Find Cheap Flights from Long Beach Municipal to Bogotá El Dorado (LGB - BOG)

Our plane had mechanical problems at a previous destination which caused a chain reaction of delays. We were supposed to depart at 11:59pm. We departed closer to 3am and arrived 3 and a half hours late. As I result I missed an appointment costing me $75. This is our second JetBlue flight this weekend, both of which had major delays and greatly hampered our trip.

Needless delays, poor communication

I spent 11 hours at the airport waiting to fly out to Nantucket. The entire time we were told the flight wouldn't be canceled. At 12am it was finally canceled. By that time there was only 1 seat left the next day to Nantucket. My flight the next day was canceled as well.

We were late taking off.

The attendants at the check-in desk were great. The helped resolve all issues from passport information to overweight luggage. I wouldn't have made my flight if not for them

There were 3 different flights to my trip. The first flight I was served a small bag of cheeze its and a Coke. I had two flight changes with only one hour to get to the next terminal check-in and start loading. No time to eat. That one small bag of cheeze its had to last me for 20+ hours travel time. It was all I was served. Wish I'd received a little more info on my booking info that would have warned me to pack my own lunch

Free wifi!!! Comfortable seats. Pleasant flight attendants.

I was informed of the delay by email but the gate workers didn't inform of the reason or speak of the delay for many hours

The only bright side of this flight was safely landing in Boston.

Difficulties checking in online within the 24 hour window 5 hour delay with multiple incorrect time updates via text alerts, email and on jet blue website No entertainment on board - no TVs Wifi would not stay connected Wrong baggage claim info was given by crew members on board Flight was so late in arriving no taxi service was avail at Logan

Boarding was easy. clean plane, crew was very friendly. I was very concerned though, when we banked left and did a complete circle in the air. An explanation from the captain would have been terrific. I made sure I was the last one to leave the plane and asked him about it when I saw him at the exit. He told me what happened but I would have liked to know while it was happening. Besides that, the coke and pretzels were divine. :)

The gate agent helped half a dozen people (not including those described below) understand they were boarding with the wrong group.

Fully one-quarter of the passengers boarded as disability or premium. This included a party of eight that boarded with one person in a wheelchair because "We're all together."

Arrived twenty minutes late. AA refused to accept responsibility for this and compensate me, even though my transportation had departed without me as a result of their tardiness.
