The flight crew was great, and the aircraft was very nice and clean.

I showed up to the airport 2+ hours early, I tried to check in online, was given a error the said my reservation didn’t exist. When I arrived at the airport I went to the check in counter, when I told them I was checking for a flight to Seattle, i was told that I couldn’t check in because there was a issue with my flight. I was directed to a corner of the terminal. This corner had no chairs or seats for us, we sat there for 2+ hours all the way up to the time our flight was intended to depart. All the while we tried to get information or what was the issue, but we were just stonewalled. Finally past our boarding time were were told the flight was being canceled, and to standby for more information. Another half an hour went by before they told us they were getting us a hotel, and buses to the hotel. So then we waited another 15 minutes or so when they asked us if we had checked in because we needed a ticked to get a room at the hotel. Again we waited in line for 20+ minutes to check in. I had 2 bags to check, one I need at the hotel, the other I did not. They let me check the one bag I could, told me to check the other at the business class check in in the morning to avoid the line, sounds good, or so I thought. So condor gathers us all up, an entire 767 worth of people, and begins hearding us to the buses, they don’t tell us where we’re going, just to follow the one employee, to the 5 or so buses. A large group of us got split off at a set stairs, helping older folks and family with strollers get down the stairs. Now I spent 30 minutes wandering around Frankfurt am main looking for buses. Well they don’t park them out front, they park them out in the middle of nowhere. Finally get to get hotel, it’s a nice hotel. The next morning the lady at the business class desk was extremely rude.

The bathrooms were full so we had to stop in Manchester to empty them and refuel, added 1.5hrs onto the already 11hr flight...ugh. Bad food and only 2 movies unless you pay extra.

First, we went to check-in to get our boarding passes, onlyfor the woman at the counter to tell us we were on Stand-By... for the flight we bought VERY expensive tickets for a YEAR in advance, because they overbooked the flight (100% the AIRLINES fault). Then after some panic time had passed, the same woman told us she was able to get us on the flight, like she'd done us some massive favor, but that we would not be able to sit together. (We are a husband and wife that were on our honeymoon). Then, once we are finally on this flight, cramped near all these strangers, we both go to find some solace in the on-board entertainment, only to find out, they only offered TWO movies free of charge. Two movies for a 10 hour flight. Seriously??? Then, we were served some on board meals, due to the duration of the flight. The food gave me food poisoning. This was by far the WORST flight experience of my life. We will NEVER be flying air Condor again. Nor, will I be referring this company to anyone.

The boarding process was very disorganized, the seats had very little leg room, and the guy behind kept pushing my seat forward with his knees and complaining when I put my seat back.

I liked that the plane has all economy seats so even the "poor" people can sit in the front of the plane. I liked the courtesy and pleasantness of the crew. Good entertainment system at the seat but I would like more options for free. (Only 6 movies and TV shows are free. You need to pay 5 pounds to be able to watch all the rest)

I did not like the terrible airport in Manchester. It looks like a war-time Eastern European airport. No computerized check-in kiosks, you have to queue to check-in. Then you go down some stairs to get to the security level which is a huge mess in a small room that looks like a gym. At the gate, the gate crew called upon "those passengers seated in rows 1 through 8 to board" but somehow everyone was granted entry to the aircraft! I was in row 6 and got on one of the last. I said to the gate lady when I finally boarded "wow that is quite a lot of people seated in those 8 rows!" She just shrugged and looked overwhelmed. Also there is no kosher food option as I found out from a Jewish passenger seated next to me. They just offer vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and diabetic as special meal options. Finally, the entertainment system is nice but only offers a limited number of options for free. For 5 pounds you can access all the other films and TV shows. Also the airport in Manchester had a runway construction or something so we took off one hour late and I missed my shuttle in New York.

Row 38 was the first row of 3 seats behind a row of 4 seats so none of the screens were directly in front of any of the seats, making viewing the movies less than ideal. Carry on bag size VERY small, much less than other airlines.

Pretty decent leg room.

22 hour delay that the airline knew about over 8 hours in advance (plane had turned back on way to airport) but flyers were not contacted. Next day, airline did not bother to update flight info online, so had to call to get new flight time. Plane was a little dirty. In flight service is on the poor side. Very infrequent with drinks, water, trash, etc. Breakfast was a yoghurt. Movie and TV selection pretty poor, even the premium paid-for service.

I have to rate British Airways as a 10 out of 10 in almost all categories...comfort of the plane, food and service, boarding, notifications, crew, etc. In particular, the long haul flight from London to Seattle everything was truly top notch!

Their baggage handlers damaged several parts on my checked-in luggage...three zipper pulls and one clasp. What are they doing with the bags? How can they damage so many things in one fell swoop? This is a good quality Atlantic suitcase. Also, on the short flights, in this case Madrid to London, they are now charging for EVERYTHING...even water and coffee. They said it was a new policy as of 1/1/2018.

Plane was about 30% full so plenty of room to stretch out. Friendly crew.

Flight left 50 minutes late because they'd lost the paperwork and had to get new copies.... not very professional! I can understand a delay due to weather or technical issues but losing paperwork shouldn't happen. The food portion was very small for an international flight.

Virgin Atlantic continues to give great service. Their lounges are way above all other airline lounges. It is difficult to get well prepared and fresh fish in lounges, but Virgin Atlantic knows how to do it.

The seats had more legroom than the standard economy class in United, Delta or American airlines, so that was a big plus. The seat provided a USB port in the entertainment center, which allowed me to use my iPad without thinking it would even come close to running out of battery during the 10 hour flight.

The biggest negative is that their electronic payment system for the food and drink would charge an extra 1 GBP (1.44 USD!) to use my credit card, and my Bank of America debit card did not work on their system. They really should not have these fees for using credit if debit does not work. Luckily, they still took cash, but their exchange rate worked out to $1.86 USD/1 GBP, a 28% premium!

Carrier at origin Transcaribbean which kyak booked me on left when it decided to without any notification as to why it was delaying. They made us go through security and sit in the gate until almost an hour after it's original departure time. No announcements. The plane sat on the tarmac in front of us the entire time. Most likely they wanted to only make one flight instead of multiple flights to save themselves. Instead of arriving with 2hrs to make my connection to frankfurt I arrived with less than 30 mins even after I rushed to get to their check in point.
