When I tried to redeem my credit, they said there was also an additional "No-show fee" even though I called to cancel 10 days prior, which left a total of $70 credit after all their penalties. I called and emailed to complain but they did nothing but pass me to someone else who was equally unhelpful. I will never fly AeroMexico for any reason in the future."

It was frustrating when attendant didn't help to store my bag."

Cabin crew was terrific, even though they didn't come through the aisles enough between meal service to offer water or drinks. The quantity of video entertainment available was great, but the video screen was not good quality. Food served was sub-par for international business class. Absolutely no snacks were available between meal services, so i suggest bringing something in your carry-on. Most other airlines have some snacks such as small sandwiches, cookies, candy, fruit, or chips available for pickup at the gallery areas on intercontinental flights in business class.

Cons: "The lady who checks paperwork for animals at the front desk with Luftansa Airlines was uninformed and didn't know what she was doing as well as unnessarily rude. MY large dog was on this flight and after several employees had looked over my forms for him she came out nowhere and threatened to not allow my dog on board due to faulty and incomplete paperwork! I instantly went into a nervous condition of the sweats and scrambled to prove her wrong. When I asked again what was wrong with my (actually legitame paperwork) she just told me that at this point it didn't matter and that she would allow me to fly even though I was at risk of quarantine aty destination. I wasn't happy about this and asked again why there seemed to be an issue and she was unhelpful, handed me a business card for the USDA and told me that I was lucky to get away with her travel mercies for my dog. I had visited a USDA certified veterinarian and she hadn't given me the opportunity to prove this. I was confused and annoyed and while the other employees could see this about me, they apologized on her behalf. I really wish I had gotten this woman's name and work station so I could follow up with her and inform her on a few things. Other than that I love working with and flying Lufthansa airlines!"

When boarding started, it was like refugees rushing to a life boat. Everyone was rushing to the front. Only one KLM staff standing there saying "... now is this group, yours is next,,,, we will call it out...." While he stopped some travelers, he did allowed some others passed without even checking their ticket. They have all the digital gears, and the screens to show the current boarding sequences, why don't they just use that. For some of us that did not have a excellent hearing, it was hard not trying to get closer to understanding what is going on.

We had to rely on folks who had friends working in Zagreb Airport to locate them. Air France is incompetent, insensitive and unprofessional. If you have an important trip avoid Air France - they treat you like captives not customers."

The Aer Lingus cloud service crashed while we were en route to Dublin. Multiple flights were delayed or canceled. We were among the many unfortunate travelers trapped in the Dublin airport trying to connect else where. Aer Lingus did a horrible job of communicating with us. Hundreds of people sat at an un staffed gate for hours with no information about whether our flights were canceled or delayed. When we finally escaped from Dublin our luggage was missing in action. We are now on day 3 of no luggage and no help from Aer Lingus to even provide basic information. Good luck to anyone booking Aer Lingus. You will need it.
Travelling now is like being ‘herded like cattle’. Staff are in a service industry but do not want to serve. Customers are dissuaded by tanning messages from getting up and dissuaded from asking for the basics, water. We are squashed in like sardines with minimal room for basic comfort, Dare ask a member of staff for even the necessary hydration and you are met with disapproval. What do cabin staff do nowadays - they certainly do not look after the needs of clients. Toilets are not cleaned throughout the flight and the demand for toilets is very busy. Try as we did, it was necessary to use the dirty toilet. The food was shockingly bad - the chicken tikka was basic and the beef stew was the poorer choice. What was that ‘snack’ - I declined but my husband and son told me it was a fatty pancake like creation with some sort of plastic cheese filling. It used to be important to think about blood clots and some movement and space. A 10.5 hour flight was horrendous. I have previously travelled to USA from Manchester with encouragement to move about and room to move about. Encouragement to hydrate and everything was as accommodating as travel on a long flight can be. Perhaps this post-Covid travel will be the norm. - but not for us. Poor value and ridiculously short cramped human space. We are not animals - who would be given more courtesy. Gloria Finlay - please reply👍
The flight attendance were honestly very helpful. I think that the quality of the food could be better and more entertainment options like other airlines have
The overall experience was fantastic. Flying from LAX to Dublin Ireland was very nice. The connection flight was not very good.
Trip started two hours late and the staff at the gate took forever to say why until I went up and asked when might they be telling Us when to board.
The seats were too close together and my tv was not working!
There was a woman who kicked, hit and pushed the back of my seat the entire flight. The flight attendant spoke to her twice but she persisted in doing what she wanted to do. I wasn’t able to sleep at all for the whole 10 hours. Food was gross. The only thing that was edible was the tomato and mozzarella cheese.
It was the worst flight of my life. My headset didn't work, charger didn't work, seats were small and my pillow is bloodstained. Completely unacceptable! I paid for preferred seating and I was the last one on the flight.
The service and onboarding were very good. My requests for vegan food were honored for dinner, but for breakfast there was no vegan option. We were told by the airlines that we would have an aisle seat, but we were the middle two of 4 seats for some reason.
Delayed boarding at LAX due to maps disappeared from the gps system. Assigned seats were not followed on board, had a passenger kicking my seat for the whole duration of the flight because annoyed that I was reclining my seat during a 10hrs flight. Food wasn’t good, cabin was freezing and cabin crew were taking away blankets from unoccupied seats even if the temperature was baltic. Entertainment was 1/10 compared to other airlines. We were informed that we missed our connection flight in Dublin and we would need to go to the desk and ask for a hotel voucher, but once in Dublin we did find out that the flight didn’t depart, therefore we made it onboard with 1.30H delay. After arriving at our final destination we couldn’t find our baggages at the belt because they didn’t load them in Dublin. Make yourself a favour, book yourself a long haul trip with other airlines unless you can afford business or first.

Cons: "The customer service from Aer Lingus is the worst ever. This is our honeymoon and it got ruined. The flight was 3 hrs delayed, and they started rerouting people that had connection flights to London, we had a connection and randomly Wendy the service agent decide to not reroute us because we had plenty of time, of course we didn’t make the flight, we have been hostages of Aer Lingus for the last 21 hrs so far, but more will be added until we make it to Hamburg tomorrow at noon instead of tonight at 8."
Cons: "- My seat was broken and could not recline. This not only made the 9 hour flight uncomfortable, but even more so when the person in front of me reclined their seat fully. - I understand it's Aer Lingus' policy, but I have never experienced--in my many travels--paying for alcohol on an international flight, especially cash only. - Regarding the above, I had to remind the flight attendant three times that she owed me change, and each time I was greeted with a sneer and, "Yea, we don't have it yet". It was not so much the money, but the incredibly rude service and charging for what should be a free drink! Some of the stewards (on the opposite side of the aisle) seemed very friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately, the two ladies on my side made me feel like a burden rather than a welcomed customer. - I guess it's, you get what you pay for...but I was just surprised at "breakfast" being tossed a box with a burrito--no napkin, utensils, plate, nothing. I won't be flying Aer Lingus again."

Cons: "Food was awful. Worst Ive ever had in around 200k miles of flying. Food service was rushed. i.e they asked me if I wanted coofee or tea immediately after serving my main meal. My son was feeling unwell due to asthma and asked for water. He got a lesson in manners and etiquette as he didn’t say please. I asked another female staff gor water. She didn’t respond so I waited a few minutes before askinfg again. She snapped ‘ I heard you!’ Made me feel uncomfortable asking for anything and that I was a nuisance. Seemed they could hardly wait to serve dinner and turn the lights off. I’ll be taking my own food on the return flight. I’m not expecting gourmet on an airline however this food was inedible"

Cons: "The flight has an hour delay from LAX that caused me to have 20 minuets catch my connection flight and I did not receive my bag. I’m on vacation for 5 days in Hamburg and I’ve already lost 1 day to go out and explore the city. This was my first time flying with Aer Lingus and I unfortunately will be my last time."

Cons: "Every seat came with useless headphone sets: the jacks were for an older model of plane. Flight attendants warned passengers that they had some headsets that would work, but were keeping them reserved for children, so not to bother asking for them. Flight took off more than 3 hours late and airline took no responsibility for delays. Blamed LAX contractors for everything. The airline is responsible for who they do business with. Because of takeoff delays, food and beverage service was also badly delayed. Had to beg for water several hours in, and was brought a single small cup."

Cons: "Because I booked through a third party, I wasn't able to log on to confirm seats or prepay my luggage or give my phone number for flight changes. When I got to airport they wanted 50 Euro for my extra luggage. They couldn't accept credit cards in Munich! So then I had to do another bank withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal 100, so now I have an extra 50 Euro left and another bank charge. Probably won't do this again through a third party to a foreign country."
Cons: "Our flight from LA to Dublin was cancelled day of and the airline put us on another flight. We came to find out that they did not place my fiancee and myself together. We tried talking to the crew but they seemed apathetic and uninterested in helping us. The said the flight was full and everyone checked in but after boarding we found many open seats.. while on the plane I requested help trying to relocate seats so we could sit together and not a single steward would help us. In the end, we finally found seats on our own... Very unhappy throughout the entire journey the quality of service. Never flown with such rude and unaccomadating service personal."

Pros: "The flight was very bare bones. Entertainment system froze up half way into a movie. You had to pay for wine with dinner. Even on budget carriers, wine is included with meals on the long hauls. Half a cup of water was served twice during the flight. The cabin was kept quite cold. I wore thick socks and slippers throughout the flight, but had to use the small blanket provided to keep my feet warm. Glad I had a heavy coat! I will avoid this carrier on any long hauls in the future."

Cons: "The food looked like one put any effort into it, the coffee only came with milk and no milk substitute, there was only one kind of tea--no decaf and no herbal tea, and no butter substitute for people with dietary restrictions. Just a complete unthoughtful shame. My back is still sore from the lack of ergonomic considerations in seating. The blankets were cheap and thin and the plane was loud with no complimentary earplugs or sleep masks. Awful experience."

Cons: "The flight one flight attendant was just rude before take off my blanket was on my sit, she takes it and puts it inside the overhead and says you can get it back once we take off. Don't understand the meaning of that??? Then the same attendant was giving out breakfast sandwich I had to convince her that my son didn't get a sandwich. They walked by with the coffee cart she COMPLETELY IGNORE ME. Same thing for water. Bad experience with customer service center and one nasty attendant."

Cons: "I did not appreciate the airline encouraging us to pay for an upgrade on seats that did not merit an upcharge. The entertainment centers did not work well (or at all) on either leg of our trip. The crew was not generous with water and acted a little put out when we asked for anything."

Cons: "Not able to ceheck in on line and then was put on standby for a ticket I purchased in January. Others in my party got their seats at the airport when they checked in. Two of us were put on standby. Food had a problem with coordinating serving and there were few liquids offered for an overseas flight where it is important to stay hydrated. One liquid with each meal. If I had known I would have bought water at the airport before boarding."
Cons: "After getting to the airport with 3 plus hours to spare I still couldn't get a seat until 40 minutes before take off. On my first leg of the trip my boarding pass stated I was a "Stand By". That was incorrect I paid full economy fare. The twenty four hours before my trip instead of being filled with anticipation was more a management of anxiety. So everything leading up to the trip overshadowed the actual flight experience. We did fly Aer Linus, but that was booked through British Airways. Also screen to choose movies, TV programs need some new screens not easy to press and get a response."

Cons: "The ladies who checked in our bags were incredibly rude to me, my mother and my husband. On top of that they forgot to add the tags for Rome on our luggage so they got stuck in a connecting flight in Chicago. When we asked the supervisor to tell the people in luggage claim to forward our luggage to Rome when we were in Chicago (because of course the connecting flight only gave us 40 minutes to get to our flight to Rome so we didn't have enoughtrime to check our bags a second time), he said no. What would it have killed the guy to make a simple phone call? The alternative was to wait a day or two to see if maybe we could catch another flight to Rome with our luggage. I've never made a complaint before and I've never really made review because I don't it really accomplishes anything and I'm sure the idiots at American Airlines will never see or care about this, but I was extremely disappointed. They didn't get any empathy from your employees not even an im sorry, and I get that this job is hard but I have the same job too and I suck it up and still try to empathize with my customers. Oh well... it is what it is. The Airlines can do whatever they want."
