Cons: "The entire thing was delayed the entire time. I spent 30-45 minutes just on the runway. They only offered biscotti and pretzels as snacks. I’ve gotten cheaper or same priced flights with full entertainment and faster arrival times on other airlines. This was a last resort this time around but I would never take it if I didn’t have to."

They would not accept cash, but made me spend another $5 on a "gift card," because I don't own credit cards. Rude, uncaring, marginally competent ground crew."

Cons: "No good-faith gesture was offered for the long delay. My associate and I completely missed an important dinner meeting with the rest of our team! Our team takes this trip each year and we have always drove. It' short and I then have transportation when I arrive. This year we decided to fly because it's even easier. This particular flight from Phoenix to Vegas took us longer then if we were to drive and I then spent more in RideShare. I won't be doing it again next year."
Cons: "in the airport, the gate area dirty!, bathrooms dirty, no place to charge phone. The walk to the airplane, getting aboard the plane after the gate and flight changed and delayed. Being told it was weather related on the plane and being told it was MAINTENANCE by customer service. The plane was very crowded, the flight attendants never smiled. WHen i told the attendant i was being "rained" on he said...i know its happening everywhere..... he said there was nothing he could do but get me paper towels...they never came. I was very annoyed getting off the plane walking back and forth....it was aweful. and my flight before this was no better i am VERY TURNED OFF BY AMERICAN AIRLINES RIGHT NOW."
Pros: "The plane had really soft, puffy, comfy headrests. These were the best headrests I've ever encountered on any flight. I wish these were on every plane."
Cons: "1. Departure gate gets inexplicably moved to an entirely different concourse. 2. Gate agent offers to check bags through to destination, then when I go up, offers to gate-tag my bag. Why did you say you could check the bags through, then? 3. The long, ridiculous AA boarding process consisting of 9 groups and 2 short lanes, taking about 20 minutes to get 30 people outside. 4. 30 people wander around outside on the tarmac, trying to find a sign for Albuquerque. 5. BAGGAGE HANDLERS tell some of the passengers that the planes have been switched, and we should now board the plane marked Flagstaff. 6. Gate agents come outside, receive information from -- again -- BAGGAGE HANDLERS -- and then tell everyone to go back inside. 7. Once inside, gate agents tell passengers they have no idea what is going on, where they will be departing from, or when. 8. Gate agents tell passengers to go through the (long, ridiculous) boarding process a second time, and get on the second plane on the left. 9. A couple of PASSENGERS remind the gate agent that the baggage handlers specifically said that plane was not going to Albuquerque. 10. Gate agents change their minds, and tell passengers to get on a different plane. 11. We finally get on the damn plane."
Cons: "I had a woman way too large for her seat crowd 6 inches into my seat which I paid extra for and she did not. She also had a baby which ended up with its head in my lap and she spills formula on me. My body was so contorted I couldn’t sleep the whole flight and it was a 14 hour flight. Dandy attendant tells the guy in the aisle seat That he was such a good passenger that if she had a metal she would give it to him. I’m sitting there like WTF I have only Peed once in 13 hours because the baby was in the bassinet sleeping and I didn’t want to disturb it. And the WiFi didn’t work"

Pros: "Crew overall was friendly. Flight took off a little early and arrived nearly an hour early."
Cons: "Entertainment system had to be rebooted for the entire plane, so no entertainment for the first hour or so. Even once working, the tactile screen did not work well and was frustrating to use. Food was OK, not great. Pasta was overcooked and dry. Fake cheddar cheese was not good."
Cons: "The airport Jorge Chavez in Lima sucks. Don't spend anymore time than you have to there unless you are prepared to spend a ton on food and water. $9 for a large bottle of water!!"

When inn Puerto Maldanado we checked on line and discovered we did not have to have the 18 hour and 19 hour lay overs. We rebooked and were hammered with the $400 charges. We will not book future flights with your organization because of this deceptive practice."

Cons: "Missed the connection in CLT to BTR even though flight status on AA's website indicated that it was delayed enough so that I could make the connection. Ended up spending the night in a cold-assed airport with minimal comfort. I was already confirmed on this flight and AA knew, or should've known, that I was enroute. Not pleased at all."
Cons: "The original flught flight was delayed and we had to wait in a long slow line, however , once we got to desk , the agent was very nice and we had already been rebooked on an Alaska flight. So we never ended up going to Phoenix. The resolution was acceptable but it made for a 12 hour travel day instead of a 4 hour travel day."
Pros: "This leg of the trip was not packed. There was an empty seat between me and the person next to me"
Cons: "This flight was 6 hours. It did not have frontal entertainment, which was not pleasant. They did not offer blankets. The plane was cold as I boarded the plane. I asked for a blanket and was advised they didn't have any. I was so cold the entire flight that I still have a cold due to the flight. I froze the entire flight. I stuffed my arms in my shirt and let my hair down for warmth. Also, I learned my lesson. Pack my own blankie for comfort. I checked my carry on in Aruba due to overhead capacities. My bag had my sweatshirt and the blankie Delta bankie I acquired when I flew from SFO to ATL."
Pros: "I was in a regular seat, but had more leg room than other airlines I've flown recently. I always put my bacpack and purse under the seat in front of me. On JetBlue and Frontier, I have to pull out the back pack during the flight to stretch my legs out, but not on either of these flights. This survey rates entertainment, but there was none. For me that's a great thing (I bring my own), so None gets the 5-star rating for my purposes. Uneventful flights--on time even with a short delay taking off out of MSP."
