Pros: The crew were very attentive and there was a large variety of in-flight entertainment.

Cons: I am not a heavy set guy but the seats were unreasonably close to each other, this meant that when you eat a meal your elbows push into your sides making it hard to bring food to your mouth.

Pros: All flights were on time. Boarding was well organized.

Cons: Seats seem more cramped than comparable airlines. Food quality was poor. For one meal they didn't honor my special meal request (they did for the other meal, so they got the request). Flight attendants didn't check back in comfort of passengers.

Pros: Quick access to the airport and gates

Cons: Not force checking luggage. Not loosing tsa pre details between different parts of ticket. Allowing checking to both legs online, not just the first.

Pros: Swedish lady good, Spanish lady not as much.

Cons: Terrible airline, they charge for everything, but don’t give the client good service. I was yelled by a worker because I was having difficulties scanning my bag at the self-scanning-and-uploading-your-luggage that you pay $100 dollars extra Per bag. I don’t like this airline.

Cons: Flew SAS Plus. Extra seat width and leg room made all the difference versus SAS Go. Money well spent.

Pros: The crew was fine. The seats in the A330 are the worst only to be made worse by NO legroom. Very uncomfortable airplane. The flight crew also closes the rear bathroom off during most of the flight, I am assuming so they can use....

Cons: Check in slow.

Pros: I liked Air Lingis. The crew and entertainment set up.

Cons: I had to RUN to get to this gate. And the number changed. I was the 2nd to last person on. International flights should have a small area to stretch and loosen up. Being large and stuffed into a small seat for so long is not good.

Pros: Seating and leg room much better than Ryan Air!

Pros: The crew were really nice and seemed to genuinely care about the passengers, were approachable and were very happy to chat with passengers and help them out.

Cons: The food options always seem to run out by the back of the plane and this time didn't match the menu they gave me at the start of the flight, not that I minded because the option I was given was pretty tasty.

Pros: There was one stewardess that really made the trip feel less "restricted" in the way she would greet, talk, serve, and just being what I always experienced good international flight staff to be. I wish I was able to get her name so I can praise the airlines for hiring such a great staff like her.

Cons: BA business cabin "suite" concept makes the whole thing feel cramped and narrow, not to mention very inconvenient to move through with luggage (or at all). A serious miss from the BA interior designer.

Cons: old, worn out plane, outdated. Very tight connection in LHR, I made it but my luggage didn't.

Pros: Delicious inflight meal and outstanding service!

Cons: Wow! BA has managed to finally match Ryan Air and Easy Jet for tight seat pitch and charging for soft drinks but at thrice the price!!!
