I haven’t flown in over 20 years and had my grandkids, so I had lots of questions. They were very polite and helpful . Thank you.

Was notified the departure would be late. Later on it was suddenly on time. Traffic by LAX was horrendous, and I missed the flight.

The flights were all late and they would not refund my money

They were so kind to us! The entire staff were so good to us when we had our service dog join our trip and we couldn't be more grateful!

You need a n/a category. Too short a flight for food. I love flying on Alaska from Santa Rosa Airport!

I didn’t order food so can’t really say how it was. Overall, it was a great experience.

Kayak I had marked one carry on, one checked bag. Yet when it completed the purchase marked it as no carry on. Fail on kayaks side! Then extended flight delayed due to computer issues. Crew of the plane did awesome but fail on both kayak and alaskan

Glad they offer free meal, & I got a complimentary drink I’d like coffee,tea, or water offered 3/4 into trip

Terrible. My flight was pushed out three times finally the fourth time it was canceled completely. They sent me to a hotel that would not accept the voucher. And I had to pay for my cab and Uber . I arrived at the airport at five and didn’t get into my hotel until 1145.
