while their plane was at the gate, but WOW did not care at all. They would not bring any gate agents out to check people in even though the plane was on the ground waiting. Many of us tried calling their support line - no answer. After a very long wait you get to what sounds like an India or Pakistan call center. The people there don't have any information, and the only things they can do are whatever you can do on the website. WOW has no real phone agents. I saw their gate agents later walking around and asked them to check us in - they shrugged. Would not check us in, despite the plane being on the ground. They could care less. Other airlines were shocked at how we were treated. Iceland Air was amazing. They saw our predicament and brought one of their managers out to their check-in gate to sell us last minute tickets on Iceland Air. A bunch of WOW customers ended up getting tickets on Iceland Air, and we actually ended up flying out of Boston before the delayed WOW air flight. If you get on the WOW flight - service is good. But you're taking a risk. Ground staff really does not care at all and will pretend they don't know you.

the plane landed safely

a lot of confusion between in flight staff and ground staff as to where to go and what to do concerning transfers to ongoing flights, security, tight layover etc It was like it was everyones first day on the job.

Everyone on the team clearly showed up to work making every effort to do their best for the passengers. British Airways is serious about being a top choice Cartier, regardless of class of service and it shows in management, terminal care, operations and amenities and each aspect of the flight.

The food was the least positive aspect, but still much better than most. The pacing of beverage, snacks and meals was well coordinated.

Direct flight and excellent service from attendants

Seat selection was changed to middle seats without prior notice and the seats are so close together , when the women in front reclined her seat the dinner tray did not fit. An attendant eventually asked her to put her seat upright. Once dinner was over, back to a recline position, far too closer to the seat behind.

The movie selections and comfortable headsets made it possible to watch three movies uninterrupted. The food selections were well prepared. Flight attendants were helpful and efficient.

Boarding is always a bit of chaos when our seats are right in the back. People further up insist on boarding early and block the aisles in the process. Multiple levels of passport control and baggage checkout are chaotic, but that's for most all flights coming into USA? VIrgin/Delta handled it well enough. By the time we got through passport control in Boston ur bags were waiting and we had no problems at all.

Crew is kind, polite and patient. Food portions are adequate. Entertainment is on par on upgraded 747s to other aircraft in the fleet now.

Be careful of the Chicken Curry main. Wasn’t expecting it to be extremely spicy. Seat pitch is tight but generally comfortable due to the unique headrests of these new seats. USB power was provided. Arrival into JFK was terrible. BA’s T7 is so crowded and dated I could literally touch the ceilings above my head while waiting 2 hours for immigration crammed into desolate conditions.

Lovely food and staff. Lots of food.

The seat pocket in front of me was broken. I didn't want to make a fuss but one would have thought during checks pre-flight that should have been noticed and rectified. I was flying with my family including my 4 yr old and we had lots of toys to keep her entertained but had no where to put them apart from on our seats and tables when we were allowed to have them down.

Pilot was great— we don’t thank them enough for a smooth and safe arrival. Plane was great. Ammenities were given (such as ear plugs etc)

Crew members are a bit bland and lack customer service, but I noticed that as a whole in Australia (slow service/not really interactive or communicative & very quick to make comments and leave) not sure if they just hate Americans based on the media or what. One crew member cut in line at the restroom when there was 3 of us waiting to go. Another told me my husband couldn’t receive his meal because he was napping and then he quickly walked away— Yet i received mine on the flight coming to Australia when my husband asked for me? Sanitation between flights should be more strict-my headphones were opened which lead me to believe my pillow wasn’t changed either, since one had a case and one didn’t.

I liked everything, which is very uncharacteristic :)) At least compared to the big American carriers or the national European ones, VA is a gen - esthetically for sure. Clean, comfy, stylish! Will be my choice from now on.

We sat in Row 25, which did not have a seat in front of it, so we got lots of extra leg room. British Airways have incredibly friendly crew :) They feed you really good, better than any other airlines I've been on :)

Direct flight and excellent service from attendants

Seat selection was changed to middle seats without prior notice and the seats are so close together , when the women in front reclined her seat the dinner tray did not fit. An attendant eventually asked her to put her seat upright. Once dinner was over, back to a recline position, far too closer to the seat behind.

Flight crew

Infant ticketing was royally messed up on the was out and back. Ticket booking over phone took two hours. Ticketing at seat took nearly 45 minutes. Absurd waste of time.

Crew polite and accommodating. Food OK

Flight delayed 2 hours on tarmac. Reason unclear. Seats uncomfortable and shabby. Entertainment system down for large part of trip. Window shade difficult to open. Plane needs upgrade.
