My wife and I recently travelled to Istanbul on Turkish airlines. We travel quite frequently and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, the food and entertainment options were exceptional. We would definitely fly on this airline again.
The process of checking our bags in and printing our boarding passes took ten or fifteen minutes due to an incredibly slow computer system. The agent seemed competent, but complained that the computer kept freezing on him.
RUDE AND UNCOOPERATIVE STAFF!!!
Had the worst flight of my life, and I travel at least twice a year, but have never had such bad an experience!
Terrible planes, physically filthy seats, disgusting food.
Your staff forgets to serve everyone the same same exact thing. They're rude and totally not willing to help, limited leg space.
IT WAS A NIGHTMARE flying Turkish! Worst airlines on the planet!!!
They did spell my name wrong and get checked up on the LAX airport then seat wasn't comfortable no room for foot food was bad seat was bad customer service is the worst you can ever deal with . flight attendant don't speak English have a bad attitude they get zero customer service skills I will never use this airlines again or even travel to Turkey
Good flight schedule and the price was reasonable. Checking in process went smoothly. The socks, slippers, etc were a nice touch and useful for the rest of the trip.
Not enough leg room, seat did not recline enough to sleep. Attendants are pleasant and helpful, but not much common sense; in helping the passenger on opposite side of aisle, 3 separate times startled by attendant's butt pushing my face.
Service is excellent as are food and beverage choices. the seat themselves are great, specifically the headrests that prevent your head from tilting into uncomfortable positions while sleeping.
Entertainment choices were sufficient.
Since i was traveling alone with my 4 year old was glad we were offered priority boarding.
the spacing between rows in economy are just barely able to fit legs in, but only with knees touching the seat in the front.
If you are out of luck and everyone sitting in a row with you is about 170 cm tall, the 13 hours between LAX and Istanbul become a struggle of how to comfortable accommodate everyone....
Exiting the air craft was managed with staircase and bus, at times a bit of a work out, traveling with a small child, carrying two carry-on's and help the child climb down steep stair cases...
We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.
If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us, please send us an
and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
The fares displayed in KAYAK ads found on other sites include all taxes and fees for economy class travel and were found
by KAYAK users in the last 72 hours. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights and days.
Fares are subject to change and may not be available on all flights or dates of travel. Some carriers charge
additional fees for extra checked bags. Please check the carriers' sites.
Hacker Fares sell tickets to/from a destination via different airlines and are subject to the booking
requirements and terms of each. Any changes made to one of your tickets will not necessarily afford
rights to change the other ticket. Fares change frequently and are subject to availability.
