I have an Alaska Air credit card and one of the selling points was to board earlier, but that has not been the case, as they reserve this for their higher level customers, whatever that means. Also, on this flight, I was very unimpressed with the crew, there was a younger African American man, who was particularly unfriendly, he clearly needs remedial training in customer service. I was disappointed with my experience this time as I have mostly found the crews to be very professional."

Ten days prior to the flight I called AeroMexico to cancel and they said there would be a cancellation penalty, which was fine. When I tried to redeem my credit, they said there was also an additional "No-show fee" even though I called to cancel 10 days prior, which left a total of $70 credit after all their penalties. I called and emailed to complain but they did nothing but pass me to someone else who was equally unhelpful. I will never fly AeroMexico for any reason in the future."

What a nice thing to say to someone who paid $125 one-way to stick a dog under a seat."

The ground staff wasn't at all helpful in trying to get me on another flight and in fact sent me to Delta! The lady there couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Sadly I wasn't compensated at all and had to pay to re-book the flights on the Sunday 17th. On my return from Brisbane, American Airlines had cancelled my flight to Atlanta as they said I was a 'no show' heading out. Thankfully I was able to get a seat on stand by. So, no I'm not a happy customer."

Cons: "Spotty Wi-Fi. Only on an American flight"
Pros: "Short flight"
Cons: "Late departure due to late arrival of the plane from previous destination. Pushed our arrival time after midnight. Rental car agency was closed and had to rent from a different one at a very steep premium. No apologies and no assistance."
Pros: "The on time performance and good friendly crew"
Cons: "The seat where I sat had minimum recline"

Cons: "Didn’t like that I had to check my own bag in and still pay a fee. If your going to charge me then your staff should check my bag. Also I’m not a heavy person i workout so my shoulders are big. Your seats are to small"
Cons: "Old plane, no service, TINY SEATS"

Pros: "Noisy intrusive spoiled crying screaming kids kicking seats shaking rattles and crew was helpless"

Cons: "My family was made to suffer due to United's inability to get all passengers off the plane in a timely manner. We all suffered for 25 minutes in a hot plane. We got nauseous from the heat . We ad to sleep on the floor of the airport in CO because we could not get a flight for that night. We missed an important Military graduation that is once in a Lifetime Experience. Your lack of customer service is appalling and I hope That I never have to experience that again."

Cons: "Rudeness of flight attendant Departure time changes Gate changes"
Pros: "Crew was very nice. Had a sick passenger on board and the flight attendant was outstanding with her and made sure she was ok every 20 mins. Do not remember her name but she was excellent in caring for the sick passenger."
Cons: "Having a delayed flight which made my brother and I miss our connecting flight in Houston which got us home 4 hours later than we were suppose to be."
Pros: "Overall the flight process was fine."
Cons: "Kayak is not transparent enough about highlighting which flights are low cost flights during purchasing. I thought I was purchasing a regular fare where I could bring a normal carry-on onto the flight, but this was a low cost flight and I had to check my bag. This information was not disclosed until after payment, and I believe this is dishonest on the part of Kayak. Kayak needs to be much more upfront about the details of the flights so that we passengers can select flights according to their needs. I felt deceived by the fare and would have purchased a different flight if I would have known ahead of time."
Cons: "Flight was delayed. Then they told us they might turn us around and take us back. It was anxiety provoking."
Pros: "Quick flight and free checked bag."
Cons: "People took a long time getting off the plane in front of us."
Cons: "They (united airlines) put my wife's luggage in the wrong flight and we are still waiting for it to arrive. It's already been 8 hrs since we landed and every time we call them, they're telling us it's scanned in a different city. Now she is without clothes and her necessities."
Pros: "Crew was nice and the pilot had some sort of Sean Connary accent that made it interesting:)"
Cons: "3 seats instead of 2 on either side"
Pros: "There was a nice selection of entertainment"
Cons: "The plane was not comfortable at all for an International flight. United should invest in bigger planes for flights over 6 hours. I could hardly sleep since the seats were so uncomfortable. Further, I was unable to get up and move around as much as I had on other international flights. There was no room on this plane to walk around and stretch. The food was mediocre. Quantas, Air China and Japan Airlines have much better meals."
Cons: "I'm 5'3 and could not even lean forward to rest my head on the table in front of me because there wasn't enough room. I shouldn't have to pay an additional 95 dollars to have what was previously considered a normal seat with normal leg room, especially after loosing 6 hours of my life due to United flight delays during the course of my trip."
Pros: "Freeway traffic made me just miss the checkin time by a hair. I had an important meeting and was hoping there was a chance to still get on (40min before flight) but that wasn't possible."
Cons: "My flight to LAX was delayed by over two hours and I had to call and reschedule. I was rescheduled to an AA flight connecting in Chicago. The flight from Chicago to LAX was delayed by over four hours!"

Cons: "I was charged $7 for the TV and it should have been $5 as my flight was less than 2 hours and the TV kept going out."

Cons: "My red eye was delayed35 minutes because of wheel replacement making it impossible for me to make my40 some odd minute layover and I had to burn up hours of my vaca in an airport and reschedule a pick up."
Cons: "They overbooked my flight and almost didn't let me on the plane even though I bought my ticket months ago! The only reason I got on is because some people didn't show up."

Cons: "The flight was completely terrible, the most turbulent flight I'd ever been on. Turbulence for 4 hours straight. In addition the in flight entertainment did not work at all. Terrible flight."

Cons: "How rude the women airline attendants are /the extreme lack of leg room"
Cons: "I received somewhat bad service at every point of contact with United. My flight was canceled in Houston, so I forced to stay overnight. I asked the rep at the customer service station if United pays for a hotel room if our flight gets canceled, I was told no. There were several canceled flights, do all the hotels were booked in the area. It was up to me to call every hotel in a 10 mile radius at midnight to find a room. I had to come out of pocket 150 dollars for the room and I missed work the following day due to my canceled flight. I was forced to stay in a hotel room with none of my clean clothes, no toiletries. I was told by a united rep, "we get off at midnight so you won't be able to get your suitcase today". All in all, it was one of the worst flying experiences I have ever had. I would like some one to call or email me."

Cons: "The entertainment was terrible you couldn't watch anything but direct tv commercials no wifi or anything they ask you to perches it but aren't we paying enough atleast to have a single movie or tv show but no we get commercials the whole flight"
Cons: "Rows 20 to the back of the plane didn't get a beverage. Slow moving attendant. I was thirsty."
Pros: "Getting there."
Cons: "flight crew could give a sh!t. Had to connect and came in late, made no assistance to get connecting passengers off first. Tv option sucks. Have to pay to watch anything. Couldn't even watch plane progress. Pay for that too. Only thing on is a cooking show. And yes you have to pay for food. Interesting. Food is decent though. That was a plus. All but one of the crew seemed pissed about being there. I know passengers suck. At least the guy that looked like Tim meadows from snl was nice. A 5 hour flight and they plane has no wifi (I get it) but also no charging ports??? Just gives the feeling of being held hostage for 5 hours and the only savior is your Visa. I'd hate to see how parents with kids handle it."

Cons: "I had round trip from Sacramento to Cancun, the staffs service was poor, there are even no greeting and smiling when I every time checked in. That is really bad experience with united airline"
